Turnover intention merupakan keadaan karyawan berpindah kerja yang disebabkan oleh beragam faktor seperti kurangnya kepuasan kerja, faktor lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan konflik pekerjaan keluarga (work family conflict). Turnover intention berdampak kurang baik bagi perusahaan baik dari segi finansial ataupun non finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan work family conflict terhadap turnover intention. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Borobudur Golf Contry Club, dengan jumlah sampel 154 karyawan menggunakan teknik sempel acak sederhana (random sampling). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention, variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan work family conflict berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention.Turnover intention is a situation where employees change jobs caused by various factors such as lack of job satisfaction, non-physical work environment factors, and work family conflict. The population in this study were employees of Borobudur Golf Country Club, with a total sample of 154 employees using a simple random sampling technique (random sampling). The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the job satisfaction variable had no significant effect on turnover intention, the non-physical work environment variable had a significant and significant effect on turnover intention, and work family conflict had a significant effect on turnover intention.
