Abstract

Social media has the potential to help SMEs in marketing their products. The presence of various online (digital) shopping platforms is a potential market for anyone, especially UKMK players to get involved so that they can optimally enter the digital world. Almost all of these platforms are based on the internet, even social media, which is currently almost used by the Indonesian people, is used to sell or market products, services and services. Utilization of digital marketing for MSME actors through training in stages, first: research conducted in the Kuningan Barat Village, South Jakarta, second: Socialization through collaboration with Kuningan Barat Village, and third: Creating a digital marketing training schedule by forming groups divided into 4 sessions. To carry out this socialization, lecture and discussion methods and practice were used. The socialization was carried out to provide an understanding of digital concepts, social media and the benefits of using social media. Assistance in digital marketing management, both in finance and business management. In addition, assistance is also carried out to improve technical capabilities for content: WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook, Website www.plazakuninganbarat.com is one of the outputs of this activity, namely a website in the form of a mini marketplace that can be used as a display store as well as a marketing medium for MSMEs native to Kuningan. West.

Abstract

Pelatihan merupakan sarana penguatan dan peningkatan kapasitas seseorang dalam melakukan aktivitas, khususnya kemampuan komunikasi. Demikian halnya Biro SDM Polda Metro Jaya melakukan pelatihan peningkatan kemampuan fungsi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) bekerjasama dengan FIKOM Univ. Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama) melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Kegiatan ini diikuti 121 peserta dari personil Biro SDM Polda Metro Jaya. Dalam pelatihan ini dijelaskan pengertian, proses, fungsi dan jenis komunikasi. Penggunaan media komunikasi juga menjadi materi yang disampaikan dalam kegiatan ini. Tujuan pelatihan ini untuk peningkatan kapasitas komunikasi dalam upaya meningkatkan citra Polri. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan terdiri dari ceramah, diskusi dan praktek melalui pengalaman peserta. Dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat didapatkan hasil bahwa komunikasi itu perlu dipelajari dan dirancang dengan baik. Komunikasi yang baik akan memperkuat citra SDM serta dapat meningkatkan citra organisasi. Melalui kegiatan ini juga diperoleh hasil bahwa Biro SDM Polda Metro Jaya perlu melakukan kegiata secara berkala sehingga mampu berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman dengan personil Polri lainnya.

Abstract

SMO (Social Media Optimization) is one of the methods used to increase online traffic targeted at social media activities. SMO is one way for SMM (Social Media Marketing) to attract visitors through social media activities. But unfortunately the management of social media by utilizing SMO is still not ideal among many social media managers, especially business owners in Indonesia. The purpose of this activity is to provide training for companies that focus on managing social media among private companies in Jakarta to be able to improve the optimization and performance of their social media. The material presented is related to how to optimize social media, create SMO strategies, focus on visuals on social media, optimize profiles, optimize content, optimize hashtags, create content production timelines, monitor social media performance, utilize social media insight metrics and optimize human resources by creating KPI managers. social media. The results of this training social media managers are able to understand how to optimize social media, be able to directly manage and create quality product content, understand and understand reading social media graphics, be able to make progress reports or insights on social media, and manage social media professionally able to create product content timelines on social media.
