Abstract

Sectio caesarea is a surgical operation to deliver baby by opening uterus, as the last alternative problem solving in labour which must consider medical indications. Within last 20 years, occurence of sectio caesarea is increasing from 5% become 20%. According to Indonesian Health Ministry (2010), the number of sectio caesarea in goverment hospital is about 20-25% from total labor. Researcher wants to know the sectio caesarea phenomenon which is increasing year by year with present the data about the sectio caesarea indications in General District Hospital of Pare Kediri year 2013 – 2015. This is descriptive research. The population was all of mothers whom have delivered in sectio caesarea in General District Hospital of Pare Kediri, at 2013 was amount 167 mothers, at 2014 was amount 369 mothers, and at 2015 was amount 461 mothers. This was using total sampling technique. Data collection by secondary data from medical record. The result research showed that sectio caesarea from 2013 until 2015 kept on increasing. At 2013 the number of sectio caesarea 25,9% from total labor, at 2014 increased into 33% from total labor, and at 2015 was 35,8% from total labor. The greatest indication at 2013 was failure of labor induction (26,9%), at 2014 was sectio caesarea history (22,8%), and at 2015 was sectio caesarea history (21,7%). During implementing sectio caesarea have to pay attention to conditions, requisites and indications before, so it won’t cause any new suffering as well as reach raising of mother and child health level

Abstract

Indonesia's population growth rate is still relatively high, within a year the population of Indonesia increases by around 4 million. In order to control fertility, the government promotes long-term contraceptive methods including at the Inpatient Vita Medika Kepung Kediri Clinic. Objective To determine the relationship between maternal age and parity with the selection of long-term contraceptive methods at the Vita Medika Nursing Clinic in Kepung Kediri. Research Method Analytical Correlational research design with Kohort retrospective time. The population in this study were all KB acceptors at the Vita Medika Kepung Inpatient Clinic in Kediri. The sample technique uses proportional random sampling, in this study a sample of 99 acceptors was obtained. The tool used is a cohort. Data analysis using Chi-Square test. Results: In the use of long-term contraceptive methods, acceptors pay more attention to age factors than parity, with a chi-square coefficient of 0.04 and parity having a chi-square coefficient of 0.075, with a value of 0.05, so that the relationship between age and Long Term Contraception Method selection and the absence of a relationship between parity and Long Term Contraception Method selection at Vita Medika Kepung Inpatient Clinic in Kediri. There is a relationship between age andLong Term Contraception Method selection and there is no relationship between parity and Long Term Contraception Method in the Vita Medika Kepung Inpatient Inpatient Clinic. It is expected that acceptors in the use of contraceptives can correctly use contraceptive methods as needed according to various factors.

Abstract

Spa service that done according to holistic with fuse various tradisional healthy treatment and modern that use water to give therapy effect to achieve balance between body, idea and soul, so that materialized optimal healthy condition and overcome unpleasant at postpartum.Interest in postpartum spa was influenced by various factor. There were knowledge about postpartum spa, social motive and mother need at postpartum. Those research would be where would researcher would factors that effect postpartum interest doing postpartum spa at Sukomulyo Village Pujon District. factors by knowledge, social motive, and need. The research used to approach cross. The plan research describe variable or condition what going on at one particular situation that was interest uses postpartum spa. Data was analysis in used to analysis fisher exact's that was detect effect knowledge, motive social and need to interest postpartum to do spa. The analysis result data 68,43 %. had good knowledge hits spa postpartum, has which were positive social motive much as 84,22% while respondent wanted postpartum spa much as 68,43%. Data with standard signifikansi 0,05.Give effect in respondent interest because with good knowledge one would would done spa postpartum. Also connected with that was ρ value knowledge, 0,003 ρ value social motive 0,021 ρ value need 0,017. Also norm subjektif perception somebody hits to hit belief and postpartum mother behaviour about postpartum spa. Belief and postpartum mother evaluation about consequence postpartum spa was one of the element that effect postpartum mother to do postpartum spa. After mother would give mother would feel need other will return self fitness, one of them can be done to pass postpartum spa.
