Abstract

Organizational culture is an important element in the development and progress of organizations both in the business world, government, educational institutions and social religious organizations. This research aims to describe organizational culture through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The study is divided into three parts. First, an introduction which outlines issues related to culture. Second, the discussion describes the opinions of experts supported by empirical information. Third, the conclusion is a conclusion of the problems and discussions that have been described. The conclusion from this research is that the development and existence of an organization has a strong and significant relationship with organizational culture

Objective study This is For explain influence strategy management conflict to performance. Conflict can happen on Who just And Where just with No know status, income And position. Strategy manage conflict as Wrong One effort For create performance Good For performance individual employee nor performance team. Population study This is all over power education in UNNES with taking sample use proportional sampling a number 88 sample. Results study prove that hypothesis Which state strategy management conflict influential in a way positive And significant to performance teamwork accepted. Matter This explain that strategy management conflict can give contribution on performance through ability employee in accommodate idea from colleague Work, ability avoid difference opinion with keep your feelings And keep the relationship communication, And do collaboration about work methods

Abstract

The formulation of the problem studied is whether there is a simultaneous or partial influence between service quality and promotion of volume sale at PT. Priority Rengat. Objective research namely for know the influence quality service And promotions on sales volume at PT. Rengat Priority.Method study that is Quantitative methods are descriptive research regarding service quality and promotion on sales volume at PT Prioritas Rengat. H results study that is Coefficient Correlation is known that (X 1 ) quality service and (X 2 ) promotion has a positive relationship with (Y) sales volume. This can seen from mark efficiency correlation multiple R is 0.420. And furthermore tested with The coefficient of multiple determination (R 2) is 0.176. this shows that (X 1 ) quality service and (X 2 ) promotion have a variation relationship with (Y) volume sale as big as 17.6 %. And the rest 82.4 % in influence by variable besides (X 1 ) and (X 2 ). Based on the significant value seen in the sig column, namely 0.009 means the probability of 0.009 is smaller than 0.05. This means it has a greater influence significant between quality service And promotions on sales volume

Abstract

Role government area in planning development area that is own authority and ability to manage, implementing regional development programs. Government _ area determine success process implementation government and development activities in the region. P rocess of regional development planning in the District Manatuto, Timor Leste plan started from community public, village, board village, subdistrict And stakeholders in the region. Reviewed policies from the central government to approve plan documents the area The community is not satisfied, because the regional development plan document was ratified by the central government is not based on the plan document submitted to the central government. The aim of this research is to: a) describe and analyze the role of regional government as Entrepreneur, Coordinator, facilitator And Stimulators in planning development in district Manatuto. b) describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the government's role areas in regional development planning in the Manatuto district. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Results study that is local government as Entrepreneur, Coordinator, facilitator and Stimulator to participate in the team Regional Development Commission to verify, evaluate and supervise the program priority planning development area

The character of a community, especially the younger generation is the identity of the community itself, and the existence of a nation is determined by the character owned.
