Abstract

Organization is a system of each other influence between insider working groups The same for reaching the objective. One's position leader organization has a very important role because own task as taker decisions for the continuity of the organization he leads. Study this aim for know implementation of internal and external environment campus College of Science Tarbiyah Palapa Nusantara, campus internal organizational strategy in increasing ability communication students, and internal campus strategies in increasing performance academic student. Study This is a study, Analysis of collected data with observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results show that the implementation of internal and external environments in internal campus organizations has strengths in the form of doing UKM activities (activity unit students), and writing work scientific, weaknesses or weaknesses in the form of the difficulty of proposals for applying for funds in activity organization, opportunities in the form of support from party campus, threat or threats in the form of less parental support in organize. Improving strategy ability communication by conducting discussion programs and providing a chance for opinions, and strategies to improve performance academic by running a language UKM program in English and language Arabic, design graphics, and writing work.

Abstract

The tourism sector is strategic in donating income areas as well as increasing the economy public. Income from activity tourism also contributes to the absorption power of Work. Study This aims To know What is the Strategy of the Head of Ekas Buana Village in Development. Infrastructure Tourist Community-Based. As for types of study, This is qualitative purposeful descriptive To explain or describe something circumstances, events, objects like people, or something related to the study. Analysis of the data obtained based on data in the field, in the analysis process, own four stages that are reduction, triangulation, data presentation, verification/conclusion. Based on research conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research results show that the head village has carried out a strategy that can be seen from three draft basics, that is matter Power attraction, accessibility, and amenities, ie as follows. (1) Create/improve service information easily and fast tourism access travelers through print and online media as well as increase quality infrastructure and facilities transportation going to location object tour. (2) Interweave cooperation with Local Government and parties private sector for the development of infrastructure more directed, integrated, and effective that fulfills standard appropriateness infrastructure tourists especially problem provision of clean water, transportation, and lighting roads. (3) Improve quality cleanliness and add public toilet facilities for comfort tourists use guard beauty and health on-site environment object tour. (4) Planning and creating system disposal rubbish on site object tour to create a sense of comfort for travelers and increase role as well as/involvement public to activity maintenance and maintenance infrastructure and facilities tour.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between income levels and the level of welfare of tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs. The research used a quantitative descriptive research approach. The population in this study was 28 tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs. And the sample used population research because it was less than 100 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. With the type of data, namely quantitative data, while the data sources used were primary data. Data analysis techniques were income analysis, simple regression analysis, and t-test as a hypothesis test. Based on the results of the income analysis, it shows the results of the activities of tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs whose average amount is IDR 3,866,071 per month and is large enough to help and improve their family's economy. This can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test with the t-test which shows t count = 3.830> t table = 1.813 so that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted with the direction of regression Y = 3.7 + 1.2X. This shows that the independent variable (income level) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (the level of welfare of tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs' households). For further research, it is expected to take more samples and use other variables besides the variables used by the current researcher, so that it can attract the interest of the community to process this tofu and tempeh even more.

Abstract

In running its business, a company cannot avoid the existence of important problems in a company that disrupt the level of business health so that it will automatically disrupt the continuity of the business. The purpose of the researcher is to determine the effect of cement prices and income levels of the brick industry on cement demand in Selong Village. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study was taken using furvosive sampling, by determining Selong Village as a sub-population with the consideration that Selong Village has quite a lot of brick industry businesses, and the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The calculation results provide a regression equation for the brick industry: Y = 0.00466 + 0.00001587 X1 + 0 X2 + e Thus, if there is an increase in the price of cement, it will cause a decrease in demand for cement by -1 sack / month, assuming that other variables are constant or ceteris paribus while the income level variable increases by Rp. 1,000 then there is no increase in demand by 0 sacks / month. The results of the study also obtained a description that the average net income level of brick entrepreneurs is Rp. 14,042,883 per month. The results of this study suggest that efforts should be made to suppress sales in full capacity, meaning that sellers should not work half a day but rather try to sell out the bricks they print. In addition, development is also needed so that it can be an example for other small entrepreneurs.
