This research seeks to examine the impact of talent management and organizational culture on employee productivity at PT Yasunli., with the intention of rolling as a mediating variable. Productivity is a key factor in a company's success, but a high level of Turnover Intention can hinder the achievement of optimal productivity. Therefore, it is important to understand how managing Talent Management and strengthening Organizational Culture can increase productivity as well as reduce employee intent to leave the company. This study uses a quantitative approach through structural equation model (SEM) to assess the direct and indirect relationships between these variables. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey using random sampling method among PT Yasunli employees. The results of the study show that talent management and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on Productivity. In addition, turnover intention plays a mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture and productivity, but does not have a significant mediating role in relation to talent management and productivity. These findings indicate that PT Yasunli should strengthen its organizational culture and talent management strategy to increase productivity and reduce turnover intention, so as to create a work environment that supports optimal performance.
