Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat (massed practice) dan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) terhadap passing atas bola voli putra peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA N 1 gerokgak 2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah “eksperimental semu (quasi exsperimental). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Modifed Group Pretest-posttest Control Design”. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMA N 1 Gerokgak. Tehnik pengunpulan data ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variable terikat yaitu kemampuan melakukan passing atas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t independen dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) model pelatihan praktek padat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing atas bola voli, dengan hasil thit= 5.782 > ttab = 2.144 (2) model pelatihan praktek terdistribusu berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing atas boli voli dengan hasil thit= 9.811 > ttab = 2.144. (3). Terdapat perbedaan perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan passing atas, dengan hasil thit = 2.750 > ttab = 2,048. Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan : (1) model pelatihan praktek padat (massed practice) dan pelatihan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan ketrampilan passing atas bola voli. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara dua kelompok model pelatihan praktik padat (massed practice) dan pelatihan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) terhadap peningkatan penguasaan ketrampilan tehnik passing atas dimana model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) memiliki peningkatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan model pelatihan praktek padat (massed practice)Kata Kunci : pelatihan, praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi, terhadap, passing atas, bola voli This study aimed to know the effect of massage practice and distributed practice toward passing atas on volley ball in extracurricular participants’ at SMA N 1 Gerokgak in 2014. This study was an experimental research in terms of quasi experimental. The designed that was used in this study namely, modifed group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 30 males’ students who become participants of volley ball extracurricular at SMA N 1 Gerokgak. The result of analysis data that (1) there was an effect of massed praktice training methods on the top passing skills, in which thit = 5.782 > ttab 2.144 = , (2) there was an effect of distributed praktice training methods on the top passing skills, in which thit = 9.811 > ttab = 2.144, (3) there was a difference on effect of massed praktice training methods and distributed praktice on the top passing skills, in which thit = 2.750 > ttab = 2.048. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat terhadap ketepatan servis atas, (2) pengaruh model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas, (3) perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Abang. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 38 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan melakukan servis. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dangan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) model pelatihan praktik padat berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 33,026 > ttab = 2,101, (2) model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 51,776 > ttab = 2,101, (3) Terdapat perbedaan perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 19,463 > ttab = 2,028. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan; (1) Model pelatihan praktik padat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, (2) Model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, dimana model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi lebih baik dari pada model pelatihan praktik padat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, praktik padat, praktik terdistribusi, ketepatan, bola voli This study aims to determine (1) the effect of massed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, (2) the effect of distributed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, (3) the difference effect of massed praktice training methods and distributed praktice on the acurate top service. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap penigkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh incremental vertical hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai.(3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan incrimental vertical terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMK N 1 Gianyar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Data daya ledak/ power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=14,35 > t_tabel=2,048, (2) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=18,19 > t_tabel=2,048, (3) pelatihan incremental vertical hop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan Single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 14,35 > 18,19. Kata Kunci : Power otot tungkai, pelatihan single leg speed hop, pelatihan incremental vertical hop. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of speed training single leg hop to progressive increase leg muscle power, (2) the effect of incremental vertical hops to increase leg muscle power. (3) The difference in the effect of training single leg hops and incrimental vertical speed to increase muscle power limbs. Subjects were participants in extracurricular volleyball student of SMK N 1 Gianyar in 2014, amounting to 30 students. Data explosive power / limb muscle power was measured with a vertical jump test. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data were analyzed using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level. The results of the data analysis (1) training speed single leg hop influence on leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 14.35> t_tabel = 2.048, (2) double-leg speed hops training effect on leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 18, 19> t_tabel = 2.048, (3) incremental training vertical hops give a better effect than the training speed of single-leg hop on leg muscle power, seen with an average yield of 14.35> 18.19. keyword : Power limb muscles, the training speed of single leg hops, hops vertical incremental training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran, (2) pengaruh pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran dan pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Ubud tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 34 orang. Data Shooting diukur dengan Shooting test. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung= 29,58> ttabel= 2,042 (2) pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung= 23,63> ttabel= 2,042 (3) pelatihan pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 16,71>14,47. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran terhadap ketepatan shooting, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting, (3) terdapat perbedaan ketepatan shooting menunggu giliran antara shooting permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting, dimana pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran lebih baik dari pada pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam permainan sepak bola.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, shooting, ketepatan This research aims to (1) the effects of training shooting in the waiting (2) the effect of training shooting in games four shooter (3) the difference in the effects of training shooting in the waiting and training shooting in games four shooter. Subjects were students in football extracurricular SMA N 1 Ubud 2014/2015, amounting to 34 students. Shooting data measured by shooting test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data analysis using statistical calculations t-test at significance level of 5%. Results of data analysis (1) training shooting in the waiting effect on shooting accuracy, with results of tcount= 29,58> ttable= 2,042 (2) training shooting in the four games against the shooter shooting accuracy, with results hasil tcount= 23,63> ttable= 2,042 (3) training in shooting to waiting their turn give better effect than training shooting in the four games against the precision shooter shooting, seen with an average yield of 16,71>14,47. Conclusion that (1) there is significant training in shooting to wait their turn to increase the accuracy of the shooting (2) there is the effect of the shooting training in four games to the increased accuracy of sniper shootings (3) there are differences in shooting accuracy improvement in waiting between shooting in four games against the shooter is shooting training shooting accuracy in waiting better training than shooting in four games against the shooter shooting accuracy in a football game. keyword : training, shooting, accuracy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan dan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa sekolah sepakbola (SSB) Tabanan United U-12 tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Data passing control diukur dengan tes passing control ke dinding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 10,31>ttabel= 2,074 (2) pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 15,64>ttabel= 2,074 (3) pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 17,33>15,92. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing control, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing control, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan passing control antara pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan dengan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan, dimana pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control sepakbola Kata Kunci : Kata-kata Kunci : Sepakbola, passing control, pelatihan. This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of training pairs one-touch passing on the skills of passing control, (2) the effect of passing the training pairs two touches to control the passing skills, (3) The difference in the effect of training pairs one-touch passing and two touch passing pairs of skills passing control. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan manual uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan side hop berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan side hop memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan side hop = 52,80 > pelatihan double leg speed hop 48,80. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop, dimana pelatihan side hop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan duble leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkaiKata Kunci : double leg speed hop, side hop, daya ledak, otot tungkai This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training on the double leg speed hop leg muscle explosive power, (2) the effect of side hop training on explosive leg muscle power, (3) the difference between the training double leg speed hop and side hop on explosive leg muscle power. Test data collection using the vertical jump test. Analysis of the data using calculations with independent t-test at the significance level (α) of 0.05, with SPSS 16.0. The results of this study (1) the training effect on the double leg speed hop leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2.048, (2) side hop training effect on leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2.048, (3) There is a difference between training double leg speed hop and side hop on explosive leg muscle power, with the result thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2.048. Side hop training gives better results than the double leg speed hop training on explosive leg muscle power, seen from the average of the training side hop = 52,80 > 48,80 double leg speed hop training. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan loncat tali satu kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan loncat tali dua kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (3) perbedaan kecepatan tendangan depan antara kelompok loncat tali satu kaki dan dua kaki di tempat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kecepatan tendangan depan. Analisis Data dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan SPSS 16,0. The effect of skipping rope training one leg in place to speed front kick, 2). The effect of skipping rope training two legs in place to speed front kick, 3). The difference of speed front kick between group of skipping rope use one leg and two legs in the place. The subject of this research are the boy students that get extracurricular pencak silat in SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada 2014 with 24 students.This research use method experiment with program the modified group pre-test post-test designed. The test collection data use test of program speed front kick. The analysis data by anova one lane significance level ɑ = 0,05 with assistance SPSS 16,0. The results of this study are 1). The skipping rope training by one leg in place affected to speed front kick with mean difference 1,500, 2). The skipping rope training by two legs in place affected to speed front kick with mean difference -1,500, 3). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan power drop dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan tes push-ups. Metode penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan power drop berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 11,04>ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan overhead throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 6,88> ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan power drop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 26,00>22,28. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan power drop terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan antara power drop dengan overhead throw, dimana pelatihan power drop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan power drop dengan hasil bentuk latihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Kata Kunci : Power drop, Overhead throw dan Kekuatan otot lengan. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of power training with medicine ball drop against the arm muscle strength, (2) the effect of training overhead throw the medicine ball against the arm muscle strength, (3) The difference in the effect of training overhead power drop and throw the medicine ball against arm muscle strength. Subjects were participants in badminton extracurricular at SMAN 7 Denpasar in 2014, amounting to 36 people. Data of arm muscle strength was measured by push-ups test. The Experimental research method with the modified design of group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis (1) training effect on the power drop arm muscle strength, with the result t = 11.04> table = 2.042 (2) training overhead throw affect the strength of the arm muscles, with the result t = 6.88> table = 2.042 (3) training of the power drop is better than the effect of training on muscle strength overhead throw arm, seen with an average yield of 26.00> 22.28. It was concluded that (1) there are significant drop of power training to increase muscle strength of arm, (2) there are significant overhead throw training to increase muscle strength of arm, (3) there is a difference between the arm muscle strength increase power drop with an overhead throw, where the training power drop better than the training overhead throw to increase the strength of the arm muscles. Based on the analysis of data showed that there were significant differences between the results of the exercise of power drop form with the results of the exercise form overhead throw against the arm muscle strength, thus the results of this study is limited to the effect of the drop and overhead power training on muscle strength arm throw participants extracurricular high school badminton SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. keyword : Power drop, Overhead throw and arm muscle strength.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box drill fitness, (2) pengaruh pelatihan boomerang run terhadap kelincahan, (3) perbedaan hasil dari pelatihan box drill fitness dan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Maulana Pegayaman tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes shuttle run. Analisis Data dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil deskripsi uji data menggunakan LSD, pelatihan box drill fitness berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference -0,048, pelatihan boomerang run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference 0,048, dan pelatihan boomerang run memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference 0,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan hasil peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan box drill fitness dan boomerang run, dimana pelatihan boomerang run lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap kelincahan siswa putra ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Maulana Pegayaman. Data analysis with ANOVA test one lane significance level α = 0,05 program supported SPSS 16.0 The description of research using LSD, box drill fitness training affect increased the agilities by mean difference 0,048,and boomerang run training results showing a better effect then box drill fitness training for agility enhancement by mean difference 0,048. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014 berjumlah 30 orang. Data kelincahan diukur dengan tes dogging-run. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan dot drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,915 dan posttest sebesar 0,87 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,045, persentase peningkatan sebersar 4,95%. Sedangkan hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan down the line drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,875 dan posttest sebesar 0,835 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,4, persentase peningkatan sebesar 4,5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 9,83 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 14,284 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (3) pelatihan down the line drill memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata nilai t hitung 2,604 > t tabel 2,028 (dk = 38). Berdasarkan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) terdapat perbedaan kelincahan antara dot drill dengan down the line drill, dimana pelatihan dot drill lebih baik daripada pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the dot drill training to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014, (2) the effect of training down the line drills to increase agility athletes 13-15 years old karate Karate Club Batur 2014, (3) the difference between the effect of training dot drill and drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. Subjects were 13-15 years old karate athletes Karate Club Batur in 2014 amounted to 30 people. Data agility measured by test-run dogging. This study used an experimental method with the modified design pretest-posttest design the same subject. Analysis of data using statistical calculation test at a significance level of 0.05%. Pretest results on the dot drill training group showed an average yield of 0.915 and a posttest at 0.87 with an increase of 0,045, a percentage increase of 4.95% sebersar. While the results of the pretest on group training drills down the line shows the average yield of 0.875 and posttest of 0.835 with an increase of 0.4, the percentage increase of 4.5%. The results of data analysis (1) training dot drill affect the increase in agility, with the results of the t value 9.83> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (2) training drill down the line to affect the increased agility, with the results of the t value 14.284> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (3) training drill down the line gives a better effect than the dot drill training to increase agility, seen with an average yield of 2,604 t value> t table 2.028 (df = 38) . Based on data analysis concluded that (1) there is the influence of the dot drill training to increase agility, (2) there is a training effect down the line drills to increase agility, (3) there is a difference between dot agility drill with drill down the line, where the dot drill training better than training drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. keyword : Keywords: Dot Drill Training, Training Drill Down The Line, Agility, Karate.
