Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Perum Perumnas Regional 1 Medan, to determine whether Emotional Intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Perum Perumnas Regional 1 Medan and to determine whether leadership and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on employee performance at Perum Perumnas Regional 1 Medan. This type of research is associative, namely research to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Then the research results obtained are leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a value of 0.378 with a sig value of 0.000 smaller than the significant level of 0.05, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a value of 0.194 with a sig value of 0.047. small from the significant level of 0.05, then leadership and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Public Corporation of Perumnas 1 Medan, the value is 14.490 with a sig value of 0.001 smaller than the significant level of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether job motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Sinarmas Medan. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 136 people. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with the sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained from this study are job motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Sinarmas Medan.

Abstract

AbstrakIndustri rumah tangga merupakan salah satu aspek penguatan ekonomi. Daya serapnya yang luas dapat memberdayakan ekonomi rakyat. Keberadaannya perlu ditingkatkan agar dapat membantu pemerintah membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru. Untuk membantu pemerintah menanggulangi masalah tersebut, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Medan Area terpanggil turut menanggulanginya yang berfokus kepada pemberdayaan industri rumah tangga melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini melibatkan masyarakat setempat, aparat dari Disperindag untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi kepada pengusaha dodol sipirok tentang cara membuat kemasan yang baik, cara meningkatkan daya saing produksi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada industri rumah tangga dodol milik Fahruddin Ritonga dan Samsul Siagian selama 8 bulan. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian, perubahan kemasan dari sumpit menjadi kotak, menambah kepercayaan konsumen terhadap hygienitas dodol. Dengan perubahan kemasan ke dalam bentuk kotak berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan permintaan konsumen. Untuk memenuhi peningkatan permintaan konsumen, pengusaha melakukan penambahan tenaga kerja untuk memproduksi dodol. Penyuluhan yang disampaikan petugas dari Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan ke tempat usaha dodol rizki dan dodol rahmat sangat bermanfaat untuk menciptakan produk yang sesuai dengan standard kesehatan.Kata kunci: PKM Industri Rumah Tangga, Dodol Sipirok, Tapanuli Selatan.AbstractHome industry is one aspect of strengthening the economy. Its extensive absorption can empower the people's economy. Its existence needs to be improved so that it can help the government open new jobs. To help the government overcome this problem, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Medan was called to participate in overcoming it, which focused on empowering home industries through community service. This activity involved the local community, officials from the Disperindag to provide information and socialization to dodol sipirok entrepreneurs on how to make good packaging, how to improve production competitiveness. This activity was carried out in the dodol home industry owned by Fahruddin Ritonga and Samsul Siagian for 8 months. Based on the results of service, changes in packaging from chopsticks to boxes, adding to consumer confidence in the hygiene hygiene. With changes in packaging in the form of boxes has a positive effect on increasing consumer demand. To meet the increase in consumer demand, employers are adding jobs to produce dodol. Counseling delivered by officers from the Department of Industry and Trade of South Tapanuli Regency to the dodol rizki business place and dodol rahmat is very useful to create products that comply with health standards.Keywords: Home Industry PKM, Dodol Sipirok, South Tapanuli.

Abstract

Sebagian masyarakat di Desa Sei Rotan Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang berpenghasilan rendah. Untuk menambah penghasilan kaum ibu yang tergabung di Kelompok PKK Desa Sei Rotan membantu untuk mencari penghasilan tambahan dengan membuat makanan olahan rumahan untuk dijual. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para ibu – ibu tersebut adalah metode pembungkusan yang tidak praktis, plastik yang sangat tipis, untuk merekatkan bungkusan menggunakan lilin dengan cara membakar plastik pembungkus, kemudian metode pemasarannya belum memanfaatkan media sosial. Tujuan pengabdian ini dilakukan agar permasalahan pembungkusan produk, jangkauan pemasaran yang terbatas dapat diselesaikan dengan baik. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan teknik pembungkusan dengan menggunakan mesin vacuum sealer, membimbing mereka mempromosikan produknya di media sosial. Hasil pengabdian dini menunjukkan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar, serta tim pengabdi akan melaksanakan pengabdian untuk tahun berikutnya, dengan rencana membuat desain merek dan pengurusan sertifikat halal bagi produk olahannya. Khalayak sasaran telah memiliki peningkatan kemampuan dalam membungkus produknya secara baik dengan memanfaatkan mesin vacuum sealer, hal ini berdasarkan adanya 67% yang sudah mampu menggunakan mesin vacuum sealer yang sebelumnya tidak mampu menggunakannya. Terdapat 86% khalayak sasaran telah menggunakan media sosial untuk memasarkan produk olahan rumahnya. Kata kunci: Usaha Rumah Tangga, Manajemen Kewirausahaan, PKK, Desa Sei Rotan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of employee work motivation and competence that employees have onwork performance by paying attention to leadership style relationships. The sample taken in this study was as many as 118employees of retail companies spread in Medan Polonia sub-district. The analysis technique used is Structure EquationModelling (SEM). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the direct Effect of Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Shopping Lifestyle and  Fashion Involvement with Impulse Buying. The population of this research is Zalora's customer in Medann are unknown, The sample size 96 respondents with using  Bernoulli formula sample sise measurement. Meanwhile, the respondents have criteria, such as: respondent expenditure more than Rp 1.500.000,-, ever bought on Zalora more than three time, and the counsumer are the active internet user in Medan(purposive sampling). Data collection was used the Google form questionnaire and the data analysis method is used  associative statistical analysis and Partial-Least Square analysis (SEM-PLS). The results of the research showed that the Hedonic Shopping Motivation variable had significant effect with Impulse Buying, the Shopping Lifestyle variable has significant effect with Impulse Buying and the Involvement Fashion variable has significant effect with Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring pada masa covid-19 menjadi suatu kewajiban bagi setiap guru dimanapun di Indonesia terkhusus di SDIT Bunayya Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Munawwarah Murda Medan. Pembelajaran daring tersebut, menjadikan setiap guru wajib menguasai teknologi yang berhubungan dengan pembelajaran online. Bukan itu saja, setiap guru dituntut untuk kreatif dalam menyusun materi pembelajaran agar memudahkan bagi siswa untuk belajar dengan baik dan maksimal. Oleh sebab itu, pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk membantu guru-guru tersebut dapat memanfaatkan media online secara gratis dalam penyusunan materi pembelajaran, sehingga siswa dapat belajar dengan maksimal di rumahnya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi Ocam, Format Factory, dan membuat konten pembelajaran di youtube, dimana tim pengabdian memberikan menjelaskan secara langsung yang diikuti oleh semua peserta pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 99% guru yang tadinya tidak memiliki konten pembelajaran di youtube, sudah berhasil memiliki konten di youtube sebanyak 79%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kemampuan dan pengetahuan guru SDIT Bunayya Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Munawwarah Murda Medan menjadi lebih baik dalam membuat materi pembelajaran dengan kreatif. Oleh sebab itu, diharapkan tim pengabdian dalam lebih mengembangkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat konten materi pembelajaran tidak hanya kreatif namun juga menarik

Abstract

The study purposes to identify : 1) the effect of promotion has a positive and significant influence towards the customer’s Buying Decision at PT. Biosafe Medan. 2) the effect of product quality has a positive and significant influence towards the customer’s Buying Decision at PT. Biosafe Medan. 3) the effect of both promotion and product quality has a simultaneous influence towards the customer’s Buying Ddecision at PT. Biosafe Medan. An associative study was conducted using population size as much as 26,275 employees. A total 100 respondents of PT. Biosafe Medan were chosen as the sampel by using random samplig method.  The  study  utilized the multiple linier regression  analysis as the data analysing technique. The dta of this study were gathered through interview and distributing questionnaire.  The  study  result  obtained  that  promotion  has  a  positif  and  significant influence towards the customer’s buying decision, where positive showed from the value 0,516 dan significant 0,000 0,05. Product quality has a positif dan significan influence towerds the customer’s buying decision, where positive showed prome the value 0,392 and significant 0,000 0,05. Both promotion and product quality has a positive and significant influence toweds the customer’s buying decision, where positif showed frome the value 2,711 and significant 0,000 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Brand Awareness on the intention to buy MS Glow skincare products in the millennial generation in Lubuk Pakam, a case study of the Israhayu beauty shop in Lubuk Pakam. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis, then hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The results showed that partially Social Media Marketing had a significant positive effect on buying interest, and Brand Awareness had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether consumer satisfaction mediates brand leadership on repurchase intentions. This research was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to 108 samples who are Shopee application users in Tanjung Rejo Village. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely convenience sampling. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Quality variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. 2) Value variable (X2) has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y1). 3) Innovation Variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. 4) Popularity variable (X4) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y1). 5) Consumer Satisfaction Variable (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (Y2). 6) Consumer Satisfaction mediates brand leadership on repurchase intention).
