Abstract

The purpose of the study (1) to determine whether there is a positive relationship between vocational interest to learning with entrepreneurship interest on the studens Automotive Engineering Islamic Vocational School Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014; (2) to determine whether there is a positive relationship between entrepreneurial learning achivement with entrepreneurship interest on the studens Automotive Engineering Islamic Vocational School Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014; (3) to determine whether there is a positive relationship between vocational interest to learning and entrepreneurial learning achivement with entrepreneurship interest on the studens automotive engineering Islamic Vocational School Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014 .This research was conducted at Islamic Vocational School Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014. The population in this study were all students of class XI Automotive Engineering totaling 30 students and this study used a sampling saturated or study populations so that the entire population were sampled. This research is correlational and ex post facto categorized. Questionnaire data collection techniques and documentation of learning achivement . The validity of the items were obtained from the product moment correlation. About the reliability of the formula obtained by alpha and declared reliable. Before the data were analyzed first tested the prerequisite analysis is normality test, multicollinearity, and linearity test. Analysis using partial correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.From the analysis of the results obtained the following results: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between vocational interest to learning (X1) with entrepreneurship interest (Y) on the studens Automotive Engineering Islamic Vocational School Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014; (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial learning achivement (X2) with entrepreneurship interest (Y) on the studens Automotive Engineering Islamic Vocational School Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014; (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between vocational interest to learning (X1) and entrepreneurial learning achivement (X2) together with  entrepreneurship interest (Y) on the studens Automotive Engineering Islamic Vocational School Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine : (1) an increase in the activity of student learning through the application of learning models Cooperative Learning Type TGT (Teams Games Tournament) the standard of competence (SK) starter and charging system (2) improving student learning outcomes through the application of learning models Cooperative Learning Type TGT ( Teams Games Tournament ) the standard of competence ( SK ) starting system and charging students of class XI  TeknikKendaraanRingan A SMK Ma’arif 1 Kebumen Academic Year 2013/2014 .This research was conducted at the research subjects students totaling 36 students . Data collection techniques in this study is the non-test techniques (observations) and test techniques . Non-test techniques ( observation ) is used to determine the activity of students in the study subjects Competency TeknikKendaraanRingan on pre-action , first cycle , second cycle and third cycle.The conclusion of this study : ( 1 ) The application of cooperative learning model TGT ( Teams Games Tournament ) can increase the activity of student learning . This can be seen from the increase in the average activity of students , namely : pre-action at 11 % rising to 32 % in the first cycle , rising to 61 % in the second cycle and increased to 86 % in the third cycle , and ( 2 ) The application of the model learning model cooperative learning TGT ( Teams Games Tournament ) can improve student learning outcomes . This can be seen from the increase in the average value of learning outcomes , namely : pre-action at the average value of only 75.69 rising to 78.47 in the first cycle , rose to 82.04 in the second cycle , and rose to 86.01 in third cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effectiveness of the use of computer multimedia on learning brake system and (2) the effectiveness of the use of group discussion method on learning the brake system Class XI Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen in the academic year 2014/2015. This study classified the type of experiment research. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques and test . Instrumen this study is a test. Data analysis method used descriptive method and hypothesis test using t test, which preceded  test of analysis requirements  is test of normality and homogenity. The results showed that (1) there is a significant effectiveness in the use of multimedia computer learning the brake system at a price of tobt = 6.003 and the value of significance 0.00 <0.05 and (2) there is a significant effectiveness of the use of the method of discussion groups on learning the brake system with prices tobt = 4.105 and the value of significance 0.00 <0.05. thus, the average value of the average learning outcomes brake system using computer multimedia 14.55 and the average value oflearning outcomes brake system using group discussion of 13.50. Based on the average value, it can be concluded that the use of computer multimedia more effective than the use of group discussion method on learning the brake system.

Abstract

Application Demonstration Method To Increase Activity And Result Of Study Subject Brake System Class XI Technical Light Vehicle  Student Of SMK PIRI Sleman School year 2014/2015. Thesis Education Course Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sciences Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta in 2015.The purpose of this research to increase student activity and results of study subjects brake system class XI student of SMK TKR PIRI Sleman in the academic year 2014/2015 using the demonstration method.This research is a classroom action research, The object of this research is 26 student a class XI  TKR A. In the process of learning to apply the method demonstration. This classroom action research 4 steps being taken including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Systematic implementation of this study apply 3 cycles, the data collection methods used by the focus that tests and observation. The data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive dilakuakan that consists of data collection, data reduction and conclusion.This class research results show that in these subjects the brake system can enhance the activity of students and student learning outcomes than the average percentage of the three aspects of the observations of each cycle is 34.8% on a pre cycles, 53.8% in the first cycle, 76,92% in cycle II, and 84.61% in the third cycle. Improving student learning outcomes in subjects with the application of the brake system that is based on the method of demonstration class average an increase of 64.23 at pratindakan / prasiklus, 69.61 in the first cycle, the second cycle 76.92, and 79.03 in the third cycle. Based KKM students who completed the pre-action / pre-cycle as much as 9 students, students who completed the first cycle as many as 14 students, students who completed the second cycle as many as 19 students, and students who completed the third cycle as many as 22 students. Application of the method of demonstration is very influential in improving student learning activities in the learning process to understand the brake system. It is characterized by the passage of the activities of students as well as the rising value of the tests performed. Application of the method demonstration on subjects understand the brake system can enhance the activity of students and student learning result.

Abstract

The Application of Cooperative Learning Model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) To Increase Activity and Learning Outcomes of the Competence Electrical Body grade XI Automotive Students at SMK NawaBaktiKebumen. Mechanical Engineering Study Program thesis, Faculty of Teachers Training and Education SarjanawiyataTamansiswa University Yogyakarta, 2015.The aim of the research was to find out the type of cooperative learning methods TGT able to enhance students' learning activities and learning outcomes of the Competence Electrical Body grade XI Automotive Students at SMK NawaBaktiKebumen. The type of this research is a classroom action research (PTK) with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of the research were the XI grade students of NawaBakti which consists of 30 students. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively. The data collection techniques observation and tests. The data were analyzed through qualitative descriptive technique.The result of this study indicate that the use of methods of cooperative TGT type can improve student learning activity from the pre-cycle students who pay attention and respond with enthusiasm what was conveyed by the teacher in learning activity 53%, while the percentage of students who brave to express opinions 33%, brave to respond to what is conveyed by peers 30% and seriousness in the evaluation step is only 60%. Addressing positive response was still low. In the first cycle, students who pay attention and respond enthusiastically what is conveyed by the teacher in learning activity 60%, while the percentage of students who brave to express opinions 36.67%, brave to respond to what is conveyed by peers 33.33% and seriousness in the evaluation step only 66.67%. Addressing a positive response is well developed. Whereas for the second cycle, students who pay attention and respond enthusiastically what is conveyed by the teacher in learning activity 73.33%, the percentage of students who brave to express opinions 43.33%, brave to respond to what is conveyed by peers 40% and seriousness in the evaluation step 73.33%. Percentage of the activity increase properly so the application activity through TGT model has been successful. Besides the activity increased, the application activity through TGT model able to improve learning outcomes that can be seen from the good result in each cycle, namely: on pre-cycle student learning classical result is 41% or students who pass the study were 12 students of 30 students, while in the first cycle of student learning outcomes in classical result is 56.67% or students who pass the study as many as 17 students of 30 students, and the second cycle showed that student learning outcomes as many as 25 students of 30 students have been pass the study in classical learning result is 83.33%.

Abstract

 This study aimed to describe: (1) correlation between job training achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima; (2) correlation automotive electrical achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima; dan (3) correlation between job training achievement and automotive electrical achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima. The type of this study was ex-post facto. Data collecting methods were questionnaires and documentation. Data analyzing methods used descriptive analysis, first and second hypothesis testing used partial correlation and third hypothesis testing used double regression that was started by normality test, linearity test, and independence test. This study shows that: (1)  there was a positive and significant correlation between job training achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima; (2) there was a positive and significant correlation between automotive electrical achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima; dan (3) there was a positive and significant correlation between job training achievement and automotive electrical achievement with interest in entrepreneurship among the twelfth grade students of state vocational high school 2 Kota Bima. The score of determinant coefficient (R²) was 0.365, it means that job training achievement and automotive electrical achievement gave positive contribution with interest in entrepreneurship 36.5%, while 63.5% was influenced by another factors that were not discussed in this research.

Abstract

This study aimed to know (1) the use of audio visual to improve learning motivation and (2) learning achievement of motor fuel system among the eleventh grade students of vocational school Bina Mandiri Klampok Banjarnegara in academic year 2015/2016. The type of this study was a classroom action research. Data collection techniques used questionnaire to know learning motivation and test to know learning achievement of motor fuel system. The research instruments were questionnaire and test. Data analysis technique used qualitative analysis.  This study shows that (1) the use of audio visual could improve learning motivation among the eleventh grade students of vocational school Bina Mandiri Klampok Banjarnegara in academic year 2015/2016. The average percentage of learning motivation in cycle I was 70.03 in fair category at the interval between 65,85 <  ≤ 84,15. The average percentage of learning motivation in cycle II was 84.75 in fair category at the interval between 84,15 <  ≤ 102,45. The average percentage of learning motivation in cycle III was 100.34 in fair category at the interval between 65,85  <  ≤ 84,15.  (2) The use of audio visual could improve learning achievement of motor fuel system among the eleventh grade students of vocational school Bina Mandiri Klampok Banjarnegara in academic year 2015/2016. The average score of test in pre cycle was 61.29, cycle I was 71.39, cycle II was 76.59, and cycle III was 81.15.  Based on these results, it could be concluded that the use of audio visual could improve learning motivation and learning achievement of motor fuel system among the eleventh grade students of vocational school Bina Mandiri Klampok Banjarnegara in academic year 2015/2016

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve (1) the learning motivation and (2) the learning achievement of automotive basic electrical technique. This type of research was classroom action research. Data collection techniques in this class action research used questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techiques used descriptive and quantitative analysis to determine the percentage of learning outcomes. The results showed that: (1) the students’ learning motivation was increased from the first cycle, second cycle and third cycle. From the results obtained in the first cycle the average score = 49.8 in the interval 49 - 63 with a lower category. The second cycle of research results obtained by the average score = 56.35 in the interval 49 - 63 with a lower category. From the results obtained in the third cycle the average score  (Means) = 69 in the interval 91 - 112 with category; (2) Results of studying electrical engineering automotive base increased after learning methods Problem Based Learning. The test results on the first cycle there were 18 (45%) of students in the first cycle with an average score 65.5. Based on the test results of the second cycle, the score of the average of 74.4 by the number of students who completed was 24 students with a percentage of 60%. Based on the test results of the third cycle, the score of the average of 91.9 by the number of students who completed was 35 students with a percentage of 87.5%. Based on the above, it can be concluded that the PBL method can improve learning outcomes basic automotive electrical technique.

Abstract

This study aimed to imrpove: (1) learning interest and (2) learning achivement of ignition system by using jigsaw. The type of this study was a classroom action research. The research subject was the eleventh grade students of class XII D of SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem in academic year 2016/2017 consisted of 31 students. The research object was learning interest and learning achivement of ignition system. Data collection techniques used questionaire and test. The research instruments wete leson plan, questionaire,  test, and observation guideline. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis to know the pecentage of learning interest and learning achivement of ignition system. This study shows that (1) the use of jigsaw could improve learning interest of ignition system. The score of learning interest in cycle I was 40.093 in low category improved in cycle II became 51.742 in fair category and improved again in cycle III became 58.419 in high category. (2) The use of jigsaw could improve learning achivement of ignition system. The score of learning achivement of ignition system in pre cycle was 52.74, cycle I was 65.81, cycle II was 74.19, and cycle III was 79.35. The students who were completed in learning in cycle I was 5 students (16.13%), cycle II was 23 tudents (74.19%), dan cycle III was 29 studentes (93.55%).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar mata pelajaran Otomotif Dasar dengan model pembelajaran jigsaw. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes hasil belajar. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskripsi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar mata pelajaran otomotif dasar dengan model pembelajaran jigsaw. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan pada presentase kegiatan belajar pada siklus I dengan persentase 24,75%, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 57,79 %, meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 67,04 % dan siklus III meningkat kembali menjadi 77,57 %. Sedangakn pada nilai pre test ke post test juga terdapat kenaikan. Pada siklus I kenaikan pre test ke post tes 20,75. Pada siklus II 31,25 dan siklus III 33,12. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran otomotif dasar. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of learning outcomes and motivation to learn Basic Automotive subjects with jigsaw learning model. It was concluded that Jigsaw learning model can improve learning motivation and learning result of basic automotive subjects.
