This study aims to analyze the effect of online attendance, reward systems, and punishment systems on the work discipline of Civil Servants (ASN) at the Regional Secretariat of Ponorogo Regency. The background of this research is based on the fact that disciplinary problems among civil servants are still found even though an online attendance system and reward and punishment policies have been implemented. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 120 civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Ponorogo Regency. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the assistance of the SmartPLS application.mThe results show that online attendance has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of civil servants, with a path coefficient of 0.604, a T-statistic of 6.054, and a P-value of 0.000. The punishment system also has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, with a coefficient of 0.241, a T-statistic of 2.317, and a P-value of 0.021. In contrast, the reward system has a negative and significant effect on work discipline, with a coefficient of -0.198, a T-statistic of 2.102, and a P-value of 0.036. The R-square value of 0.598 indicates that the three variables explain 59.8% of the variance in civil servants’ work discipline, while the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. In conclusion, online attendance and punishment systems contribute to improving the work discipline of civil servants, while the reward system needs to be evaluated to ensure it is more objective and performance-based. Future research is recommended to include additional variables and expand the research scope to obtain more comprehensive results. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh presensi online, sistem reward, dan sistem punishment terhadap disiplin kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Ponorogo. Permasalahan penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh masih ditemukannya tingkat kedisiplinan ASN yang belum optimal meskipun telah diterapkan sistem presensi Online serta kebijakan reward dan punishment. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 120 ASN di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Ponorogo. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presensi online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja ASN dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,604, T-Statistic 6,054, dan P-Values 0,000. Sistem punishment juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dengan koefisien sebesar 0,241, T-Statistic 2,317, dan P-Values 0,021. Sebaliknya, sistem reward berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dengan koefisien sebesar -0,198, T-Statistic 2,102, dan P-Values 0,036. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,598 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 59,8% variasi disiplin kerja ASN, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa presensi online dan sistem punishment berperan dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja ASN, sedangkan sistem reward perlu dievaluasi agar penerapannya lebih objektif dan berbasis kinerja. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menambahkan variabel lain serta memperluas objek penelitian untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih komprehensif.
