Abstract

The community service carried out at SMAN 1 Seram Barat has the aim of preparing teachers to face teacher professional education (PPG) by providing complete information about PPG in the form of lectures and training in portfolio preparation. This activity is to meet the needs of teachers based on the results of interviews, admitting that they lack knowledge about teacher professional education and have difficulty making portfolios. The number of teachers who participated in this activity was 23 people. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was found that the level of satisfaction in participating in the activities reached 87.83% while the percentage of the level of ease of understanding the material of the activity was 86.52% and the level of usefulness of the material was 89.13%

Abstract

The research was carried out to determine the improvement of elementary students' mathematical problem solving skills with Olympic material after training using the guided discovery method. The research subjects were 26 students of SD AL-Hilal Kamal. The average result of the students' pretest was 19 while the average result of the posttest of students was 54. The average increase in students' mathematical problem solving abilities was 35. Student responses to this training were very positive based on the number of student attendance, namely 100%

Abstract

This community service activity aims to help teachers in SD Negeri 1 Kairatu, Seram Bagian Barat district, develop a flow of learning objectives and teaching modules, and implement differentiated learning based on the independent learning curriculum. This activity was carried out in the form of socialization. To determine the results, participants were given a questionnaire containing questions related to the material provided before and after the socialization activity. The questionnaire results showed that 10 participants (100%) already understood how to compile the flow of learning objectives and teaching modules and were able to apply differentiated learning to their learning
