Abstract

Community Service Activities at SMK Cakra Nusantara Depok are as a means of social servicein the context of Community Service and the application of science and technology to delivermaterial on 'The Role of Educators/Teachers and Students in the Process of Teaching andLearning Activities' in addition to sharing teaching experiences according to with the field andbackground of the educators at the Foundation. What is our role as teachers so far in educatingand developing students' spiritual, emotional, intellectual, ethical intelligence in their lives, andhow educators apply learning theory while understanding their role, especially in the process oflearning foreign/English language activities at the educational foundation. How to apply learningtheory in various fields of school study is not easy, in addition to requiring professional abilityand responsiveness, of course, concern for learning itself is very important for each individualeducator. In this Millennial era, all circles are anesthetized by the rapid flow of informationtechnology, the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 or even 5.0 is accompanied by various fastpaced, instant and online life activities, so the responsibility of parents, especially teachers, iseven more difficult, namely preparing the next generation. The tough ones are ready to face anysituation, however that lies before them. One of the skills that they must possess and honecontinuously is the ability to master a foreign/English language which is a window for otherknowledge to be opened. Humans are born in the world not with an empty plate (the theory oftabula rasa). Because every human being has been equipped with what are called 'faculties of themind', one part of which is specially created for language acquisition (Noam Chomsky, UniversalLanguage, 1959).

Abstract

Tujuan di balik penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan instrumen penilaian kemampuan berpikir kreatif dalam pelajaran Matematika siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar di kecamatan Besitang Kabupaten Langkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualiatif. Subjek penelitian yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 guru dari 3 Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Besitang Kabapaten Langkat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sehingga pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan smartphone digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru belum memiliki instrumen penilaian kemampuan berpikir kreatif kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Guru menilai kemampuan  berpikir kreatif siswa hanya berdasarkan penilaian sikap. Oleh karena itu, pegembangan instrumen penilaian kemampuan berpikir kreatif tes pada mata pelajaran Matematika kelas IV Sekolah Dasar perlu dikembangkan. Guru sangat berharap adanya pengembangan penilaian kemampuan berpikir kreatif tes pada mata pelajaran Matematika kelas IV Sekolah Dasar sehingga guru dapat mengukur dan mengetahui tingkat berpikir kreatif siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  jenis pola asuh , jenis kedekatan dan pengaruh pola asuh dan kedekatan orang tua (ibu) yang bekerja pada hasil belajar IPS.Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas IV SDN 2 Raksa Budi. Jenis penelitian mixed methods (sequential exploratory) yaitu mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data kualitatif kemudian mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data kuantitatif.berdasarkan hasil penelitian ibu yang bekerja dan ibu yang tidak bekerja menerapkan pola asuh demokratis. Dengan jumlah skor ibu yang bekerja 417 (42,95%) dan ibu yang tidak bekerja 413 (42,43%) dari skor maksimal 1000. Kedekatan yang diterapkan oleh ibu yang bekerja dan ibu yang tidak bekerja yakni kedekatan aman. Dengan skor ibu yang bekerja 413 (42,71%) dan skor ibu yang tidak bekerja 338 (41,64%) dari skor maksimal 900. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa , dimana  nilai thitung 6,307 dan nilai koefisien pola asuh orang tua menunjukkan angka positif dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,005 < 0,05 dengan dibuktikan hasil belajar siswa tidak ada nilai yang sangat rendah.

Abstract

Upaya meyongsong merdeka belajar tidak terlepas dari peran dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin satuan Pendidikan. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah Dasar Menyongsong Merdeka Belajar di Era Industri 4.0. Riset ini menggunakan metode riset kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel directed sample selection, diperoleh tiga sekolah yang berada di desa hutan sebagai subyek riset diantaranya Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Selogender, Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Kepoh, dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 4 Bangkleyan. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa untuk menyongsong merdeka belajar di era Industri 4.0, kepala sekolah dasar yang menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional harus memenuhi beberapa kriteria, seperti memiliki pola pikir visioner dalam perkembangan IPTEK, jiwa inspirator yang mencerminkan pengaruh idealis, adaptasi yang baik terhadap bawahan, terbuka terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, dan mampu memotivasi guru untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi sebagai kebanggaan dan aktualisasi diri. Karakteristik tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan intern kepala sekolah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dasar dalam menyongsong merdeka belajar di era Industri 4.0 meliputi karisma, pengaruh idealis, konsiderasi individu, stimulus intelektual, dan motivasi inspirasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyerapan anggaran belanja dan Pelayanan Pembayaran Oleh Pihak Ketiga melalui SIM-RS pada RSUP.Dr.Wahidin Sudirohusodo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel data Pagu Anggaran dan Realisasi selama 5 tahun dari tahun 2019 s/d 2023 dan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode Kuantitatif, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dengan melakukan perencanaan pengembangan sistem informasi penyerapan pagu anggaran dan Pembayaran pada Pihak Ketiga, analisis pengembangan sistem informasi, dan desain sistem informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa alasan pengembangan sistem informasi gambaran umum pengembangan sistem informasi, identifikasi permasalahan, daftar kebutuhan, data dan model proses, strategi pengembangan, dan desain prosedur Faktor-faktor Penyerapan Anggaran yaitu mulai dari perencanaan penganggaran, pendapatan, belanja, pengelolaan aset tetap, pengelolaan persediaan farmasi, pengelolaan persediaan nonfarmasi dan pelaporan. Abstract

Solving word problems with a thought jump shows flexibility and the ability to use alternative procedures that are important for students to master. The thought jump is a feature of the lateral thinking process and is needed to overcome the various difficulties in solving mathematical word problems. However, lateral thinking has not been widely linked with adversity quotient and reflective cognitive style. This study aimed to describe students' lateral thinking processes in solving word problems in terms of adversity quotient and reflective cognitive style. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were junior high school students in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research instrument used the MFFT diagnostic test, ARP questionnaire sheet, word problem text, and interview guidelines. The results of this study indicate that climber-reflective subjects can think laterally and use them to solve the first and second-word problems well. Camper-reflective subjects can only think laterally for situations that are still within reach, while for more complicated cases, camper subjects are easily distracted and even stop solving problems. Quitter subjects solve word problems very procedurally, follow rigid algorithms, and cannot work backward when faced with difficulties.

Abstract

Math majors must be excellent problem solvers because problem-solving is the foundation of teaching mathematics. Their problem-solving skills will help them create service initiatives as math teachers. This research investigated how well the APOS-based PBL model enhances students' skills in solving mathematical problems. This quasi-experimental design used a non-equivalent post-test-only control group, which is quantitative. Students at a university in Central Java, Indonesia, participated in the study. Tests of problem-solving skills were useful to collect the data. The results of the study showed that (1) students' problem-solving skills lead to learning completion (71); (2) students taught using a modified PBL model based on APOS theory have a different proportion of learning completeness than students taught using an average class using a direct learning model; (3) students' average problem-solving skills taught using the modified PBL model based on APOS theory are superior to those taught in the average class using a direct learning model; (4) increasing students' problem-solving skills taught using a modified PBL model based on APOS theory is preferable to improving students' skills taught using a direct learning model. This study offers insightful insights into the PBL model's implementation, incorporating APOS theory at every stage. Abstract

Mathematical problem-solving ability is one of the basic skills that helps students solve mathematical problems. This study aims to describe mathematical problem-solving skills based on the level of self-confidence. The research method is descriptive and qualitative. In this study, testing instruments and questionnaires were used for data collection. The study participants were six students which students representing high, medium, and low self-confidence categories with the sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The study findings show that students in the high confidence category could meet all the indicators of mathematical problem-solving ability. Students in the medium confidence category can meet three indicators of mathematical problem-solving ability, namely, constructing new knowledge through problem-solving, implementing and adapting appropriate plans/strategies to solve problems, and solving problems that arise in mathematics and other situations. Meanwhile, students in the low confidence category can meet the indicator of the mathematical problem-solving ability to construct new knowledge through problem-solving. Therefore, this research is expected to provide input for teachers to design lessons that can help students develop their mathematical problem-solving skills.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. The purpose of this study is to describe students' mathematical connection abilities in terms of self-efficacy. Data collection techniques in qualitative research include (1) questionnaires, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation of students' work as supporting data for analysis. Data analysis in qualitative research includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From this study it can be concluded that students with high self-efficacy are able to relate the 3 indicators of mathematical connection ability well, which means students with high self-efficacy will also have high mathematical connection ability. Students with moderate self-efficacy are only able to connect 2 indicators of mathematical connection ability well because students tend not to because these students lack understanding of the concepts being taught and students with low self-efficacy are only able to relate 1 indicator of mathematical connection ability well because students are less able connecting mathematical concepts. Abstract

In an increasingly competitive era of globalization, career development and organizational support are important factors in improving employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and organizational support on employee performance in manufacturing companies in Cirebon. A quantitative approach with an associative design was used in this study. The research sample consisted of 98 employees from a population of 4,000 employees of PT Arteria Daya Mulia, who were selected by a simple random sampling method. The results revealed that career development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Employees who have access to training, seminars, and promotion opportunities tend to have higher work motivation. In addition, organizational support also has a significant impact on improving employee performance. Support in the form of attention from superiors, a conducive work environment, and policies that encourage professional growth are proven to increase employee loyalty and productivity.
