An information system is one of the systems that are currently a very appropriate tool. This information system is expected to help everything dealing with the population such as data collection on poor family residents. The current condition in the Hutaraja village head's office is that the data collection system for poor families is still running manually. Where in the application of this data collection system there are several things that become obstacles. The obstacles that occur are in terms of effectiveness, time efficiency, and accuracy of the data collection process. The current form of data collection report is still manual in nature which can complicate the process of finding data, and the possibility of data loss results from the data collection. With the above reasons, the writer tries to provide alternative solutions to the problem by making an application of data collection on poor families that will be made systematically and computerized. This writing will also explain the stages of work, starting from the process of analysis, planning, design using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor), Boostrap Framework, and MYSQL database, with the aim to find out what data is input and output on the running system. With the existence of an information system on the collection of poor families, it is expected to be able to minimize the constraints that occur in the previous system and assist in the completion of the data collection of poor citizens and properly stored reports.

The Balam Sempurna Kota Kelurahan office needs an information system that can help with mail management. Management of letters in the City Perfect Balam Kelurahan Office that uses manual errors often occur in the storage of letter data and search letters. The filing information system in the Balam Sempurna Kota Kelurahan Office is very necessary, in addition to the management letter, it is also needed to make the letter faster and more efficient. This filing information system changes the way in which manual mail is stored into a computerized letter archive in the form of a computerized system. This filing information system provides good benefits for the organization. The archiving information system implementation displays a user interface, which is: the interface of all users and the administrator's interface. Filing information systems can make outgoing mail faster and more efficient, sending incoming mail data. Can be used to manage the mail archive, so that it can be managed properly.

Admission of new students is one of the processes in educational institutions that is useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to become their students. Many schools use the internet for the development of new student admissions information systems. However, the information system for new student admissions at SMK Abdi Sejati Kerasaan-I is still manual. With the admission process that is still manual, it makes prospective students feel difficult and of course requires a faster and more efficient registration. The purpose of this research is the development of a manual system into a more efficient system. For this reason, a system is designed to speed up the web-based new student registration process that can be accessed via a web browser. This new student admissions information system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are a web-based new admissions system that already has the ability to make it easier for prospective students to obtain information about new student admissions and the online registration payment validation process. State Vocational High School 1 Pantai Labu is a vocational school located on Jl.Pasar XII Desa Durian. The student attendance system still uses it manually in the form of sheets of paper. Student absenteeism often occurs in one room, so it is difficult for schools and parents to submit reports on their children's attendance. Because parents understand their children's attendance reports when taking report cards, so there are some students who skip school. This problem is certainly troublesome for schools and parents. based on the problem, of course for parents that their children are in school, want to monitor their children who are participating in learning activities. Observing the above problems, it is necessary to have a web-based student attendance system with whatsapp gateway. The waterfall method is divided into several terms, namely planning, analysis, design and implementation. Data collection will use literature review, field review and interview methods. PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript programming languages. The author will build a Web-Based Student Attendance Information System using the Whatsapp Gateway. In the system, it has been used as student attendance at school while controlling the level of student attendance at school in real time by sending WhatsApp messages. Running a business requires an information technology that encourages people to create new innovations to get information quickly and easily. Advances in information technology are seen increasingly rapidly in the development of the internet in particular. Regarding the internet, it certainly cannot be separated from the name of a website. The website is used to introduce a product or service which is called the promotion of internet users. In the inventory and sales process, the seller markets the product still using a simple and manual method, so that the marketing of products and services is still not optimal. The author in this case the opportunity to make an inventory and sales information system planning based on the specified research results. Planning this system is called a web-based information system, with the aim that customers will be able to access information and buy easily, quickly and precisely and sellers market products easily, It is hoped that this information planning system can be useful for the seller in their business activities. Especially in the inventory and sales department so that the data and information provided are more structured and accurate.

Technology is growing along with the increasing need to enter the world of globalization, we recognize increasingly advanced technology to make it easier to carry out various activities in life. The sub-district is a government organization consisting of several villages, with an information system in the Sipoholon sub-district will greatly assist the sub-district government in receiving or providing information to the public and to higher government agencies in a short time. Based on the existing problem, how to make a website information system at the Sipoholon sub-district office. Thus, a system is needed that can facilitate the process of efficient data information for sub-district employees in updating data without having to wait for data change reports about the Sipoholon sub-district office, make it easier for sub-district employees to process data and report news data, village announcements so that they can affect the optimization of the work process of sub-district employees.

Archives are reviews that have been written, printed and in various forms made by groups/organizations, individuals and institutions or agencies within a company. The archive contains letters, deeds, scripts, books, charters and so on, which can later be used as evidence for actions and decisions. At the office of the general criminal investigation directorate, sub-directorate III of the North Sumatra Regional Police, the archives are still archived in the agenda book or can be called manually archived, especially in the archiving of incoming and outgoing letters. The research objective is to build a website-based mail filing information system using the waterfall method. This study resulted in several menu sections such as adding letters, changing mail data and uploading letters. In testing the system using the black box method and with the desired results. Thus, the results from the data obtained can be applied to the general criminal investigation directorate office, sub-directorate III of the North Sumatra Regional Police.

Toba Regency is one of the jurisdictions of North Sumatra Province which is located in a highland area with an altitude of 900-2200 meters. Most of the people in the Toba Regency area are farmers, ranchers and planters. At this time the development of information technology has grown very rapidly and affects all aspects of everyday life. So far, the sale of agricultural products in general is still using the traditional way where farmers still bring their agricultural products to the nearest market, making it difficult for farmers to sell agricultural products, and farmers can only rely on distributors and retailers to sell agricultural products, resulting in relatively low selling prices. cheap for farmers. E-marketplace is an electronic market that is used to carry out an activity or business activity between buyers and sellers to transact with each other. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the sale of agricultural products and make it easier for buyers to find the desired agricultural products. This website was developed using PHP and MySQL as the database. With the design of this e-marketplace, it can help local farmers in increasing the sales turnover of agricultural products because they can transact widely through the help of e-marketplaces. Today's computer is a human need in completing various activities, combined with the presence of data innovation that is increasingly taking part in the realm of work. Utilizing the right data innovation instruments, it will create fast and precise data as needed so that choices can be made quickly. The design of making a Room Reservation Information System at the Palapa Tarutung Hotel is an element that greatly influences the smooth operation of the hotel's operational tasks. Information that is less-accurate, less efficient, and less effective can be solved by implementing this system. In the preparation of this final project, the author's goal is to simplify and speed up room reservations. The author uses PHP (Hypertext Processor Programming) as a programming language, Xampp is used to run the web server, and MySQL is used for database management which is currently quite in demand.

In the digital era that continues to grow, the use of information technology is increasingly increasing the efficiency and quality of services in various industries. One sector that has adopted digital transformation is the skin care business. Designing a mobile-based skin care product sales information system that is applied to Underprice Skincare stores. The resulting information system integrates technology components with Underprice Skincare store business processes. Database design includes data storage of skin care products, customer information, sales transaction history, and stock status. The mobile application that was built provides access for store employees to provide better service to customers.
