Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of professional competence and teacher efficacy on professional commitment moderated school organizational culture on teachers of Sultan Agung 1, 2 and 3 Islamic High Schools Semarang. The population in this study are teachers of Sultan Agung 1, 2 dan 3 Islamic Senior High School totaling 136 people. Research data is primary data obtained directly from respondents with a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA) absolute difference model. The results show that professional competence does not have a positive effect on professional commitment. The efficacy of teachers has a positive effect on professional commitment. School organizational culture has a positive effect on professional commitment. School organizational culture does not moderate the influence of professional competence on professional commitment. School organizational culture does not moderate the effect of teacher efficacy on professional commitment. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of professional competence and teacher efficacy on class management in moderation of organizational culture. The population in this study is the teacher of SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 03 Kota Semarang as much as 289 people, and the sample taken 150 teachers as respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaire, while the analysis technique used regression with SPSS program.The result of analysis shows: 1. The professional competence has positive effect on class management 2. The teacher efficacy has positive effect on class management 3. That organizational culture has positive effect on class management 4. The organizational culture can not moderate the effect of professional competence on class management 5. The organizational culture can strengthen the effect of teacher efficacy on class management in SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 03 Kota Semarang. Abstract

This study was intended to determine and analyze the influence of social capital and emotiointelligence on teacher performance that mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. The population of study was all PNS Teachers in State Junior High Schools in Juwana District as many as 149. Data testtechniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, and mediation test. results showed that social capital is proved having a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, as was emotional intelligence has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In the second regressionsocial capital has a positive effect on teacher performance but the indirect relationship is smaller than the dirrelationship so that organizational citizenship behavior does not mediate social capital on teacher performanceaddition, this study also shows that emotional intelligence has no effect on teacher performance but emotiointelligence will be more effective in influencing teacher performance when mediated by organizational citizensbehavior.
