Abstract

Keselamatan Kerja salah satu aspek perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjas Undang-undang No.1 tahun 1970 pentingnya pengelolaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di sektor tambang tersebut pemerintah mengeluarkan peraturan tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja khusus tambang yaitu KEPDIRJEN MINERBA Kemektivitas nasional. ntrian ESDM Nomor 185.K/37.04/DJB/2019 Untuk  mencegah  kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja maka pentingnya pengetahuan dan sikap tenaga kerja yang baik dalam penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengetahuan  dan sikap pekerja tambang batubara tentang keselamatan kerja di Blok PIT 1A PT. Surya Anugrah Sejahtera Kabupaten Bungo. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan jumlah responden 33 orang pekerja. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan subyek penelitian, penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai bulan November 2021 dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebanyak 51,5% pekerja tambang batu bara memiliki pengetahuan tinggi  tentang keselamatan kerja dan sebanyak 60,6% pekerja memiliki sikap positif tentang keselamatan kerja. Diharapkan kepada pihak perusahaan agar pekerja memiliki pengetahuan rendah dan sikap negatif tentang keselamatan kerja mendapat penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang keselamatan kerja tambang, khususnya tambang batubara terbuka.

Abstract

Students must be able to adapt the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, so there is a need for efforts to align expertise. This research was conducted to see the role of entrepreneurship education in influencing the ability of students' technopreneurship towards innovative behavior of students with the skills of the Industrial Revolution era 4.0 as a mediating variable. The population in this study were Andalas University Padang students. Determination of the size of the sample based on percentages according to the Yount Table. Based on these considerations, the sample in this study amounted to 252 Andalas University students from 15 Faculties at Andalas University, Padang. 162 respondents have received Entrepreneurship Education (Group I) and 90 respondents have not received Entrepreneurship Education (Group II). Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire with a Rating scale measurement. Data obtained from the questionnaire was processed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method using the help of Smart PLS software. From this study it can be concluded that there is a role in Entrepreneurship Education in influencing the ability of student technopreneurship towards innovative behavior of students with the skills of the Industrial Revolution era 4.0 as a mediating variable.

Abstract

PT. Muba Electric Power merupakan perusahaan di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan listrik. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, perusahaan ini mengemban risiko yang cukup tinggi terkait insiden kebakaran.  Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penerapan sistem proteksi kebakaran yang baik dan dapat melindungi gedung dari insiden kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem proteksi kebakaran di PT. Muba Electric Power Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada 7 informan. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan  menggunakan 3 jenis informan, yaitu informan utama, informan kunci, dan informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif yang berada di PT. Muba Electric Power Kabupaten berupa APAR (70%) dan sumber air (akses pasokan air) (80%). Sedangkan, sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif yang berada di PT. Muba Electric Power Kabupaten berupa jalur evakuasi (70%), pintu darurat (50%), petunjuk arah (75%), titik kumpul (100%). Secara keseluruhan, sistem proteksi kebakaran yang berada di PT. Muba Electric Power mendapatkan skor 45,5% (kurang).Kata Kunci : Kebakaran, Sistem Proteksi, Perusahaan

Abstract

IPC Container Terminal is one of the subsidiaries of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) for container terminal services engaged in port and logistics services. If you pay attention to the working environment conditions at PT. The IPC Container Terminal at the loading and unloading section of goods is not equipped with ventilation/air exchange. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between a hot working climate and the subjective complaints of workers in the loading and unloading division of PT. Teluk Bayur Padang Container Terminal IPC. The research design is cross-sectional. The research population is stevedoring workers at PT. Teluk Bayur Padang Container Terminal IPC with a total of 46 people. All populations are used as research samples. This research took place from February to August 2022 and the research instrument used a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, measurement of the temperature of the hot working climate in the loading and unloading section of PT. IPC Teluk Bayur Padang Container Terminal in 2022 obtained an average result of 32.03 0C for all measurement points, this is included in the high category. More than half of the workforce experienced high subjective complaints, namely 73.9%. It is hoped that the management of PT. Teluk Bayur Padang Container Terminal IPC carried out introduction and acclimatization, planting mahogany and matoa trees, adding ventilation for loading and unloading of goods and providing drinking water plus salt, and providing personal protective equipment.
