Abstract

In order to ascertain the impact of product design, personal branding, distribution, and digital marketing on purchasing choices for kpop albums on the Weverse Shop app, study was carried out. An electronic survey that was given to both women and men who had purchased K-pop records through the Weverse Shop program served as the basis for this study's quantitative approach, which included a purposive sampling method of 112 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis, partial analyzing (t testing), and testing the coefficient of determination are all employed in data analysis (R2). The analysis's results, which were obtained using SPSS version 25, also reveal that while the distribution and digital marketing variables have a significant impact on buying behavior, the product design and personal brand variables have a significant effect.

Abstract

Individual characteristics, work discipline and motivation are factors that can influence employee performance. The research aims to examine and analyze the significant influence of individual characteristics, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance at the UD. Sinar Madura Jaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews with 60 respondents using census techniques. The analytical tools used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and R2 test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that the individual characteristic variable is 0.197 which is greater than 0.05 which means that the individual characteristic variable has no effect on employee performance. The results of testing the second hypothesis (H2) show that the work discipline variable is 0.096 where the value is greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the work discipline variable has no influence on employee performance. The results of testing the third hypothesis (H3) show that the motivation variable is 0.000 where the value is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the motivational variable has an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The Oppo brand smartphone is quite well-known in the Jember area because for teenagers this brand has an affordable price and the benefits of the features that are obtained are sufficient for their daily needs. The results of the initial observation that Oppo is one of the products with high sales. This study aims to determine and identify the effect of price, features and promotions on purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires to 106 respondents with sampling techniques, using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The analytical tools used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the price variable has no significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Mentari Cell Jember, feature variables have no significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Mentari Cell Jember and promotion variables have a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Mentari Cell Jember. This proves that promotion can influence customer purchasing decisions, because with promotions the customer can determine the appropriate needs for himself.
