A The success of a company to be able to achieve a good level of performance is certainly influenced by internal and external factors of human resources with different levels. Every company has the hope to achieve the optimization of the work of employees and to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with organizational goals. This study will observe motivation, ability, experience, involvement, discipline as internal factors of employees. Furthermore, it is analyzed and determined the role of each of these internal factors on employee performance. The sample is set as many as 100 respondents taken from employees in the production department as operators. The analysis tool is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, it is evident that the variables of motivation, ability, experience, involvement and discipline have a significant influence partially or simultaneously on employee performance.

memuat Salah satu cara untuk dapat menjadi unggulan pasar adalah dengan memiliki karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi serta loyal pada organisasi tempat bekerja. Untuk itu diperlukan kerjasama antara karyawan, manajemen, serta pemilik perusahaan. Kerja sama ini dapat terjadi jika masing-masing pihak memiliki komitmen terhadap organisasi yang kuat. Penguatan komitmen organsiasi dapat dilakukan dengan mengembangkan faktor-faktor yang memiliki peran pada komitmen organisasi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir serta profesionalisme karaywan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada CV Anugerah Sidoarjo dengan sampel sebanyak 66 responden. Data kemudian diproses menggunakan SPSS dengan alat regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan karir memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada pembentukan komitmen organisasi. Selain itu, komitmen organsisasi juga dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme karyawan. Secara bersama pengembangan karir dan profesionalisme memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada komitmen organisasi.

Organizational management has an important task so that the company's operations can continue to run. Management of employees as company assets becomes part of management. Company management tries not to lose its employees by increasing job satisfaction. Various factors that can increase job satisfaction are researched and developed. This study aims to determine the role of distributive justice and procedural justice to be able to develop job satisfaction. This quantitative research was conducted in one of the business entities operating in Malang City. This study uses the census method as a sample of 60 employees who work. Research data obtained through questionnaire responses. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The data processing process proves that distributive justice has a significant influence on the development of job satisfaction. Research also proves that procedural justice plays a significant role in shaping employee job satisfaction. Together, distributive justice and procedural justice have a significant impact on increasing job satisfaction.

Melaksanakan investigasi berdasarkan pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kompetensi pegawai kecamatan dan penerapan teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan publik menjadi tujuan dari adanya studi ini. Studi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif dan melibatkan dua variabel bebas yaitu kompetensi pegawai kecamatan dan penerapan teknologi informasi, serta satu variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan publik. Penduduk yang menjadi responden ada 50 dan mereka berasal dari salah satu kecamatan yang ada di Surabaya. Teknik sampel secara accidental dimanfaatkan untuk memperoleh sampelnya dan ini dilakukan dengan mengunjungi kecamatan tersebut dalam waktu tiga hari yang berbeda. Responden akan menilai kinerja kecamatan berdasarkan kompetensi pegawai dan penerapan teknologi informasi, yang tercermin dalam bentuk kepuasan publik. Regresi linier berganda digunakan menjadi metode untuk menganalisis data yang telah terkumpul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana kompetensi pegawai kecamatan dan penerapan teknologi informasi berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan publik di kecamatan yang bersangkutan. Diharapkan melalui hasil penelitiannya, maka sejumlah faktor yang memang berdampak terhadap kepuasan publik khususnya di kecamatan dapat dipahami lebih ekstensif. Hasil penelitian ini untuk pemerintah daerah juga sangat bermanfaat karena dapat dijadikan sebagai masukan terkait peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik berdasarkan kompetensi pegawai dan penerapan teknologi informasi yang juga senantiasa lebih ditingkatkan oleh kecamatan tersebut.

Carrying out exploration based on the influence of academic achievement, business literacy and lifestyle on student intentions to become entrepreneurs is the goal of this research. The students who are the sample are students in the city of Surabaya who are studying at private universities and of course have taken entrepreneurship courses. The technique for taking the sample is accidental. The data analysis will utilize a technique called multiple regression. Data was collected through the use of a questionnaire which included the variables of academic achievement, business literacy, lifestyle and entrepreneurial intentions. The effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable can be evaluated on the basis of multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of his research, several factors that shape student entrepreneurial intentions can be better understood. These findings can be a reference for universities and educational institutions in developing more effective entrepreneurship programs. It is hoped that in the future the number of students interested in becoming entrepreneurs will increase even more because the relationship between academic achievement, business literacy, lifestyle, and entrepreneurial intentions has been well understood.

This study explores the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Performance Management System (PMS) on employee performance in manufacturing companies. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires. Results show that TQM and PMS have a significant influence on improving employee performance, with PMS making a more dominant contribution. TQM plays a role through continuous improvement approaches and employee participation, while PMS supports through results-based evaluation, goal clarity, and feedback. This research provides recommendations for integrating TQM and PMS in management strategies to support sustainable employee performance improvement.

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, psychological capital, and organizational justice on employee performance. Data were obtained from 100 respondents working in manufacturing companies in Surabaya through survey method and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the three independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance, with the largest contribution coming from leadership. Psychological capital supports individual performance through strengthening self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, while organizational justice also strengthens employee performance by contributing to the organization. This study suggests the development of transformational leadership programs, psychological capital development training, and consistent justice policies to improve overall employee performance.

The progress of development in Indonesia is very rapid, buildingmaterials are demanded to have very good quality. The purpose of this study is todetermine the comparison of the compressive strength of red brick andlightweight brick as it should be in the field of development that affects economicdevelopment, in this study it is very useful for the community when buyingmaterials. This type of research is qualitative. The data was obtained byconducting research on data analysis techniques. used is to use a formula todetermine the value of compressive strength. The results showed that red bricksand light bricks had different compressive strength values. Lightweight brickswhich are heated in the sun for 7 days have a compressive strength value of58.916 kg/cm², while those that are soaked in water for 4 days have a compressivestrength value of 36.256 kg/cm² and those which are blown in the wind for 28days have a compressive strength value of 45.32 kg/cm². cm². for red bricks thatare dried for 5 days and then burned for 1 day. after the red bricks are ripe andthen heated in the sun for 7 days has a compressive strength value of 33,709kg/cm² while those that are soaked for 4 days have a compressive strength valueof 29,495 kg/cm² and those that are ventilated for 28 days have a compressive strength value of 25,281 kg/cm².
