Abstract

Pengaruh Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Industri Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 8 Purworejo. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo, 2018. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) gambaran kegiatan praktik kerja industri, (2) kesiapan kerja, dan (3) pengaruh antara kegiatan praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa di SMK N 8 Purworejo. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII (siswa yang telah melaksanakan prakerin) jurusan Tata Busana, Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dan Teknik sepeda motor SMK Negeri 8 Purworejo yang berjumlah 188 siswa yang terbagi menjadi 6 kelas. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling, yaitu sampel diambil secara acak sebesar 40% dari jumlah populasi ditambah 10% dari sampel untuk keperluan missing data dan non response. Jadi, jumlah sampel keseluruhan adalah 83 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan pada 30 respoden di luar anggota sampel tetapi masih dalam satu populasi. Data yang masuk kemudian diuji validitas menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi praktik kerja industri dalam kategori cukup dengan frekuensi relatif 59,14% dan kesiapan kerja dalam kategori tinggi dengan frekuensi relatif 72,04%. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Product Moment, diperoleh rhitung = 0,538. Nilai rtabel pada taraf signifikan 5% untuk N = 93 adalah 0,204 (rxy 0,538 > rtabel 0,204). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa di SMK N 8 Purworejo. Koefisien determinan (R2) sebesar 0,289, artinya besarnya sumbangan yang diberikan oleh variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah sebesar 28,9%, sedangakan sisanya 71,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: kegiatan praktek kerja industri, kesiapan kerja

Abstract

All coordinated activities to achieve the main goal of a company, one of with the internal control system.The internal control system includes the organizational structure, the procedure, the measurement arecoordinated to keep organization`s wealth, check the precision and the realibility of accounting data,as well as stimulate the efficiency and comply with management policy. This research focused on theinternal control system analysi of inventory on KPRI State University Of Malang.In conducting this research, author uses collecting data method such as interview, observation, and thenanalyze use literature study, as well as using the method of documentation. This research based oninventory accounting system theory. Inventoryaccounting system can be explained by flowchart.Based on result, it can be concluded that the system exist in KPRI State University Of Malang is stillhaving weakness. They are double assignment in the organization system,the minimum document andinformation system used in KPRI State University Of Malang. The aim of this research to analyzeapplication of the internal control system of inventoryon KPRI. This analysis do to solve problemoccurred on KPRI, so this research canminimize errors against application of the internal controlsystem of inventory

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang rangka mesin chopper dengan pisau bergerigi yang memiliki kapasitas 60 kg/jam untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peternak dalam mengolah pakan hijauan di Desa Tempurejo, Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri. Proses perancangan diawali dengan pembuatan desain rangka menggunakan software Solidworks, serta ANSYS untuk menganalisis struktur melalui metode Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Material yang dipilih adalah ASTM A36, yang dikenal memiliki kekuatan tinggi, kekakuan, dan daya tahan terhadap beban. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa tegangan maksimum (Von Mises) sebesar 109,6 N/m² masih berada di bawah batas kekuatan luluh (Yield Strength) material, sehingga struktur dinyatakan aman dari kegagalan. Deformasi (Displacment) maksimum sebesar 0,060244 mm menunjukkan bahwa rangka mampu menahan beban tanpa perubahan bentuk yang berarti. Dengan faktor keamanan minimum 2,281 ul, rangka ini dianggap aman untuk penggunaan harian karena nilai > 1. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya desain mesin yang ergonomis, ekonomis, dan multifungsi untuk mendukung produktivitas peternak.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of tutors in implementing non-formal education services at SPNF SKB Negeri 2 Samarinda with a focus on the role of tutors as facilitators, motivators, evaluators and social companions. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies.Data analysis techniques include the data condensation stage, data presentation (matrix/theme network), as well as conclusion drawing and verification, coding is carried out deductive-inductive (initial code from role theory concepts, andragogy principles, competency development enriched through open coding to saturation). The results of the study show that tutors at SPNF SKB Negeri 2 Samarinda play an important role in creating a participatory and relevant learning atmosphere that is in accordance with the principles of andragogy. As motivators, tutors provide psychological support and enthusiasm to residents to learn with a personal approach. As evaluators, they conduct assessments based on contextual understanding and provide constructive feedback. On the other hand, as social companions, tutors pay attention to the personal condition of learning residents to create social bonds that strengthen the sustainability of the learning process. While there is already recognition of the existence of tutors, the study also found a need to strengthen the professional capacity of tutors through relevant training and rewards equivalent to their contributions. For this reason, non-formal educational institutions need to provide more support in the form of continuous training, formal recognition and fair performance evaluations so that tutors can carry out their roles optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of skills-based non-formal education in efforts to empower women through activities in the Samarinda Weaving Community by using a qualitative approach of case study methods. The research subjects included community managers, artisans, and instructors, with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, which were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study show that non-formal education activities include weaving training from the introduction stage of tools and materials, learning basic techniques, developing distinctive motifs, production management, to product marketing which is carried out through the learning by doing method  and a community-based continuous learning system. The program contributes to improving technical skills, expanding women's access to productive resources, strengthening decision-making capacity, increasing income and economic independence, and active participation in social activities and preserving local culture through traditional weaving motifs and techniques. Of the total of about 30 active artisans, more than 60% are now major contributors to family income and 40% of participants have played a role in social activities at the RT, sub-district, and sub-district levels, including as PKK administrators, training facilitators, and cultural event committees. However, this program still faces obstacles in the form of high raw materials, limited tools, and lack of regeneration of young artisans. In conclusion, skills-based non-formal education has an important role in women's empowerment, so synergy between stakeholders, strengthening digital literacy, and regeneration strategies is needed to strengthen the sustainability and development of programs in the future.
