Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the CIRC learning model on students' reading comprehension achievement in boarding schools. The method used is experimental by comparing the results of the pre-test and post-test of the control class with the results of the pre-test and post-test of the experimental class. The subjects of this study were 70 boarding students who were divided into a control class and an experimental class. This study uses the independent samples t test analysis technique with the results showing that sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between the final score of the control class and the experimental class. The cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) learning model has an effect on increasing students' active roles in the learning process and improving students' reading comprehension achievement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perubahan kemampuan berpikir spasial peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran earthcomm. Metode yang digunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasy eksperimental design dalam bentuk pre-test-post-test control group design. Lokasi penelitian di MAS Al-Mas’udy Mojokerto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X MAS Al-Mas’udy Mojokerto. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 peserta didik diambil menggunakan teknik sampling cluster random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data melalui kuesioner melalui Google Form.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (a) terdapat perubahan kemampuan berpikir spasial peserta didik, (b) kemampuan berpikir spasial peserta didik dengan model pembelajaran earthcomm lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran model konvensional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mosel problem based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika di SMA 1 Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian True Experimental Design dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan posttest kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika diperoleh rata- rata kelas kontrol adalah 48,28 dan kelas eksperimen 57,19. Kemudian, hasil dari penghitungan dengan uji independen sampel t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi berdasarkan pada kolom asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,043 atau signifikansi < 0,05 (0,043<0,054). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai posttest kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen yang berarti model problem based learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa malam memecahkan masalah matematika

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning media for the introduction of number symbols for Early Childhood Education. The data in this study were obtained through a literature study research method. The researcher collects and analyzes all the data in the study from various existing sources to obtain information relevant to the problem to be solved through a systematic technique using the keywords symbol number and early childhood education. The data or information comes from books, theses, theses, journals and research articles from official websites that have been indexed and accredited. Early Childhood Education basically has to pay attention to aspects of development in children, especially cognitive development to recognize number symbols. The introduction of number symbols emphasizes the understanding of number symbols that must be understood by children. Children aged 4-6 years are in the pre-operational stage, the stage where children begin to recognize symbols or symbols, so teachers need interesting learning media as a tool to introduce number plates to children so that children can easily understand the material and learning will become more meaningful. The results of the study show a variety of learning media developed to help introduce number symbols to children aged 4-6 years
