Abstract

The science learning process (IPAS) in Grade 4 at SDN Macanan 1 still relies solely on textbooks as the main learning resource, resulting in low student engagement and difficulty in understanding the material, particularly the topic of changes in the states of matter. Based on observations and interviews, only 13 out of 40 students met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKTP) score of 75. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Nearpod-based instructional media to improve students' learning outcomes. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 40 fourth-grade students, and the data were collected through observation, interviews, and learning outcome tests. The instructional media were tested in both limited and wider trials. The limited trial showed a mastery level of 80%, while the wider trial showed 86.6%. These results indicate that the Nearpod-based instructional media are highly effective in improving students’ learning outcomes, exceeding the KKTP score, and can be implemented without any revisions.

Abstract

Learning media is very important as a tool that can help teachers deliver material. However, at SD Negeri Macana 1, the utilization of learning media is still not optimal, which has an impact on the low achievement of student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of 2D Animation media to improve student learning outcomes in KPK & FPB math subjects. This research uses the type of R&D (Research and Delelopment) research with the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri Macanan 1, totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and evaluation questions. Data analysis techniques using descriptive quantitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the limited trial and the broad trial through working on evaluation questions, the completeness of student learning outcomes in the limited trial obtained a percentage score of 79.3% and the broad trial obtained a percentage score of 83.2%. Based on these results it can be concluded that 2D Animation media is very effective for improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga penilaian yang dilakukan guru dalam proses pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses perencanaan meliputi analisis capaian pembelajaran, penyusunan tujuan dan alur tujuan pembelajaran, asesmen diagnostik, serta pengembangan modul ajar yang disusun sesuai karakteristik peserta didik. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, guru menerapkan strategi diferensiasi berupa diferensiasi konten, proses, produk, dan lingkungan belajar yang disesuaikan dengan gaya belajar, minat, dan kemampuan peserta didik. Penilaian dilakukan secara formatif dan sumatif, dengan penggunaan berbagai instrumen yang mendukung pengukuran capaian belajar peserta didik. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Muhammadiyah Aimas sudah berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur dan standar yang ditetapkan, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala yang perlu terus diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan agar proses pembelajaran lebih optimal. Secara umum, penerapan kurikulum ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika dan pengembangan potensi peserta didik secara menyeluruh. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personality and sociocultural factors on language learning among fifth-grade students at MI Al-Kifayah Pekanbaru. Employing a qualitative approach through literature review, this research examines relevant literature to understand how aspects such as motivation, self-confidence, and students' cultural and social backgrounds affect the language learning process. The findings indicate that personality factors, including motivation and self-confidence, play a crucial role in enhancing student participation and the effectiveness of language learning. Meanwhile, sociocultural factors, such as family environment and community, contribute to shaping students' attitudes and language proficiency. Integrating these two factors into learning strategies can create a more inclusive and responsive learning environment tailored to individual student needs, thereby supporting the achievement of optimal language competencies.

Abstract

The use of Student Worksheets (LKPD) at SDN Mrican 2 is still considered less interactive and has not optimally utilized digital media. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Student Worksheets (LKPD) on student achievement in the topic of the human sensory system for fourth-grade students at SDN Mrican 2. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were 27 fourth-grade students at SDN Mrican 2. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and evaluation tests. Data analysis techniques involved quantitative data analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness test through evaluation questions was conducted in two stages: limited trial and large-scale trial. The students’ mastery learning percentages were 80% and 88.2%, respectively, with scores above the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) of 75. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Wordwall-based LKPD is highly effective in improving students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the validity of NABATA media based on articulate storyline for the material of recognizing flat shapes for grade II Elementary School students, (2) determine the practicality of NABATA media based on articulate storyline for the material of recognizing flat shapes for grade II Elementary School students, (3) determine the effectiveness of NABATA media based on articulate storyline for the material of recognizing flat shapes for grade II Elementary School students. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The data analysis method in this study includes validity testing, practicality testing, and effectiveness testing of NABATA media. Based on the validation results by material experts, this media obtained a percentage score of 86%, which is categorized as very valid. Validation from media experts showed a score of 84%, also with the criteria of very valid. For the practicality aspect, the assessment from the teacher questionnaire produced a percentage score of 90%, which is categorized as very practical. In addition, the student respondent questionnaire in the limited-scale trial obtained a score of 84% with a very practical category, while in the large-scale trial, the score obtained reached 92.8%, also in the very practical category. As for the effectiveness test, this media received a percentage score of 90%, which indicates a very effective category. Thus, the NABATA (Flat Building Name) media based on articulate storyline has proven to be very valid, very practical, and very effective to be used as a supporting media in Mathematics learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Scramble Pop-Up learning media to improve the early reading skills of first-grade students at SDN Kapi 2. The main problem addressed is the low student motivation and the lack of engaging learning activities. The development aims to assess the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the media. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Limited trials were conducted with 8 students, while wider trials involved 18 students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, expert questionnaires, pre-tests, and post-tests. The validation results indicated that the media was highly valid (92% from content experts, 95% from media experts), with an average score of 94%. Practicality was demonstrated by 100% positive student responses, stating that the media was engaging and easy to use. The N-Gain score for effectiveness was 0.80 (limited trial) and 0.88 (wider trial), which falls into the high category. Therefore, the Scramble Pop-Up media is considered valid, practical, and effective in enhancing the early reading skills of first-grade students.
