Abstract

Satisfaction is an individual's emotional state of pleasure or dissatisfaction by comparing perceived service performance according to expectations. Factors that influence hospital satisfaction are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.   This study aims to determine factors related to outpatient patient satisfaction at the Rupit Regional General Hospital, North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 93 people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. Inclusion criteria were outpatients and those willing to be respondents. This research was carried out on March 4-31 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test and multivariate logistic regression. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between reliability (p value 0.001) and responsiveness (p value 0.009) with outpatient satisfaction at Rupit Hospital, North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024. The most dominant factor in outpatient satisfaction at Rupit Hospital, North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024. 2024, namely reliability (p value 0.001), (OR 0.21). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between reliability and responsiveness and outpatient satisfaction at the Rupit Hospital, North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024. The hospital should provide services quickly and provide easy service for patients.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a disease that can cause complications if proper treatment is not given. There are still high cases of diabetes mellitus, where there is an increase in diabetes mellitus cases from year to year. This study aims to determine factors related to medication adherence in diabetes mellitus patients at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach.4 . The population in this study was 710 diabetes mellitus patients who visited the Community Health Center in 2023, with a total sample of 88 people in this study. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This research was carried out on 10-29 February 2024. Data collection techniques are interviews using questionnaires. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test and multivariate logistic regression. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between motivation (p value 0.01) and the role of officers (p value 0.03) on compliance with taking medication for diabetes mellitus patients at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. There is no relationship between age (p value 0.82 ), gender (p value 0.88), knowledge (p value 0.68) and family support (p value 0.15) on medication adherence for diabetes mellitus patients at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The most dominant factors with compliance with taking medication for diabetes mellitus patients at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024, namely motivation (p value 0.01) (odds ratio 3.07), meaning that if motivation is sufficient, they are 3.07 times less likely to comply with medication compared to those with good motivation. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between motivation and the role of officers. There is no relationship between age, type, knowledge and family support on compliance with taking medication for diabetes mellitus patients at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. It is hoped that the Community Health Center will continue to provide motivation and support to diabetes mellitus sufferers to comply with taking diabetes mellitus medication and increase their participation. patients through a chronic disease management program (prolanis).

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five years old. In 2023, there will still be 45 stunting cases and 52 underweight toddlers. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in children under five at the Seri Tanjung Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach.  The population of this study were parents of children under five who were seeking treatment at the Seri Tanjung Community Health Center in 2024. The sample in this study was 95 people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This research was carried out on 10 -20 February 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test and multivariate logistic regression. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between age (p value 0.040), exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.002) and LBW (p value 0.047) with the incidence of stunting in children under five at the Seri Tanjung Community Health Center in 2024. There is no relationship between gender (p value 0.075), employment (p value 0.12) and income (p value 0.823) with the incidence of stunting in children under five at the Seri Tanjung Community Health Center in 2024. The most dominant factor with the incidence of stunting in children under five at the Seri Tanjung Community Health Center in 2024 is exclusive breast milk (OR 0.210 ), if you don't provide exclusive breast milk, you have a 0.210 times risk of stunting compared to giving exclusive breast milk. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between age, exclusive breastfeeding and LBW. Community health centers need to provide counseling every two months in an effort to increase parents' knowledge of stunting and provide counseling guidance to parents regarding knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia has increased by 34.1%, but it is quite unfortunate that of all hypertension patients there are 32.3% of people who do not regularly take medication and 13.3% who do not take blood pressure lowering medication. However, taking blood pressure-lowering medication regularly can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. This study aims to determine the factors associated with adherence to taking hypertension medication in the elderly at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. . The design of this research is a quantitative analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was 1788 elderly people with hypertension visiting the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2023, with a total research sample of 95 respondents. The sampling method uses purposive sampling technique, calculated using the Slovin formula. The sample criteria are being willing to be a respondent and not being sick. This research was carried out on 07-24 February 2024. The data collection used in this research was primary data which was collected by conducting interviews with respondents using a questionnaire tool. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test and multivariate logistic regression. Based on bivariate analysis, it is known that there is a relationship between gender (p value 0.022), motivation (p value 0.031) and officer role (p value 0.024). The most dominant factor in compliance with taking hypertension medication in the Pegayut Community Health Center Working Area, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024, is gender (p value 0.00) (OR 45.2). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between type, motivation and role of officers.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a measure of the extent to which patients are satisfied with the health care they receive from health service providers. This study aims to determine factors related to patient satisfaction with inpatient services at Regional General Hospitals in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were inpatient patients at the Regional General Hospital in 2023. The sample in this study was 94 people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This research was carried out on February 12 - March 16 2024.  Data was collected using a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test and multivariate logistic regression. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between tangible (p value 0.001), reliability (p value 0.000), responsiveness (p value 0.001), assurance (p value 0.007) and empathy (p value 0.000) on patient satisfaction with inpatient services at Regional General Hospitals in 2024 The most dominant factor in patient satisfaction with regional general hospital inpatient services in 2024 is empathy (p value 0.000) (OR .125). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on patient satisfaction with inpatient services at Regional General Hospitals in 2024. Hospitals should provide services in inpatient rooms, provide fast and responsive service in responding to complaints from patients.

Abstract

Stunting is a bad impact of poor nutrition from before birth to early childhood. Stunting cases will cause failure in the growth of children or toddlers, stunted children experience obstacles in the child's cognitive dan motor development. There are still cases of stunting in children, where there are cases of stunting every year, dan there is an increase in cases of stunting. The aim is to find out the factors related to the incidence of stunting dan risk factors in children at the Bigin Teluk Community Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach.  The population in this study were parents with children seeking treatment at the Bingin Teluk Community Health Center, North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024. The sample for this study was 64 people, the sampling technique was purposive sampling.  This research was carried out on 08 February - 09 March 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test dan multivariate logistic regression. The results showed maternal height (p value 0.003), exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.015) and parity (p value 0.007) education (p value 0.25), antenatal care (p value 1.000), environmental sanitation (p value 0.43) and the role of officers (p value 0.17). The most dominant factor with the incidence of stunting and risk factors in children is exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.009) (OR 0.22). Conclusion There is a relationship between maternal height, exclusive breastfeeding and parity and the dominant factor in the incidence of stunting is exclusive breastfeeding. For Puskesmas to provide periodic counseling, especially in the MCH program, both at the Puskesmas and at the Posyandu.

Abstract

The high incidence of diabetes mellitus in productive age has become a major public health problem in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the relationship between age, education, obesity, physical activity, hypertension, family history of DM, and smoking with the incidence of Type 2 diabetes mellitus in the work area at UPTD Pauh Community Health Center, North Musi Rawas Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The sample in this study was a portion of Diabetes Mellitus patients seeking treatment at the UPTD Pauh Community Health Center, North Musi Rawas Regency, totaling 98 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Univariate, Bivariate and Multivariate analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that there was a relationship between age (0.017), education (0.001), obesity (0.012), physical activity (0.001), hypertension (0.000), family history of DM (0.000), and smoking (0.000) with the incidence of Type 2 diabetes mellitus. in the Working Area at the UPTD Pauh Community Health Center, North Musi Rawas Regency. The results of the multivariate analysis show that the family history of DM variable is the most dominant variable in the incidence of Type 2 DM. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between age, education, obesity, physical activity, hypertension, family history of DM, and smoking and the dependent variable, namely the incidence Type 2 diabetes mellitus
