Abstract

Competition in the world of tourism business is very tight, this is known by the emergence of various new tourist attractions that provide facilities and meet the needs of visitors. Nowadays there are a lot of consumers who decide to visit tourist attractions because they follow a Lifestyle that is rife and growing. Viewed from the consumer side, communication contributes to the interest of visiting the community and as a decision maker in visiting. The marketing activity is part of the promotion of Word of mouth. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the variable Word of Mouth and Lifestyle on Decisions Visiting East Java Park 3. The advice that can be given to increase the visiting decision of consumers is to build a wider parking lot, give a cover on the parking lot so that visitors who come and walk from the parking lot are not exposed to heat or rain, add seats to wait for queues and add disney land rides , or adding a few tall trees and fountains in the parking area so that they are shady and cool can also be used as a place for new photos for visitors to be interested in visiting again. Keywords: Word Of Mouth, Lifestyle, and Visiting Decisions.

Abstract

Various reasons can influence decisions in the allocation of investment funds, one of which investment decisions in stock. By knowing the optimal stock portfolio can be obtained results of the most efficient investment and achieve the expected rate of return is greater. Single index method is one way to find out caru stocks efisein, by determining the ranking (order) stocks that have ERB (excess return to beta) highest to ERB (excess return to beta) is lower, so that it can be formed an investment portfolio of stocks that are most optimal when faced with two kinds of investments that produce the same returns two and two different risks, it would have been an investment with less risk, while when faced with two kinds of investments that generate two returns two different and the same risk, it would have been an investment with greater returns.Keywords: investment portfolio, single indexmethod, rate of return

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the effectiveness of the use of working capital on CV Purnama can increase profitability. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method, with the aim of testing the predetermined hypothesis. The population in this study is a financial report in the form of a balance sheet and income statement of CV Purnama. The sampling in this study was to use CV Purnama's financial statements for the period 2015-2017. CV Purnama's return on assets in 2015-2017 be very volatile, in 2015 on aseet was high up to 11%. In 2016 CV Purnama's return on assets decreased to 6% due to the increase in assets which were increasingly not proportional to net income. In 2017 return on assets increased by 9%. Overall, Gross Profit Margin and Return on Equity ratio of the company is very good, because it increases every year. The effectiveness of the use of working capital can increase the profitability of the company, if the velocity of working capital of the return of capital turnover it works faster and fater.. Working capital turnover itself starts from when cash is invested in the component of working capital until it returns to cash, it means that the company's profitability has increased. Good management of working capital management where the effectiveness of working capital from 2015-2017 has increased so that the profitability of the company quickly and rose.Keywords: Effectiveness, Working Capital Turnover, Profitability

Abstract

This study analyzes of the effect of customer relationship marketing and corporate image to customer loyalty. The object of this study is Bank Jatim in Surabaya. The research problem refers to competition in the banking industry had rapidly gave freedom to customers indetermining the choice to use their services, so if the value received was not as expected then the customers were easy to move to another bank, which was considered in accordance with the customers wishes. So bank must used the strategic who can building customers loyalty. Customer relationship marketing and corporate image was some strategic to make customers loyalty. The research used 100 respondent, and the respondent were client of the Jatim branch in Untag Surabaya. Data was collected using observation dan questionnaires. The results showed that customer relationship  marketing and corporate image was influence on customer loyalty of bank Jatim. Keywords: Customer relationship marketing, corporate image and loyalty

Abstract

In each competition, many business people do way or a better strategy in order to meet the needs of consumers as well as provide satisfaction to the maximum, and to give the best service. Formulation of the problem in this research is to 1) If quality of service effect on consumer satisfaction Uber taxi? 2). Does the facility have an effect on consumer satisfaction Uber taxi?. The purpose of doing research is to know the influence of 1). The quality of service of consumer satisfaction Uber taxi, 2). Facilities against consumer satisfaction Uber taxi. this research use descriptive research type with quantitative approach. Method of quantitative research is research that is based on the philosophy of positivism, used for researching on population or a particular sample, data collection using the instruments of research, data analysisquantitative in nature.the results and conclusions of this research is to 1). Quality of service in a positive effect on consumer satisfaction 2). Facilities positively influential on consumer satisfaction. Recommendations is given to the management of the company to always improve the quality of services such as paying attention to consumers, to the employees of the uber taxi to create quality good service (friendliness, polite – courteous, speed), to increase consumer satisfaction need any additional value offered. keywords: service quality, facilities and customer satisfaction

Abstract

Many Companies are trying to seize the market area in various ways in the show innovation in produdcts or services are produced. Companies must be able to determine appropriate market aspects so that the business can survive and the company’s main goal is reached. On the other hand many underlying factors that influence and consumers to buy such a product, the influence of product, price and promotion. Factors mentioned above become one of determining the consumer’s decision to buy a product. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this study to determine how much influence the product, price and promotion of consumer decision.Based on the research results, it can be seen that the product, price and promotion and very strong positive influence on consumer decision and variable promotion dominant influence over the decisions of consumer of the other variables. Keywords: Product, Price, Promotion, Consumer Decision.

Abstract

 UD. Rizky Barokah is one forest honey producers headquartered in Surabaya. . With the growing number of entrepreneurs honey from year to year shows the business environment in the increasingly competitive field of honey. Competitive business environment requires all employers to apply the quality of services in addition to providing the best product quality through the application of TQM albeit with different levels in an effort to create customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to: "Determine the influence of TQM on consumer satisfaction UD.Rizky Barokah"Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach that is trying to achieve and sustain long-term success to meet customer satisfaction as one of its objectives. . With high product quality and low price, competitive position in the market will increase. The following series of events will help organizations transform and achieve the purpose of profit and grow more easily. In addition, workers will have job security, which will create satisfaction in the workplace (Basterfiel, 2011, 2) According to Krajewski (2005, 196) consumers are satisfied when their expectations for a product or quality are met. Sometimes, consumers use quality requirements common to describe the level of their satisfaction with a product or service. Analysis of total quality management at UD. Rizky Barokah indicate the category of "very good". It is shown from the results of the interview, the application of total quality management is based on three pillars, namely human resources responsive, value and ease of contacting the seller. Of the three pillars researchers found the results were realistic about the application of total quality management concepts UD. Abstract

ABSTRACT Lately, more and more teenagers are doing outdoor activities or activities that are identical with adventure in the wild which has become a new lifestyle behind the glitter of technology in modern times. To be able to attract consumer buying interest, companies must strive to improve and maintain product quality with an appropriate selling price offset, and be able to answer the needs and desires of consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, and lifestyle on the purchasing decisions of Consina brand products at the Dharmahusada Store in Surabaya. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased Consina brand products at the Dharahusada Store in Surabaya. This study uses a purposive sampling technique to determine respondents as many as 100 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the quality of products, brand image, and lifestyle silmutan influence on purchasing decisions. Product quality, brand image and lifestyle partially influence purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image and Lifestyle

Abstract

ABSTRACT            Financial performance assessment is an important thing for thr company, because with an assessment of the company’s financial performance can find out its financial condition which can then be used as ann evaluation by the company to be used as a basis for  making decisions, policies or strategies that are right for the company, so that the company can still grow and develop in quality and quantity.  In this study researchesrs used a measure of Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Economic Value Added (EVA), with an industry average asessment standard that is  if the ROA value  > 9%, ROE value > 15% and EVA value > 0 (positive value), then the company can be said to have good financial performance.  This study aims to describe the financial performance  of PT.Gudang Garam,Tbk which is registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia.  The object of this research is the financial statements of PT.Gudang Garam,Tbk.  The result of this study explain that although there are a few deficiencies that occur in 2016-2018 where the company has not been able to produce a value of EVA>0, in 2019 the company has succeeded in increasing the value of EVA to be positive.  Other than that the results of the ROA and ROE values obtained are all ebove the industry stabdard average value, so it can be said that overall the company’s finsncial performance is good. Keywords : Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Economic Value Added, Financial Performance
