Abstract

General Hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is the largest hospital in the Malang area which has a building with wide coverage, with frequent changes in poly rooms that change location. From the observations of the author, there are problems often encountered by visiting families or visitors who have difficulty finding the location of the patient's room. The wayfinder system is a system proposed by the author to overcome this problem. This system is designed using a display that is easy for visitors or visitors to use on a website basis and it is possible to update routes if there is a room change again. The results of this study are in the form of a wayfinder system that can be easily used to determine room locations so that hospital services become more efficient and look professional.

Abstract

Certificate of Diploma Companion (SKPI) is not only considered as a complement but shows data on student activities and skills or skills both academic and non-academic that a student has. In making the SKPI document, it is also known that the student point system is used to calculate all of these activities and is used as one of the prerequisites for graduation. The problem the writer encountered was that publishing SKPI students took a long time and also with the large amount of student data managing the SKPI and not yet having an integrated e-point system, so in this study the authors carried out system development in calculating points to meet the website-based SKPI requirements using yii framework. Through the results of this study, the results of an e-point system were obtained which were able to streamline and speed up the calculation of points for SKPI

Abstract

Aplikasi manajemen proyek telah menjadi elemen penting dalam dunia bisnis dan industri saat ini. Dalam lingkungan yang terus berubah, perubahan cepat, dan persaingan yang semakin ketat, manajemen proyek adalah alat kunci untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis dan kesuksesan proyek. Aplikasi manajemen proyek membantu dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian proyek secara efisien, memastikan penggunaan sumber daya yang efektif, serta mengelola risiko dengan baik. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya aplikasi manajemen proyek dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, mengurangi biaya, memenuhi tenggat waktu, dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menyoroti bagaimana teknologi informasi dan perangkat lunak manajemen proyek telah mengubah cara proyek dikelola dan memberikan alat yang kuat untuk pemantauan dan pelaporan progres. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman dan penerapan manajemen proyek yang efektif menjadi suatu keharusan bagi organisasi yang ingin tetap kompetitif dan sukses di era bisnis yang dinamis saat ini
