Abstract

Rumah sakit syariah adalah fasilitas kesehatan yang pengoperasian layanannya sesuai prinsip Islam. Perawat menerapkan konsep keperawatan syariah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bio-psiko-sosial-spiritual pasien. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi pelayanan keperawatan syariah di ruang rawat saraf wanita RSUDZA. Jumlah sampel merupakan 26 orang perawat. Kuesioner yang digunakan merupakan mutu layanan syariah di ruangan. Hasil analisa uji statistik dari studi kasus didapatkan bahwa mayoritas perawat dalam mengimplementasi pelayanan syariah diruang saraf wanita berada pada kategori baik (84,6%). Kepala ruang diharapkan rutin melakukan supervisi dan memberi penghargaan atas pencapaian perawat untuk meningkatkan motivasi dalam pelayanan syariah.Kata kunci: Perawat, Keperawatan SyariahSharia hospitals are health facilities that operate their services based on Islamic principles. Nurses apply the concept of sharia nursing to meet the bio-psycho-social-spiritual needs of patients. This case study aims to analyze how the implementation of sharia nursing services in The Women’s Nervous Treatment Room of Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. The number of samples in this study was 26 nurses. The data collection tool used a questionnaire created based on the quality of sharia services in the ward. The results of the case study showed that the average implementation of sharia services conducted by nurses in the the Women’s Nervous Treatment Room was in the good category (84.6%). It is also recommended that the head of the ward should implement the regular supervision and provide rewards for the results achieved to increase nurses’ motivation in providing sharia services.Keywords: Nurses, Sharia Nursing
