Abstract

The existence of humans in organizations has a very vital position, organizational success is largely determined by the quality of the people who work in it. organizations are not only able to provide satisfying services but are also oriented to values, so organizations can achieve maximum performance in the process of achieving it. Consequently, organizations need human resources who have unique skills and abilities in accordance with the organization's vision and mission. Competency-based human resource development is carried out in order to provide results that are in accordance with the goals and objectives of the organization with established performance standards. The phenomenon that occurs in the field shows that the ability of human resources is still limited, this is evidenced by the existence of workforce data whose education level does not match the type occupation. In performance management, competence plays a role in individual behavior in adjusting work properly. Therefore it is felt necessary to explore more about the role of human resource competencies to create job satisfaction and improve employee performance in the company

Abstract

Learning in schools requires continuous innovation and development. This needs to be done, because students must get quality and creative learning. One method that emphasizes cooperative learning is cooperative learning assisted by scrabble media. The purpose of this study was to describe scrabble-assisted cooperative learning in social studies for grade IX students. The method used is a classroom action research method. The results showed that the use of scrabbled-assisted cooperative learning methods could assist classroom learning in social studies subjects. The increase in value from pre-cycle to second cycle is 12 points. Learning is more dynamic and runs actively. The students are active and always looking for good answers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online service and timeliness of service on customer satisfaction at BPSR Al Salam. The background of this research is online services that have been booming lately, influenced by the ongoing Corona pandemic. For this reason, many financial institutions have changed face-to-face services to online services. This raises many problems and adaptation is not easy. This research uses quantitative methods. Researchers used SPSS 20 to process the data. Data is taken from a questionnaire. The data were processed by classical test, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test. After being tested classically, the data was continued with multiple regression test. The sample used is the customers of BPRS Al Salam. The data collection method used the simple random sampling method. Samples were taken randomly from the entire existing population. The researcher used the normality test for the homogeneity test, the multiple linear test and the coefficient of determination test. The results show that online service affects customer satisfaction, timeliness of service affects customer satisfaction, online service and timeliness of service simultaneously affect customer satisfaction

Abstract

Digital literacy was not just the ability to operate well, and only know the hardware and software, but more than that. Ability to control emotions, cognitive and social abilities. Online learning required digital literacy. So that students were able to learn well. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of digital literacy in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. In addition to knowing the online learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, and to found out the obstacles during online learning at home. The research method used was a qualitative method. Data were taken by means of interviews and documentation. Respondents were 2 high school students and 3 junior high school students in Bogor Regency. The result of this study was that the lack of digital literacy in students could result in less than optimal online learning. The role of digital literacy in online learning is very dominant. One of the keys to successful online learning was digital literacy. Barriers that arose in online learning, were more dominant to external factors. Home learning required parental supervision to help with home learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what social media strategies will increase audience engagement on social media and increase product sales at Cinla Restaurant. The method used is qualitative, by means of observation, documentation and interviews. The population in this study are consumers of Cinla Restaurant in Cililitan, East Jakarta. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that a social media engagement strategy that can increase product sales is to create content that can attract audience involvement, follow trending content, and pay attention to market conditions in order to find out consumer desires for products so that they can increase sales volume.
