Abstract

This research is classroom action research using cooperative learning method type make a match which is carried out in 2 cycles and each cycle 3 meetings, the object of this research is class IV SD Negeri 1 Gisting with the number of students as many as 28 people in natural science subjects . observation to observe directly student learning activities during the learning process, test learning outcomes to obtain data on the progress of learning outcomes, documentation to obtain data about the teaching and learning process of Gisting Elementary School 1. The analysis used by researchers is to use simple statistical formulas, namely quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. From the results of the analysis it can be seen the results that student activity increased overall 7.6% from 78.75% in the first cycle to 85.74% in the second cycle, then the learning outcomes increased 36% from 68% in the first cycle to 85% in cycle II. Based on these data, it can be concluded that by using cooperative learning methods the type of make-a mach has a positive contribution in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) on student learning outcomes. The problem in this study is the low student learning outcomes. This research uses purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study used non-tests and tests. The results of data analysis showed that there was an influence on the use of the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) on the learning outcomes of Grade IV students of SDN 1 Gisting. This is indicated by the average value of student learning outcomes who follow learning using the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) in the experimental class is higher than the average value of student learning outcomes who do not use the SQ3R learning model ( Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) in the control class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika melalui strategi pembelajaran Planted Questions pada siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Campang Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pada setiap siklusnya dilaksanakan tiga pertemuan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Campang Raya Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 berjumlah 25 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal meningkat dari 20% pada pra siklus menjadi 60% pada siklus I dan meningkat kembali menjadi 84% pada siklus II. Dengan nilai rata-rata tes formatif siswa meningkat dari 64,00 pada tahap pra siklus, menjadi 72,00 pada siklus I dan menjadi 83,44 pada siklus II. Kemudian jumlah siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM juga telah mengalami peningkatan, yaitu pada tahap prasiklus sebanyak 5 siswa, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 15 siswa dan mengalami peningkatan lagi pada siklus II menjadi 21 siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes through the Planted Questions learning strategy for fourth grade students of SDN 1 Campang Raya. This type of research is classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. In each cycle, three meetings were held. The subjects of this study were the fourth grade students of SDN 1 Campang Raya in the academic year 2020/2021 totaling 25 students. The results showed that classical student learning mastery increased from 20% in the pre-cycle to 60% in the first cycle and increased again to 84% in the second cycle. With the average value of the formative test students increased from 64.00 in the pre-cycle stage, to 72.00 in the first cycle and to 83.44 in the second cycle. Then the number of students who scored above the KKM has also increased, namely at the pre-cycle stage as many as 5 students, increasing in the first cycle to 15 students and increasing again in the second cycle to 21 students.

Abstract

This study aims to increase participation in the learning outcomes of elementary school students by using a project-based learning model in the sixth grade Citizenship Education subject at SD Negeri 2 Merak Batin, South Lampung. This type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) uses qualitative data, and the research used as a new research is a classroom action research model with Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which includes planning, action, implementation of action and observation, and reflection. The results of research conducted in class VI B SD Negeri 2 Merak Batin South Lampung, with the research subjects 25 students and homeroom teacher can be said to be running well. By applying the project-based learning model / Project Based Learning can increase the participation of student learning outcomes, this is evidenced by student learning outcomes that occur in Cycle I with an average of 75.76 and become 94.6 in Cycle II. By applying the project-based learning model / Project Based Learning according to the stages of the learning model, it can have a big influence on student activity in class.

Abstract

Currently, education is required to be better related to student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are strongly influenced by how the teacher chooses the delivery model of learning material in the classroom. Therefore, this article was created with the aim of providing references related to learning models which in their application have been proven to improve student learning outcomes in elementary schools. In Indonesia, there are various types of learning models, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages. On this occasion the researcher only chose one learning model, namely discovery learning. So the researchers conducted research using the meta-analysis method, which is an effort to summarize various research results by studying 5 data documents related to the use of published discovery learning models. From the research conducted, it is proven that the discovery learning model is able to help increase student activity in the learning process with students finding their own information so that it shows an increase in student learning outcomes both in elementary school.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of the Card Sort method in improving reading ability. Reading is a means for students to learn things that are not yet known and can expand knowledge, students can recognize themselves, their culture and even help recognize the culture of other people, and students can recognize written messages contained in reading. To achieve the above goals, students' ability to read is needed. The Card Sort method is a learning method used to help remember what they have read in reading books, not only from short-term memory to long-term memory. The problems in learning to read that occur in class IV SDN 1 Landbaw are that students cannot read well and correctly, students cannot answer questions related to information and reading material, and draw conclusions from the reading. As a result, most students are less active in concluding reading content, students also feel bored with learning to read so they are less enthusiastic about following it. The use of the Card Sort learning method is expected to be able to improve students' reading skills in accordance with the Class IV Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) in Indonesian language subjects at SDN 1 Landbaw because in using the Card Sort method students are required to actively carry out responsibilities for the assigned tasks. given by the teacher. The results of research using the Card Sort method can improve students' reading skills. Learning with this method can improve the reading of class IV students at SDN 1 Landbaw. The average Card Sort method in student learning in Indonesian language subjects from the status cycle reached 60.50%, then in the second cycle it reached 80.50%, so there was an increase of 20%. In this case, students' reading increased by 45%. So with an increase in reading, 80% of students completed their studies and 20% of students who did not complete their studies.

Abstract

The problems in this study are 1) lack of teaching materials in learning science, 2) lack of interest in learning science material, 3) LKPD made and downloaded by teachers from the internet are less interesting, non-contextual images, only summaries of materials and only contain questions and 4) students are less active in learning. Therefore, one effort that can be made is to develop LKPD based on a scientific approach so that students can understand and be interested in the science learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of feasibility and practicality of scientific-based LKPD on science material for grade IV SDN 1 Kaliawi Bandar Lampung. This type of research is research and development that adopts ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development. The instruments used are expert validation sheets and student response questionnaire sheets. The results of this research and development state that the feasibility of scientific-based LKPD based on the assessment of material experts obtained a percentage of 92% with very feasible criteria, then language experts gave an assessment with a percentage of 92.73% also with very feasible criteria, while the assessment of media experts obtained a percentage of 89.23% also with very feasible criteria. From the three validation results, it is concluded that the scientific-based LKPD assessment is very feasible and can be applied to grade IV students of SDN 1 Kaliawi Bandar Lampung. While the results of the LKPD assessment on the student response questionnaire as a whole get a very practical category or very feasible to use with a percentage of 87.48%. Based on this explanation, it can be concluded that the development of scientific-based LKPD has very good feasibility and practicality in learning on the material of science for grade IV SDN 1 Kaliawi Bandar Lampung.
