Abstract

Dismenorea merupakan salah satu gangguan ginekologi yang sering terjadi pada remaja. Di Indonesia angka kejadian dismenore terdiri dari 72,89% dismenore primer dan 21,11% dismenore sekunder dan angka kejadian dismenore berkisar 45-95% di kalangan perempuan usia produktif. Rasa nyeri saat dismenorea berasal dari kontraksi uterus yang berlebihan dan terjadi selama menstruasi. Dismenore pada remaja dapat menimbulkan kecemasan dan mengharuskan mereka untuk beristirahat yang berakibat menurunnya kualitas kesehatan, konsentrasi belajar dan menghambat aktivitas sehari-hari. Hal ini yang dirasakan oleh para remaja putri yang bersekolah Di MAN Kota Cimahi dengan kegiatan sekolah yang cukup padat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian dismenorea pada remaja di MAN Kota Cimahi. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 172 responden kelas X dan XI dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Analisis data melalui tiga tahap, yaitu univariat untuk melihat distribusi frekuensi, bivariat menggunakan uji cji-square dan multivariat menggunakan analisis regresi logistik ganda. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan dari lima faktor variabel independen ada tiga faktor yang berhubungan dengan variabel dependen (kejadian dismenorea) adalah usia menarche (p=0,017), status gizi (p=0,019) dan kebiasaan olahraga (p=0,041). Hasil analisis multivariat faktor dominan terhadap kejadian dismenorea adalah usia menarche (OR=3,553, 95% CI:1,302-9,698). Pihak sekolah dan pembina UKS di MAN Kota Cimahi disarankan untuk memberikan penyuluhan atau konseling mengenai cara pencegahan kejadian dismenorea kepada remaja agar dapat memperkecil resiko terjadinya dismenorea

Abstract

Title : The Effect Of Hypnotherapy On Online Game Addiction On Adolescents At Smp Negeri 1 Cileunyi Background: Addiction to online games in adolescents can affect the social aspects of adolescents in living their daily social life. One result is that online gaming addicts will sit at the computer for hours playing online games and neglect other tasks. Generally addicts play online games more than 8-10 hours per day and at least 30 hours per week. The prevalence of mental emotional disorders as indicated by symptoms of depression and anxiety for ages 15 and over reaches around 14 million people or 6% of Indonesia's population, one of which is due to addiction to online games. According to Mental Health First Aid, help for mental health or early mental health support can be overcome by using hypnotherapy. Objectives: Knowing the effect of hypnotherapy on online game addiction in adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Cileunyi. Methods: The research design used was pre-experiment with one group pretest postest design. the sample of the study was 32 class 1 adolescents with heavy online game addiction at SMPN 1 Cileunyi. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The bivariate analysis used in this study used the Wilcoxon analysis. Results: Addiction to online games before being given hypnotherapy, namely the mean time to use online games before being given hypnotherapy of 240.00 minutes per day with a standard deviation of 7.36. Addiction to online games after being given hypnotherapy is an average usage time of 135.44 minutes per day with a standard deviation of 0.80. Conclusion: There is an effect of hypnotherapy on online game addiction in adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Cileunyi with p.value is 0.000 ≤ alpha α (α = 0.05).

Abstract

Stress is a mental disorder that a person faces due to pressure. This pressure arises from the failure of individuals to meet their needs or desires. Final year students, a group of individuals who are prone to stress. Handling stress can be pharmacological and non-pharmacological, one way to reduce non-pharmacological stress levels is muscle relaxation. Progressive muscle relaxation therapy, namely therapy by providing tension and then relaxing the muscles, the resulting feeling of relaxation is considered to be able to reduce stress levels. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation techniques on stress levels in final year students of the Bachelor of Nursing student program in compiling their thesis at the FITKes UNJANI. Method : The design of this study used quantitative research. The design used in this study was a Quasi Experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was 64 respondents. Result and Conslusion: The results showed that the stress level of the respondents before the intervention was given was in the category of moderate stress (46.9%) and severe stress (53.1%). After being given the intervention, they were in the category of mild stress (65.6%) and moderate stress (34.4%). Wilcoxon test results are known Asymp. Sigh. (2-tailed) is worth 0.000. Because the value of 0.000 is less than <0.05, so there is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation techniques on reducing stress in final year students in compiling a thesis at the Faculty of Social Sciences Unjani Cimahi. The conclusion of the study is that there is a decrease in stress levels in final year students by administering progressive muscle relaxation therapy

Abstract

T Background: The high rate of HIV/AIDS cases in late adulthood needs to be anticipated with prevention at an earlier age, namely in late adolescence to reduce the incidence of HIV/AIDS in late adulthood and late adolescence. Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between knowledge and HIV/AIDS prevention behavior in students. Method: The Cross-sectional analytic survey design used a total sampling technique with a total sample of 146 respondents.  Collecting data using a questionnaire with primary data taken directly from the respondents. Univariate and bivariate analyses were performed using the Chi-square test. Results: The results showed that 102 out of 122 (83.6%) respondents had good knowledge and good behavior. While 11 out of 24 (45.8%) respondents had less knowledge and less behavior. The results of the Chi-Square test showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and HIV/AIDS prevention behavior with a P value of 0.003 <0.05. ConclusionThe conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between Knowledge and HIV/AIDS Prevention Behavior in students. Suggestions for institutions, It is hoped that they can make routine policies/programs regarding fostering sex education, oblige students to take part in student activities, and conduct screening for HIV/AIDS
