Abstract

Deteksi Resiko Tinggi kehamilan yang rendah dapat disebabkan oleh kurang aktifnya masyarakat baik kader dalam melakukan deteksi. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan Motivasi Kader dalam melakukan Deteksi Resiko Tinggi Kehamilan pada Masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sumberaji Desain Penelitian ini adalah study analitik korelasi dengan desain studi cross Sectional teknik sampling Simpel Random Sampling dan jumlah sampel adalah 66 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan April – juni 2019. Variabel Independent adalah faktor yang berhubungan dengan motivasi kader, variable dependent motivasi kader. Data diambil menggunakan lembar kuesioner yang selanjutnya dilakukan uji chi square Hasil Penelitian bahwa kader memiliki nilai positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, status dan tanggungjawab, keinginan dan harapan, kompensasi yang memadai, lingkungan kerja Berdasarkan perhitungan uji chi square menujukkan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0.000<0,05 sehingga H1 diterima yang artinya Ada Hubungan faktor faktor Motivasi Kader dalam Melakukan deteksi risiko tinggi Kehamilan, diantaranya Kepuasan Kerja, , Status dan Tanggung jawab, keinginan dan harapan, kompensasi yang memadai, Lingkungan kerja. Peningkatan Motivasi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan capaian Deteksi Resiko Tinggi kehamilan, sehingga kehamilan yang beresiko segera ditangani dan tidak terjadi kematian, baik ibu maupun bayi.

Abstract

Pregnant women with nutritional and health problems have an impact on the health, safety of mothers, babies and the quality of babies born. The purpose of this study was to determine The Effectiveness of Promotion of in Creased Nutrition in Pregnant Women with Chronic Energy Deficiency in Kabupaten Mojokerto.The design was Pre Experimental, using One-Group Pretest-Posttest with accidental sampling technique consisted of 10 respondents.The results showed the level of nutrition knowledge of half respondents before being given health promotion was in the less category as many as 5 people (50.0%). On the 3rd day, shown most of the respondent’s in sufficient categories as many as 6 people (60.0%). On the 6th day almost all were in the good category as many as 8 people (80.0%). Used Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test statistical test with a value of 0.011, there is influence of Effectiveness of Promotion of in Creased Nutrition in Pregnant Women with chronic energy deficiency. Creased Nutrition isnot only behavior change but also changing their environment.So it is necessary to do Effectiveness of Promotion every month to influence the behavior of pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency and prevent the problem of chronic energy deficiency

Abstract

The national development program entering the industrializatorcion era is marked by increasing industrial growth, so it needs to be balanced with improving the quality of the workforce and the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHS). This study airmed to study the relationship between implementation the OHS and employee performance of PT Albany Indonesia Tuban.This study used cross sectional turth simple random sampling technique.Simple size was 37 employees at PT Albany Indonesia .Data collected using a OHS and Performence employees questionnairies.The results showed that there was a relationship between implementation the OHSwith employee performance, as by the results of spearman rank test,( p value = 0.007), this indicated that the correlation was statistically significant.The implementation of optimal OHS for employees is directly related to employee performance, because the implementation of OHS is one way to motivate employees to improve their performance
