The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of industrial work practices (X1), learning achievement (X2), and work motivation (X3) on students' work readiness (Y). The research method used is quantitative. The population of this research is the XII grade students of SMKN 14 Jakarta and the sample is 161 students with a Likert. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used was SPSS version 25. The results of hypothesis testing indicated by multiple linear regression analysis consisted of T test and F test. The results showed that there was an influence between industrial work practices and work readiness; there was no influence between learning achievement and work readiness; there was an influence between work motivation and work readiness; and industrial work practices, learning achievement, and work motivation have a simultaneous influence on job readiness.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning media in the form of audio-visual and learning motivation on critical thinking skills. This research was conducted for six months starting from January 2021 to July 2021. The method used in this study is a quantitative method through a surveys by distributing questionnaires to respondents which is carried out online via Google Form. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, and the samples taken were active students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, class of 2017 and 2018 who had or were using audio-visual learning media. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling as many as 243 respondents. While the analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression. The results of this study are in accordance with the hypothesis that has been formulated that: There is a positive and significant influence of learning media on critical thinking skills. There is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on critical thinking skills.

This study aims to determine whether the variable Perceived ease of use, satisfaction affects the continuance intetion of Google Classroom users at the State University of Jakarta. A total of 200 respondents or students from Jakarta State University were obtained by survey method using Google Form and using Likert Type by purposive sampling. By using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, the results show that Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and continuance intetion and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on continuance intetion with Plabel value < 0.050 and C.R value > 1960.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, creativity, and family environment on the entrepreneurial interests of SMK Negeri 2 Sukabumi students. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach and uses a survey method. The population in this study were students of SMK Negeri 2 Sukabumi. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with certain considerations so that the population in this study was 326 students and a sample of 77 students who had been calculated using the Slovin formula with 10% equality. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is calculated using SmartPLS software version 3.3.9. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship knowledge has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, creativity has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship and the family environment has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) with academic procrastination (Y) on students. This study uses quantitative methods with measurements using a Likert scale. In this study, class XI students of SMKN 14 Jakarta were selected as the population with a sample of 161 students. Proportional random sampling technique is a technique used for sampling. This study obtained the results of the hypothesis on the T test and F test. In the T test it resulted in TCount X1 7.583 > TTable 1.97509, it can be said that there is an influence between learning motivation and academic procrastination. Furthermore, TCount X2 4.201 > TTable 1.97509, it can be stated that there is an influence between self-efficacy and academic procrastination. Then the F test produces FCount 28.669 > FTable 3.05, which means that between learning motivation and self-efficacy there is a simultaneous influence on academic procrastination.

The research, entitled The Effect of Adversity Quotient and Need for Achievement on Entrepreneurial Intentions, aims to find out how the influence of Adversity Quotient and Need for Achievement on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta batch 2018 with a sample of 200 students. The research method uses quantitative research with multiple regression analysis and data collection techniques carried out online through questionnaires. The results of the study revealed that the Adversity Quotient had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions with a t-test value of 5.021 > ttable 1.621. Second, Need for Achievement has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions with a t-test value of 2.038 > ttable 1.652. Third, Adversity Quotient and Need for Achievement have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions with an f-test value of 20,014 > ftable 3,04.

This study aims to determine the effect of rewards and peer environment on student motivation at SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat majoring in Governance & Office Automation. The method used is a survey method. The respondent selection technique uses Proportional Random Sampling which refers to Isaac and Michael's tables so that an affordable population of 316 students is obtained with a sample of 161 students. Respondents studied in this study were students of class X, XI and XII of SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat majoring in Governance & Office Automation. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Based on the results of research conducted, it was found that rewards have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. Peer environment has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. In accordance with the research hypothesis.

The purpose of this study was to see how social support and academic self-efficacy influence the academic adjustment of students in class X Business Management (SMKN 48 Jakarta). The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Students from class X Business Management SMKN 48 Jakarta served as the population in this study, with a sample size of 120 students. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS version 25 application. The first test performed was the validity and reliability test of the instrument, with the results of the validity test of p-value 0.000 <0.05 and the results of the reliability test being a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.902 . The second test is the classic assumption test; all the data in this study pass the classic assumption test. The next test, namely multiple linear regression analysis, obtained the equation Y = 14.456 + 0.226 X1 + 0.237 X2. The next test, namely the hypothesis test with the t test, obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the f test had a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The result of this research is that all hypotheses can be accepted.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge and Family Environment on Interest in Entrepreneurship with Self-Efficacy as an intervening variable in students of SMKN 50 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study were class XII students at SMKN 50 Jakarta from all majors, namely AKL, BDP, OTKP, and MM consisting of 213 students and students with a sample of 131 students referring to the Isaac and Michael tables. The research model uses a path analysis model and the data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using the SmartPLS version 3 application. From the results of the study, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of entrepreneurial knowledge on self-mediated entrepreneurial interest. -efficacy, there is a positive and significant influence between family environment variables on interest in entrepreneurship which is mediated by self-efficacy

This study explores the impact of Economics Education on the development of Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Entrepreneurial Competence through a literature review approach. This research integrates findings from various empirical studies, research, articles, and related literature sources that have been conducted previously. The main focus of this research is to understand the extent to which Economics Education contributes to the development of entrepreneurial knowledge and competence in students of Vocational High Schools (SMK) majoring in business and marketing in East Jakarta.The findings from the literature review show that Economics Education has an important role in shaping students' entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial competence. The economics and management concepts in the economics education curriculum can assist students in developing the knowledge and skills required in starting and managing a business.The results of the literature review also highlight the importance of developing Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Entrepreneurial Competence in the educational context. By understanding basic economic concepts, students can better develop insights into markets, competition and business opportunities. In addition, the literature also suggests that the development of entrepreneurial skills through an Economics Education approach can help students become better prepared to face the challenges of a dynamic world of work.
