Abstract

Information technology is a process from obtaining data to processing and analyzing the data so that it is stored in various ways to create or produce quality information. Currently, the development of information technology is very rapid and fast, including in Indonesia itself, therefore this research explores the Android-based design "Design and Build an Android-Based Customer Menu Recording Application at Benu Coffee Shop Using Agile Methods". Benu Coffee Shop, as a favorite place in the city center, faces challenges in the ordering system which still uses manual methods using pen and paper. Therefore, a system is needed that can manage menu orders according to customer and cafe needs. The Agile method was chosen for the development of this system because of its flexibility in adapting to changing needs. This research includes needs analysis, design of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and databases. This system allows admins to manage menus, tables, customers and sales reports. System testing is carried out using the black-box method to ensure the expected functionality. Test results show success in displaying the login page, navigation and customer menu ordering. This system is expected to improve efficiency and service quality at Benu Coffee Shop by providing solutions that are responsive to changing needs.

Abstract

Data collection on deaths and elderly at the Medan Johor Sub-district Office is an urgent need to improve efficiency and accuracy in the data collection process at the government agency. elderly. With the increasing elderly population, it is important for the Medan Johor Sub-district Office to have an efficient and organized data collection system to manage elderly population data in its work area. The manual data collection system that may still be used by the Medan Johor Sub-district Office also has limitations. Manual processes such as filling out paper forms, manual data collection and processing can slow down the data collection process and increase the risk of errors. Therefore, designing a web-based data collection application is the right solution. By implementing a web-based data collection system, these limitations can be overcome by electronic data entry, automatic validation, and real-time data access. The results of this study This application will help improve the accuracy of data on deaths and elderly population, reducing the potential for human error in manual data input.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly sophisticated information technology development like today, in accordance with the Vision and Mission of the Mayor of Medan, namely Medan Maju, a new breakthrough in the form of digital innovation is needed. Given the frequent accumulation of files from the report reports of each rank, both ASN, PHL, PPPSU, and the Head of the Environment. and often get complaints from the Head of the Environment behind the high intensity of their work in Medan Petisah District they must also make so many reports in hard copy form, so the author thought of facilitating the work of the Head of Environment while efficiently using Paper at the Medan Petisah Sub-District Office by designing a Web-Based Application namely the Head of Environment Performance Information System (SIJALI) using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which later this application can be accessed with a smartphone or computer through a browser or in the form of a website.
