Abstract

ABSTRAK Kabupaten Lamongan merupakan salah satu wilayah di Jawa Timur yang memiliki potensi di sektor pertanian. Banyaknya jagung di kecamatan Lamongan menjadi peluang untuk diolah menjadi emping jagung yang berpotensi menjadi produk unggul daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menentukan strategi terbaik untuk tiap klaster yang terbentuk. Metode yang digunakan yakni K-means Cluster dan Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy (FAHP). Pada model pengembangan klaster agroindustri diperoleh 2 klaster berdasarkan berdasarkan kinerja dan kualitas produk UKM emping jagung di kabupaten Lamongan. Pada klaster 1 merupakan usaha skala kecil yang terdiri 3 UKM emping jagung, faktor yang gunakan adalah kualitas UKM (0,57) dengan kriteria performance product (0,32) sehingga alternatif yang dapat digunakan adalah meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja, menentukan dan menerapkan standarisasi produksi dan menerapkan teknologi tepat guna (0,26). Klaster 2 merupakan usaha skala mikro yang terdiri dari 5 UKM, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa klaster 2 faktor yang berpengaruh adalah kinerja UKM (0,51) dengan kriteria permasalahan yang mempengaruhi strategi pengembangan klaster adalah tenaga kerja (0,30) sehingga alternatif yang dapat digunakan adalah meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja (0,35). ABSTRACT  Lamongan regency is one of the areas in East Java that has potential in the agricultural sector. The large amount of corn in Lamongan district is an opportunity to be processed into corn chips which has the potential to be a superior product of the region. The purpose of this study is to determine the best strategy for each cluster formed. The method used is K-means Cluster and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy (FAHP). The agroindustry cluster development model obtained 2 clusters based on the performance and product quality of SME corn chips in Lamongan regency. In cluster 1 is a small scale business consisting of 3 corn chips SMEs, the factor used is the quality of SMEs (0.57) with performance product criteria (0.32) so that an alternative that can be used is to improve the quality of labor, determine and implement production standards and applying appropriate technology (0.26). Cluster 2 is a micro scale business consisting of 5 SMEs, the results of the study show that cluster 2 factors that influence is the performance of SMEs (0.51) with the criteria for the problem affecting the cluster development strategy is labor (0.30) so that alternatives can be used is improving the quality of labor (0.35).

Abstract

ABSTRAKProduk kertas seni dari sabut pinang sirih dan kertas koran merupakan salah satu produk baru. Salah satu cara untuk mengenalkan produk baru ke konsumen adalah dengan menampilkan atribut produk yang disukai konsumen sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat preferensi konsumen dan mengetahui kombinasi atribut produk kertas seni dari sabut pinang sirih dan kertas koran yang paling disukai konsumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional, yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan dari atribut yang diteliti. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis konjoin dengan 7 atribut yaitu kekakuan, kuat tarik, ketebalan, gramatur, warna, kenampakan serat, dan tekstur permukaan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa atribut yang dipentingkan konsumen secara berturut-turut adalah kenampakan serat (35,11%), gramatur (16,85%), tekstur permukaan (14,89%), kuat tarik (13,20%), warna (9,55%), kekakuan (6,18%), dan ketebalan (4,21%). Hasil yang sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen yaitu pada stimuli 6 dengan nilai kegunaan total sebesar 3,619. Kombinasi atribut yang disukai konsumen adalah kekakuan lentur (97,825 mN.m), kuat tarik kuat (15,621 kn/m2), ketebalan tipis (1,325 mm), gramatur rendah (365 g/m2), warna abu-abu tua, kenampakan serat terlihat jelas, dan tekstur permukaan halus.Kata Kunci: Kertas Seni; Konjoin; Pinang; Preferensi Konsumen ABSTRACTThe products of art paper from betel nut and newspapers are one of new products. One way to introduce new products to consumers is to display product attributes that consumers like so that they can influence product purchase decisions. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of consumer preference and find out combination of attributes of art paper products from betel nut and newspapers that are most preferred by consumers. This research is a correlational research, which is to determine relationship between the attributes researched. In this research using conjoint analysis with 7 attributes, namely stiffness, tensile strength, thickness, grammage, color, fiber appearance, and surface texture. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that the attributes that are important to consumers in a row are fiber appearance (35.11%), grammage (16.85%), surface texture (14.89%), tensile strength (13.20%), color (9.55%), stiffness (6.18%), and thickness (4.21%). The results are by following with consumer preferences, namely on stimuli 6 with  total usefulness of 3,619. The combination of attributes that consumers like is flexural stiffness (97.825 mN.m), strong tensile strength (15.621 kn / m2), thin thickness (1,325 mm), low grammage (365 g / m2), dark gray, visible fiber appearance clear, and smooth surface texture.Keywords: Art Paper; Betel Nut; Conjoint; Consumer Preferences

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in developing the national economy. CV Firman SK is one of the MSMEs engaged in agroindustry located in Malang regency. CV Firman SK faced a revenue decline problem because of the covid-19 pandemic. Tomato dates are one of the superior products that experienced the most significant decrease in revenue compared to other products, which is a 50% revenue decrease. This research aims to determine the priority order of business development strategy. The methods used in this study are the BMC approach and integration of SWOT-ANP. The BMC approach maps the business model of CV Firman SK. The business model will be the basis for establishing alternative strategies using SWOT analysis. SWOT methods are integrated with ANP methods to make accurate priorities of business development strategies. The result showed that the highest priority and most recommended alternative strategy is the SO1 strategy, with a score of 0.350. Elements of BMC that need to be improved based on business development alternative strategies are channels, key partnerships, and value propositions. CV Firman SK is advised to implement a proposed business development strategy based on the order of the most prioritized strategies.
