Abstract

Bullying is an action that is not new and occurs in society, especially among teenagers. In the past, we often used the term "April Fool's" where people were considered allowed to lie or tell jokes to other people without being considered guilty on a certain day. This day is marked by cheating and other pranks on friends with the aim of humiliating gullible people. This action under the guise of a "joke" is considered normal, but in many cases it has extraordinary impacts. In many cases, these actions cause damage to the victim's mental condition and even have an impact on the victim's psychology, some even commit suicide as a result of their actions under the guise of a "joke". Bullying is currently done by being oppressed, pressured, and so on. Bullying or harassment can be through words or through actions aimed at making the opponent's mental state worse and depressed. Another goal is to control someone through insulting, high-pitched words, threats, or violent actions. This is very likely to happen in various areas of society, both in the home, community and school environment, this is due to a lack of public understanding regarding bullying and its legal aspects. Therefore, coaching is related to the legal aspects of bullying and the ethics of using language in communication. Whether directly or through the media, this is very important and must always be done to create a superior social life.

Abstract

This community service aims to introduce and increase the public's understanding of the Graha Mentarau housing complex regarding electronic transaction-based marketing management through the use of the marketplace. In this context, the application of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE) becomes relevant because it regulates legal aspects related to electronic transactions, including consumer protection, data security and online business regulations. This training not only aims to improve practical skills in selling online but also to ensure that these activities comply with applicable legal provisions. Through interactive workshops and direct mentoring, training participants will be equipped with knowledge on how to effectively manage their online business, while understanding the legal responsibilities that must be complied with. It is hoped that the results of this training can make a significant contribution in increasing people's income and economic welfare, as well as strengthening compliance with the ITE Law in the context of marketplace utilization in the current digital era.

Abstract

The Community Service Program titled “Smart Digital Generation: Building Digital Literacy and Digital Citizenship for Adolescents” was carried out in the Maitri Indah Housing Complex and Kodim area, Buliang Subdistrict, Batu Aji District. The program aimed to deepen adolescents’ understanding of the importance of digital literacy, ethical online behavior, and legal awareness in the digital environment. Conducted over five well-structured sessions, the program used a blend of presentations, participatory discussions, and digital case simulations. The materials covered included digital literacy basics, ethical digital communication, hoax prevention, personal data protection, and understanding legal consequences in cyberspace. Participants responded enthusiastically, demonstrating active involvement and improved comprehension in using technology responsibly. The program also included hands-on training such as creating positive digital content and using basic digital safety tools. Overall, the initiative significantly contributed to shaping adolescents who are not only digitally competent but also ethically responsible and aware of their rights and obligations as digital citizens. For future sustainability, ongoing monitoring and community-based mentoring are recommended. The integration of digital tools and project-based learning made this a strategic approach to preparing youth for responsible participation in today’s digital society
