Abstract

The Development Administration Section is an organization in the field of government in Gianyar Regency which has a work program which is to supervise the realization of the budget for each RAO (Regional Apparatus Organization) and is assisted by using the TEPRA Information System to carrying out a routine evaluation process every month, so it is important for the information system to minimize the risks that may occur. The research process uses two frameworks, namely the COBIT 2019 framework and the NIST 800-30 framework. The use of NIST 800-30 found 12 gaps out of 12 threats with 8 risks being medium and 4 risks being low. Continuing the use of COBIT 2019 resulted in calculating the highest rating value in the first process APO 13 domain with a value of 4.58, a percentage of 91%, Fully category. And the domain with the lowest percentage with a value of 3.00, the percentage is 60%, the Largely category is the second and third process APO 13 domain, DSS 02 domain, first and second process DSS 03 domain and DSS 04 domain. Next, the assessment of maturity levels produces the highest score in BAI 05 domain with a value of 4.27, level value 4 (Quantitative). And the domain with the lowest score with a value of 3.00, the level value 3 (Defined) occurs in the domain DSS 02, DSS03, and DSS 04. Next, the gap level assessment with the highest value occurs in the third process APO 14 domain with a value of 1.92 which is the level of effectiveness in using problem data that does not run smoothly according to system functionality. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is hoped that it will create a developing government and create good governance, so that in the process of developing an information system, the recommendations for improvements that have been suggested can be implemented.

Abstract

Captain I Wayan Dipta stadium rooftop power plant is designed as an additional power supply to meet the stadium's electrical load needs. Roof plts design using 2 scenarios. Scenario 1 has a capacity of 83,300 Wp with a solar module of 238 units and a 2-unit inverter generating 112,321 kWh/year of energy and will supply the day load of transformers 2 and 3 stadiums of 35,470 kWh/year. Scenario 2 with a capacity of 156,800 Wp with a solar module of 448 units and 4 inverters generates 211,458 kWh/year of energy and will supply the day load of transformer 1 stadium at 100,919 kWh/year. Scenario 1 investment cost of Rp.1,178,760,000 with total income up to 25 years amounting to Rp.1,090,635,084 while in scenario 2 costs investment amounting to Rp.2,237,860,000 and income up to the 25th year amounting to Rp.3,126,761,273 in economic feasibility analysis using NPV, PI, and the DPP is only scenario 2 which can be said to be feasible because in the 25th year the income is greater than the investment, while in scenario 1 the income will be worth the same as the investment in the 29th year. This means the system in scenario 1 is not feasible because it has a DPP longer than the lifespan of the project.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya pertindustrian di Indonesia, maka kebutuhan daya listrik yang dibutuhkan semakin meningkat. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan daya listrik tersebut pada tahun 2016, PT PLN (Persero) merencanakan pembangunan GITET 500 kV Antosari. Pembangunan GITET 500 kV Antosari merupakan tindak lanjut dari rencana PT PLN (Persero) yang akan menambah pasokan energi listrik ke Bali melalui sistem interkoneksi Jawa – Bali menggunakan jaringan transmisi SUTET 500 kV, dimulai dari GITET 500 kV Paiton dan akan sampai di GITET 500 kV Antosari. Untuk mengamankan gardu induk dari ancaman sambaran petir, salah satu cara yang digunakan adalah dengan mengamankan sistem perntanahan dilokasi gardu induk. Maka dipilih sistem pentanahan grid di lokasi rencana pembangunan Gardu Induk 500 kV Antosari. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis perbandingan ukuran luas pentanahan dengan kedalaman batang konduktor terhadap tahanan pentanahan grid, tegangan sentuh, tegangan langkah dan probabilitas timbulnya tegangan sentuh dan tegangan langkah. Data tahanan tanah yang didapatkan dari pengukuran secara langsung digunakan untuk mengetahui  nilai tahanan jenis tanah kemudian digunakan untuk menghitung tahanan pentanahan grid, tegangan sentuh, tegangan langkah dan probabilitas tegangan sentuh dan tegangan langkah. Perhitungan tahanan pentanahan grid menggunakan persamaan IEEE, Standard 80-2000 sedangkan untuk perhitungan tegangan sentuh dan tegangan langkah menggunakan IEEE, Standard 665-1995. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lokasi gardu induk untuk kondisi tanah basah dengan luas grid 3 m x 3 m dan kedalaman 5 m didapatkan nilai tahanan pentanahan grid 0,49 ohm dan nilai tegangan langkah 125 volt dengan probabilitas 0,72%. Sedangkan untuk kondisi tanah kering dengan luas grid 3 m x 3m dan kedalaman 5 didapatkan nilai tahanan pentanahan grid 1,11 ohm dan nilai tegangan langkah 281 volt dengan probabilitas 0,72%. Dari hasil analisis juga menunjukan dengan luas grid 3 m x 3 m dan kedalaman 0,5 m didapatkan nilai tegangan sentuh untuk kondisi tanah basah 73 volt dan pada kondisi tanah kering 165 volt dengan probabilitas yang sama yaitu 72%. DOI: 10.24843/MITE.1501.01

Abstract

The aim of this study is to help a company gas or chemical companies to determine the point of a gas leak. To find out the point of the gas leak, it is necessary to create a robot capable of exploring the underground passageway and has the ability to detect scent strength of gas, so that the point of the leak can be found .. One of the application of robotics technology in accordance with the conditions of underground passageways are a robot that has a combination of Wheeled Robot Arm Robot and 6WD. Due to the design of the robot can roam the surface conditions are not flat and has the ability to balance its body. The results achieved in this study is that the robot can detect the presence of butane gas use TGS2600 sensor. In addition, the transmission of information from the robot to use XBee interface software has been successfully carried out. So that the operator controls the robot can monitor the condition of the robot. Delivery of image information from the robot to the operator can be performed via the S-video channel then transferring images from the camera to the laptop.

Abstract

Since 1980, the village department of Mekar Sari, Panji Village has had a Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH). The PLTMH, which has a 10kW generation capacity, is experiencing various problems resulting in unsuitable operation. One of the proposed improvements is the design of the penstock (fast pipe) in accordance with the MHP Banjar Dinas Mekar Sari. The new penstock design produced penstock with a length of 54 meters, a penstock diameter of 0.8272 meters and a penstock thickness of 0.002 meters. The flow velocity at the penstock after the new design is 2.7088 m / s, and the net head is 16 meters. This improvement is intended to take full advantage of the height of the river flow, so that the maximum flow rate can be generated and then used to rotate the turbine.

Abstract

One of the positive impacts arising from technological developments is the ease in conveying aspirations and in obtaining information very quickly. The benefits of this technological development can be felt by all sectors, including the government sector which must protect the people and the state. In improving the quality of public services, the government must implement a government based on digital information technology. Therefore, the central and regional governments have provided online-based public complaint services. To improve the quality of service, the online complaint system must run optimally. The methods that are widely used to find the similarity of the complaint text are the cosine similarity method and the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method for classifying complaint data. This study reviews the application of the two methods to determine the level of accuracy before it can be implemented in the online complaint system. The results of the review state that the Cosine Similarity method has an accuracy rate of 71.5% and ANN has an accuracy rate of 77%. While other method have an accuracy rate of 67%. From the percentage of this values, its can be concluded use of Cosine Similarity and ANN methods is feasible to use in classifying data in the Online Community Complaint System.

Abstract

Metode analisa aliran daya pada sistem distribusi radial telah banyak dikembangkan. Salah satu metode yang cukup baik telah diusulkan oleh Mekhamer. Metode ini lebih sederhana dari Newton Raphson dari segi perhitungan iterasi, tidak perlu membentuk admitansi bus dan tidak perlu menggunakan matrik Jacobian.Kedua metode ini dicobakan pada Penyulang Bukit Jati dan VIP 2 merupakan penyulang-penyulang yang digunakan sebagai obyek analisa aliran daya. Penyulang Bukit Jati adalah penyulang di wilayah Bali Timur, sedangkan Penyulang VIP 2 adalah penyulang di wilayah Bali Selatan.Hasil analisa dengan metode ini dibandingkan dengan metode Newton Raphson. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan ini lebih cepat, walaupun jumlah iterasi yang diperlukan lebih banyak daripada metode Newton Raphson. Untuk hasil tegangan bus kedua metode menunjukkan hasil yang mendekati sama. Dalam semua analisa, metode ini menunjukkan hasil yang baik, tidak mengalami masalah konvergensi, sehingga analisa aliran daya padaj aringan distribusi 20 kV di Bali dapat deselesaikan dengan baik.

Abstract

Dalam penulisan ini dibahas tentang aplikasi teori himpunan Fuzzy untuk menyelesaikan penempatan optimal dan kapasitas kapasitor bank pada penyulang distribusi. Ada beberapa penyulang yang mempunyai kualitas rendah pada profil tegangannya, disebabkan karena adanya beban-beban induktif yang dipergunakan oleh konsumen. Sebagai contoh penyulang-penyulang yang melayani daerah-daerah turis yang baru seperti di kabupaten Tabanan (penyulang Penebel) dan daerah kabupaten Buleleng (penyulang Menjangan). Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dapat dilakukan dengan memasang kapasitor bank untuk mengkompensasi beban-beban induktif. Optimal placement and sizing of capacitor bank on the feeders of Penebel and Menjangan can be calculated based on a combination of maximum sensitivities selection, Fuzzy theorem, and local variations algorithm. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa dengan mengaplikasikan metode ini untuk penyulang-penyulang Penebel dan Menjangan dapat memperbaiki profil tegangannya, sehingga tidak ada bus-bus pada kedua penyulang tersebut yang tegangannya melanggar batas-batas yang diijinkan. Demikian juga penghematan biaya tahunan cukup signifikan, yaitu sebesar 3043.94 USD untuk penyulang Penebel dan 2327.16 USD untuk penyulang.

Abstract

Rectifier GR-40 yang digunakan Kandatel Denpasar tersebar diseluruh wilayah Bali. Pelaksanaanoperasi dan pemeliharaan masih sangat tidak efisien, karena dilaksanakan secara manual dan langsung di lokasi.Rectifier GR-40 memiliki keunggulan khususnya dalam proses pengendalian secara komputerisasi. Pengendalianjarak jauh dapat dilakukan melalui dial up modem atau menggunakan jaringan data komputer yang terintegrasisecara intranet untuk mendukung operasional dan pemeliharan sistem catu daya telekomunikasi. Hasil uji coba diSTO Monang-Maning memberikan hasil yang cukup baik, sehingga sistem ini dapat diimplementasikan untukpengelolan operasional dan pemeliharaan Rectifier GR-40 yang tersebar di seluruh Bali yang lebih efisien danefektif.

Abstract

The Kuta Art Market, is a modern market that was recently revitalized in 2023. The building has renewable energy potential of PLTS on the roof area, when this potential can be exploited then the electricity consumption of the Kuta Art Market Building is no longer supplied by conventional power plants (PLN) but will enjoy clean energy of autonomous plants such as PLTS. The aim of this study is to identify the potential for generating electricity on the roof of the Kuta Art Market, determine the capacity of the battery as a reserve source of energy and the value of the investment. The research steps of this thesis calculate the solar energy potential in the area of the Kuta Art Market by using PVsyst software, collect the load profile of the Kuta Art Market. The next step is to compute the capacity of the PLTS - inverter then determine the battery capacity required according to the load profile of the Kuta Art Market and then determines the investment cost to build the solar power plant on the rooftop of the Kuta Art Market as well as to evaluate the potential cost savings that can be achieved by using solar energy as a primary resource. The total roof area of the Kuta Art Market is 780,455 m2 with energy potential of 166,23 kW. Based on the design results, PLTS will be built with a capacity of 61,6 kWp, with total battery capacity 3200 Ah. Total investment of Rp. 1,162,938.563 is required for the construction of PLTS, a payback period of 15 years 8 months, NPV of Rp. 204,439.887,26 and IRR of 8,06%. Based on the values above, it indicates that the PLTS project on the roof of the Kuta Art Market building is feasible to carry out.
