Abstract

Krisis memiliki kecenderungan untuk mengubah pengaruh atau konsekuensi negatif menjadi isu-isu yang dapat merugikan baik organisasi maupun masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, yang memerlukan penggunaan model dan instrumen analisis yaitu metode Analytic Method Process (ANP). Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan seorang Research Analyst dan Business Owner yang memiliki perusahaan manufaktur rak piring aluminium. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP), setiap cluster memiliki hubungan antar cluster lain. Berdasarkan penilaian pada cluster manajemen krisis, pre crisis memiliki nilai node terbesar diantara tiga node yang diuji yang difokuskan dalam penelitian ini. Pada cluster brand awareness, terdapat empat node yang menjadi fokus penelitian dimana top of mind menjadi node tertinggi.

Abstract

The research presented here uses the Indonesian Surplus case study to examine how brand reputation affects brand performance. The study employed a quantitative descriptive methodology with one hundred respondents—a proportion of men and women—dispersed around Jakarta. Using the Surplus Indonesia application, respondents who have bought goods from partners throughout the research period of July to December 2023 are the target audience for purposive sampling. Partial Least Square is used in the data analysis approach (PLS). Smart PLS version 4 was the data analysis tool that was implemented. Questionnaires in the form of Google Forms were distributed to respondents using a Likert scale with a range of one to five. The study's findings demonstrate that brand reputation significantly and positively affects brand performance. The research's management conclusion is that Surplus Indonesia's existence can function as a platform to assist small, medium, and large enterprises in the economy in managing food that is fit for human consumption.

Abstract

Suatu hal yang baru, tentunya menjadi daya tarik bagi sebagian orang termasuk saat lahirnya suatu fenomena baru. Adanya tren yang baru menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Preferensi konsumen  terhadap suatu  produk  pada  dasarnya ditentukan  oleh  sejumlah  atribut  produk  yang  ditawarkan  kepada  konsumen. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dengan adanya tren Citayam Fashion Week dengan studi kasus pada pembelian produk second hand di Carousell. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan melibatkan tiga responden yang berasal dari Jakarta, Depok dan Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prefrensi konsumen tidak sepenuhnya dipengaruhi oleh kehadiran suatu tren. Pemilihan berbelanja di Carousell menjadi pertimbangan karena konsumen dapat memperoleh barang yang berkualitas dengan harga yang terjangkau.

Abstract

This study attempts to determine the comfort food preferences of consumers that are chosen when making selections about purchases. Whereas traditional food, which is a popular choice among consumers, will be the focus of the researcher's case study. The descriptive qualitative method was employed in this investigation. Domain analysis was the analytical approach used in this study. Simple random sampling as a data collection method. 100 residents of Jabodetabek participated in the study as participants. In order discover more about the respondents' choices, a questionnaire is used in this study, and interviews are conducted to elicit more detailed responses. Three respondents were interviewed after the questionnaire was given to 100 respondents by the researchers.The study's findings demonstrate that the younger generation's excitement for traditional cuisine as comfort food is excellent. Price, ease of obtaining food, and the food's characteristic taste are the next factors that affect consumer preferences for comfort food while making purchasing decisions. Culinary entrepreneurs will have opportunity to establish themselves in the food and beverage industry thanks to the comfort food boom. Thus, businesses should find it intriguing to offer classic cuisine varieties that the younger generation is less familiar with as a consumer alternative.These businesspeople's indirect expression of their love for Indonesia's motherland is to make traditional food the centerpiece of their cafes and restaurants. So that people don't solely rely on comfort food from abroad.

Abstract

Peluang usaha skincare menjadi begitu menjanjikan belakangan karena memiliki pangsa pasar yang sangat luas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis brand signature dan brand logo terhadap brand performance dengan studi kasus merek skincare lokal. Research gap dalam penelitian ini adalah knowledge gap dimana penelitian ini akan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai brand signature dan brand logo terhadap brand performance. Dimana korelasi antara brand signature dan brand logo serta brand signature terhadap brand performance serta brand logo dengan brand performance belum ada penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menganalisis brand signature dan brand logo terhadap brand performance merek produk skincare lokal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah individu yang sudah memiliki pengalaman untuk menggunakan merek produk skincare lokal di Jakarta.  Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria yaitu individu yang sudah mengonsumsi produk skincare dan responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan pengguna skincare dengan rentang usia 12 tahun – 55 tahun. Alat analisis yang digunakan dengan Smart-PLS. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian sebanyak 151. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis pertama, dimana terjadi pengaruh antara Brand Signature memiliki pengaruh terhadap Brand Performance. Hipotesis kedua, Brand Logo memiliki pengaruh terhadap Brand Performance. Hipotesis ketiga, Brand Signature mempengaruhi Brand Logo. Due to its large market share, the skincare business prospect has recently become quite lucrative. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of brand logo and brand signature on brand performance using case studies of regional skincare companies. The brand signatures and logos of local skincare product brands were examined using a quantitative method and a descriptive approach in this study. Individuals with prior experience utilizing regional skincare product brands in Jakarta served as the study's subjects. In this study, purposive sampling was utilized to select respondents who had used skincare products. Respondents' ages ranged from 12 to 55 years old, and they were skincare users. PLS, or partial least squares, is the analysis method employed. Analyzing tool for Smart-PLS. 151 people participated in the survey as respondents. Primary and secondary data were used as the research's data sources. The study's findings support the first hypothesis, according to which there is a relationship between brand signatures and brand performance. According to the second theory, brand performance is influenced by the logo. The third theory holds that Brand Logo is impacted by Brand Signature. Local skincare brand managers work hard to ensure that the target market's customers always choose their products. This can reinforce consumers' preferences for local brands over global brands and cultivate their passion for them.

Abstract

In the context of smartphone product uptake, this study attempts to investigate how hyper-personalization can affect customer innovativeness and customer involvement. Businesses can offer features and information that are customized to each customer's tastes by using a hyper-personalization strategy, which can raise customer engagement and interest in using the product. Taking samples with 100 responders is possible using the purposeful sampling technique. Smartphone users in South Jakarta between the ages of 17 and 50 met the requirements to participate in this study. July 5–6, 2024, was the date of data gathering. Primary data sources are the source of the data. Google Form serves as an intermediary in the distribution of primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Smart PLS version 4.1.0.0 is a data processing program that may be used to analyze data using the partial least squares technique. The outcomes of the research support the first hypothesis, which holds that adopt intention is influenced by consumer innovation. The impact of consumer innovativeness on customer involvement is demonstrated by the second hypothesis. The research's managerial implications include the possibility for businesses in the smartphone sector to keep introducing innovative items to market as a result of the public's approval of new products. Consumers anticipate new products since they are accustomed to using smartphones.
