Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially Job Stress and Organizational Commitment Against Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. Consists of three variables: the dependentvariable and two independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 72 people. Research using census techniques by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0. The analysis showed that the variables Job Stress and Organizational Commitment affect the Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. Job Stress and Organizational Commitment jointly affect the Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru significant 0.000. The influence of partial variable Job Stress and Organizational Commitment to Employee Morale At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. The work stress variables negativelyaffect the Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru while variable Organizational Commitment positive effect on Employee Morale At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru.Keywords: Job Stress, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Dicipline.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Nafal Tiara Abadi Pekanbaru, with theaim to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment eithersimultaneously or partially on the performance of the production employee at PT. Nafal Tiara Abadi Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Nafal Tiara Abadi Pekanbaru totaling 42 people, and overall the employees sampled by census method. The method of data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 18.0. The result showed that the work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable 70,4%, while the remaining 29,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the partial regression test (t test) showed that the work discipline and work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance. As for the recommendation that the authors propose that need to be done at regular training to employees so that employees are able to operate the device properly, always pay attention to employee attendance and create a conducive working environment.Keywords : Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aim to know how Work environment variable and Supervisionby simultan and parsial of satisfaction work to PT. Perindustrian danPerdagangan Bangkinang . In this research use random sampling technique, where all of populations to be a sample used. For the knows summary samples, used slovin equation and there are 108 people’s as a sample from the total people’s of populations. This research used primary datas, where are data knows by interview and quistioner. The used analyze in this research is descriptive analyze, and then also used quantitative analyze with the make by SPSS program version 16. From result of examination which have been simultan regresi test ( uji F ) indicate that environment variable and Supervision by simultan have an effect on signifikan to work satisfaction. Result of test parsial ( Test t ) indicating that work environment by parsial have an effect on signifikan of work satisfaction to PT. Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Bangkinang.Keywords: work environment, supervision dan work satisfaction.

Abstract

This study carried out on PT.Toyota Agung AutoMall Pekanbaru.Under the guldance of Marzolina,SE,.MM and Drs.Restu,.MSi..The research aims to examine the influence of Compensation and monitoring to the Employee Performance Effectivity. Object of this research were service advisor, foreman, and technical at Toyota Agung Automall Pekanbaru. There are seventy four questionnaires were sent, but only sixty three questionnaires are returned. That data are analyzed by multiple regression method. The variables were examined are influence of Compensation and monitoring to the Employee Performance Effectivity. The results of this research showed that Compensation has an effect to the Employee Performance Effectivity, monitoring has an effect to the Employee Performance Effectivity. And the result of this research showed that the compensation and monitoring have an effect to the employee performance effectivity. The results of this research also showed that coefficient determinant is 38,7%.Keywords : Effectivity, Compensation, and monitoring

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja karyawan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  PT. Toba Makmur Perkasa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  PT. Toba Makmur Perkasa dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  PT. Toba Makmur Perkasa. Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja, motivasi dan kemampuan sedangkan populasinya adalah seluruh tenaga kerja yang ada di PT.Toba Makmur Perkasa pada tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 38 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus.Data yang dapat didapat akan diolah dengan model regresi linier berganda (multiple regressio). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hasil pengujianmenunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, artinya dalam penelitian ini ditterima. Dari hasil hasil uji F secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan dengan variabel dependen. Artinya variabel motivasi dan kinerja, secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci :     Kinerja, Motivasi dan Kemampuan
