This research elaborates how ideology operates in a state that applies totalitarian system according to a novel entitled 1984 by George Orwell.This research employs Althusser’s theory which identifies how an ideology places human beings as autonomous subjects in a connecting structure with relations inside it. At the beginning, human beings have been prepared to function in the structure. Moreover, Althusser has some concepts related to the state power, namely Ideological State Apparatus (ISA), Repressive State Apparatus (RSA) and resistance. The function of the state power lies on the state existence and its apparatuses. ISA and RSA are applied as a mechanism to establish the people subservience as a source of power production.The result of this study demonstrates that there is always response from the people in a totalitarian state which applies a tight control over the people by its ideological and repressive apparatuses. As a result, this response becomes an alternative ideology; in this study is socialism, which develops as a resistance towards totalitarianism. The socialists are the proletarians who insist on the equality in the law and economy. However, the state does not allow the movement of the socialist because it is considered as a threat to the state power. Consequently, the state quickly annihilates the socialists and their ideology.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk. (BLTA) keluar dari suspensi bursa efek. Masalah yang diteliti adalah apa yang menyebabkan BLTA mengalami gagal bayar hingga harus disuspensi dan bagaimana upaya-upaya yang dilakukan BLTA dalam melepaskan diri dari suspensi BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan library research. Penelitian menemukan bahwa hal-hal yang menyebabkan BLTA mengalami gagal bayar sehingga dijatuhi sanksi suspensi antara lain: 1) Turunnya permintaan angkutan laut dunia;2) Overcapacity pelayaran; 3) Dominasi global terminal operator; 4) Banyak negara meningkatkan daya saing dengan mengkhu-suskan struktur armada dan industri maritim tertentu. Upaya-upaya BLTA melepaskan diri dari suspensi adalah: 1) Meminta dukungan dari para pemegang saham untuk mendukung langkah-langkah BLTA melepaskan diri dari suspensi; 2) Melakukan advokasi terkait pencabutan sahamnya; 3) Melakukan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang; 4) Merestrukturisasi utang dengan konversi menjadi saham melalui penerbitan saham baru tanpa hak memesan efek dahulu; 5) Mengalihkan 27 unit kapal kepada konsorsium kreditur mandated lead arranger (MLA), NewCo sebagai bagian dari upaya merestrukturisasi obligasi senilai US$ 584 juta; 6) Melakukan perdamaian dengan pihak-pihak yang memiliki piutang.

The purpose of this service is as an effort to improve the performance of the Bina Qurani Al-Qurani Education Center in the management of academic administration related to the management of TPA learning in terms of learning administration management in the form of a Learning Implementation Plan, in addition to providing insight into making administration in TPA learning. The method used in this Service is by training with lectures, questions and answers and mentoring. Data collection techniques were obtained by direct observation, interviews and documentation at the Bina Qurani landfill organization which is located in the hamlet of Jetis Sinduadi Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. The results of this service resulted in an increase in the performance of the Bina Qurani Landfill by producing a Learning Implementation Plan which was used as a guide in providing Iqra and Quran learning by ustazah or Bina Qurani landfill teachers.

In determining the seaworthiness of the ship, ship inspection is very important to do. KSOP has a very important role in determining the seaworthiness of ships. This study aims to determine the role of marine inspectors in ship inspection at KSOP Class IV Probolinggo. The research used qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by surveys and interviews. The results of this study show that the marine inspector has the role and task of preparing to discuss the formulation and implementation of policies, standards, norms, guidelines, criteria, and procedures as well as technical guidance, evaluation, certification, and reporting in the fields of ship design, measurement, construction and stability of ships, nautical, technical, and radio as well as equipment and equipment for ship safety and equipment as well as prevention of pollution from ships and management of ship safety and operation for ships indonesian flags that sail in Indonesian and international waters for all types of ships and all sizes. In the duties of inspection and measurement of ships carried out in the Legal Status and Certification of Ships section, carry out inspection tasks at the Port of Probolinggo. The results of the survey of the marine administration examination and physical examination were obtained that it took an average of 32.57 minutes.

ABSTRAKDengan adanya perbedaan latar belakang seperti pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, usia, pengalaman organisasi sebelumnya akan memunculkan mind set yang berbeda beda dalam berorganisasi khususnya saat pelaksanaan rapat masjid. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan organisasi takmir masjid pada proses pembuatan konsep draf rapat. Tempat pelaksanaan PKM yaitu Organisasi Takmir di Masjid Nurul Islam dusun Jetis Sinduadi Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan pengabdian ini adalah pengamatan lingkungan, observasi organisasi takmir masjid, pengamatan metode yang digunakan dan pendampingan pembuatan konsep draf rapat. Hasil pengabdian Masyarakat diperoleh bahwa pendampingan pembuatan konsep draf rapat di organisasi Takmir Masjid Nurul Islam dilakukan dengan konsultasi dengan Ketua Takmir dengan maksud memberikan masukan atau teoritis agar memudahkan dalam melakukan pembuatan konsep draf rapat, sebanyak 88.88% menyatakan puas terhadap proses pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan organisasi takmir masjid pada proses pembuatan konsep draf rapat. Kata kunci: pendampingan; takmir masjid; draft rapat ABSTRACTWith differences in backgrounds such as education, work experience, age, previous organizational experience will bring up different mind sets in organization, especially during mosque meetings. The purpose of this Community Service is to assist in the implementation of the mosque takmir organization in the process of drafting a meeting draft. The place of implementation of Community Service is the administrator organization at the Nurul Islam Mosque, Jetis Sinduadi hamlet, Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The methods used in carrying out this service are environmental observation, observation of the mosque administrator organization, observation of the methods used and assistance in making meeting concepts. The results of community service were obtained that assistance in making meeting concepts in the administrator Nurul Islam Mosque organization was carried out in consultation with the Chairman of the administrator to provide input or theoretical to facilitate the creation of meeting concepts, as many as 88.88% expressed satisfaction with the mentoring process in the implementation of the mosque takmir organization in the process of drafting the meeting draft. Rising sea level as one of the effects of climate change may probably destroy the coastal area. This nature phenomenon is explained in a pictorial children's storybook entitled Sea Change. The story tells about rising sea level in Fiji, and it is suitable to the reality occurring in Fiji. Rising sea level reaches the land by the sea, hence the people living there must be relocated. Sea Changes is analyzed using ecocritical approach and semiotic theory. This study aims to reveal the meaning of visual appearance which goes to the values containing in the story. The analysis reveals four ecocritical elements by Scott Slovic, these are where the humans are, where the humans live, how the humans treat the environment, and how humans treat other humans. The four questions are answered using semiotic theory by Charles Sanders Peirce. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, which emphasizes the process of semiosis with the meaning of the relationship between signs or representamen in the pictorial book and the values for children. The results of the study are that Sea Change gives some value for children, these are about where humans properly live, and how humans properly treat the environment and other humans.

AIS adalah singkatan dari Automatic Identification System yaitu sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi secara otomatis tentang data-data suatu kapal kepaada kapal lain dengan jarak tertentu, bagaimana cara melakukan pengoprasian AIS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan pengoperasian AIS (Automatic Identification System) dalam upaya menjaga keselamatan pelayaran pada MV. Dahlia Merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi langsung dilapangan, wawancara tidak terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AIS bekerja dengan menggunakan frekuensi yang sangat tinggi (Very High Frequency-VHF), yaitu antara 156 – 162 MHz. Dengan mengetahui pengoperasian fungsi dari alat-alat navigasi sangat penting terutama mengetahui tombol-tombol yang terdapat pada AIS dan fungsinya masing-masing sehingga dapat menghindari bahaya tubrukan dengan kapal lain atau yang bisa membahayakan pelayaran. Dari hasil kuesioner diperoleh bahwa hasil rata-rata optimalisasi pengoperasian AIS demi menjaga keselamatan berlayar sebanyak 75,91% menyatakan sangat setuju, sebesar 17,27% menyatakan setuju, dan hanya 6,82% menyatakan tidak setuju.

Deforestation is a serious threat for all creatures on earth. As its impacts may destroy various sectors, some women concern to the issue of that environmental damage. They bring the spirit of ecofeminism. This paper aims to discuss ecofeminism concept in a pictorial teen story Luh Ayu Manik Mas: Hero of the Forests. Based on its setting, Luh Ayu Manik as the Balinese girl, fights against deforestation and tries to do reforestation in Bali. Her sense of nurturing for environment is inspired by ecofeminism and Balinese environmental values. This analysis uses ecofeminism concept by Vandana Shiva and qualitative methods. The results are that patriarchy tends to triggers deforestation, while as a young lady, Luh Ayu Manik struggles to eradicate deforestation. She proves that woman is able to empower herself to fight against patriarchy that harm the environment.
