Online learning has had a tremendous impact on the field of education but has the effect of lowering the quality of academic integrity compared to face-to-face learning. The purpose of this study is to produce an online learning system that uses the flipped model in an online virtual classroom with the application of WebRTC technology, so that the constraints on the quality of academic integrity in these learning activities can be overcome. The research method used was an experiment with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling. The results showed that the use of the flipped learning model in an online virtual classroom based on WebRTC was categorized as better in improving the quality of students' academic integrity when compared to the use of the Flipped learning model without WebRTC. This research can be used as a reference in managing online learning systems using the Flipped model based on WebRTC because previous research focused on the Flipped learning model in WebRTC-based online virtual classrooms that can improve the quality of student learning integrity.

An illustration of the extent to which program effectiveness is needed for evaluation purposes. This study aims to determine the student's perception of the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi Education Fee Assistance Program, Makassar State University. In order to realize this, a qualitative descriptive research type was used with research subjects as many as nine program beneficiaries from nine different faculties. Research data collection uses three alternatives (observation, interviews and documentation). The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques, namely (data collection, data condensation, data presentation and verification/drawing conclusions). The results showed that based on student perceptions, the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi tuition assistance program, Makassar State University was not yet in the effective category, seeing several indicators that became benchmarks (accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and monitoring of the program) overall less effective aspects still require attention and optimal supervision of parties related to program implementation. Regarding the superiority of research in representing the power of literacy, especially through scientific writing, research shows that literacy is able to accommodate the aspirations of not only one, but even many heads.

The potential of every human resource in each office must be utilized as well as possible so as to provide optimal output. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance in the Bissappu District Office, Bantaeng Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 52 and determining the amount of 5 percent of the population so that 46 samples are obtained. Of the 46 samples 44 of them were made as Respondents and 2 were used as Informants. Data collection techniques observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation, while the data analysis technique used is the percentage statistics. The results showed that the effect of compensation in the District Office of Bissappu in Bantaeng Regency was classified as very high in terms of indicators of direct compensation and indirect compensation. The work performance of employees in the Bissappu District Office of Bantaeng Regency is classified in the very high category in terms of indicators of work quality, work quantity, level of reliability, and attitude. Hypothesis testing results indicate that there is a significant relationship between compensation for employee performance in the District Office of Bissappu, Bantaeng Regency.

Utilization of Information and Communication Technology at the Baranti District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study aims to determine the use of information and communication technology in the Baranti sub-district office, Sidenreng Rappang district. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The main informant is the Head of the District Head Office of Baranti District. Supporting informants consist of the Secretary and Head of General Services. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that the use of information and communication technology places more emphasis on hardware aspects such as the use of computers in processing data and information and is used to store data and information so that they can be reused, use of telephones to convey information, use printers to convert files into printed form, use a projector to display data that has been processed on the computer. Meanwhile, in terms of processing and sending data using a computer as a tool with E-mail media via the internet network.

Village funds are prioritized for financing the implementation of village-scale programs and activities with the aim of improving the welfare of the village community. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Regional Inspectorate, the inhibiting factors and solutions that can stabilize the role of the Regional Inspectorate in supervising Village Funds in Maros Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data collection techniques, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the role of the Regional Inspectorate in supervising the Village Fund in Maros Regency cannot be carried out optimally. This is evidenced by the lack of human resources, besides that the monitoring and evaluation activities carried out by the Inspectorate are not comprehensive and are only carried out if there is a request from the village. The inhibiting factors and solutions to the role of the Maros Regency Inspectorate in Supervision of Village Funds are the budget, mobility and the large number of villages in Maros Regency, making this Village Fund audit unable to cover all villages, the Village party was less cooperative during the audit.

Public service is an activity or series of activites in the contex of providing service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident regarding goods, service and administrative services provided by public service provides. This study aims to determine the management of public service innovation through the Bupati Ngantor di Desa (Bunga Desa) program in Banyuwangi Regency. The research location is in Watukebo Village, Wongsorejo District. The focus of the related research is the management of public service innovation. For this reason, researchers use the New Public Management paradigm, Stewardship Theory, and Elements of Service Management. In the Program of ‘Bunga Desa,’ various problems were resolved in one day, including population administration, issuance of Nomor Izin Berusaha (NIB), and payment of Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB). The study results show that public service innovation management has succeeded in providing better service to the community. However, the record shows that the Government of Banyuwangi Regency has strengthened the rules regarding implementing the Bupati Ngantor di Desa so that this program has straightforward implementation operational standards, monitoring, and evaluation can be carried out after the program ends. This research can be used as a reference for decision msking in public services, bacause previous research focused more on the services of an agency.

Learning is a complex process that occurs in everyone throughout his life. The learning process occurs because of the interaction between a person and their environment. Therefore, learning can happen anytime and anywhere. One of the signs that someone has learned is a change in behavior in that person which may be caused by changes in the level of knowledge, skills or attitudes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Learning Media Utilization in the OTKP Department at SMKN 1 Bulukumba. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Technique of collecting data through observation method, interview method and documentation method. Data analysis techniques in this study used data collection techniques, data presentation, reduction and conclusions. The results showed that the use of learning media at SMK Negeri 1 Bulukumba in accordance with the indicators of learning delivery to be more standardized was running well. As for learning more interesting and interactive, it is proven to be active in the class. Likewise, the shortened learning time is said to have been able to be completed according to the specified schedule. In line with this, improving the quality of learning can be said to be good, it is proven that the quality of student learning has gone well. Likewise, the role of the teacher is more positive, the teacher can provide motivation to learn so that it can be accepted by students
