Abstract

Water is one of the natural resources which is a basic human need that cannotseparated every day, therefore good quality water that is suitable for use is needed. CompanyDrinking Water (PDAM) Sumbawa Besar is the only company that supplies clean waterfor the needs of residents of the city of Sumbawa Besar and its surroundings. One of the obstacles for the companyin meeting the need for clean water is the limited debit of the available water supply considering thatThe city of Sumbawa Besar is categorized as a drought area. Therefore it is necessary to planto manage the available water resources. Based on this, the researchers providethe future use of clean water produced by PDAM is usefulbecome material for community planning in using groundwater. In this study, the methodused to determine or predict the use of clean water produced by PDAMBantulante is a regression method, namely the linear regression method, the cudratic regression method or the methodcubic regression. Determination of the best method of the three methods is determined by the value of R squareThe largest, from the analysis using SPSS, it is found that the cubic regression method has an R square valuethe largest compared to the other two methods, where the R square value is 0.572. ForecastingUsing the selected method, the highest water usage was obtained in January, namelyas much as 402,908.60 m3and the lowest was in December, namely 354,747.60 m3. Where is the levelthe accuracy of the forecasting value is 99.99%.

Abstract

The teacher is an important element in the learning process. The role and function of the teacher, namelyeducate the life of the nation's children. The demands of the main duties and functions of the teacher to educatethe nation's children become a workload for the teacher himself. Mental workload is affected by severalfactors such as internal and external factors. Internal factors, for example, excessive work demandsthen frustration will appear in carrying out their duties. When the teacher has been feeling frustrated, thenwill have an impact on decreasing teacher performance. External factors such as the outbreak of the Covid19 virus that hit the whole world, have had a very significant impact on the world of education. Teacher andstudents are required to apply new patterns to the learning system. Learning from home, isa new learning system that must be applied during the Covid-19 pandemic. Learning systemfrom home requires teachers to go the extra mile than before. It's all because of the teacheror students are not used to doing the learning system from home.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Bali Bina Karya is a private company engaged in construction and manufacturing. The newly developed division is the Paving Division, which produces Paving Blocks but there are as many as 720 pieces of defects such as cracks, breaks and breaks. Crack defects are among the highest at 337 or as much as 4.21% during the production process. The problem that can occur if this is allowed to continue is the decrease in the level of production productivity which causes losses to the company as much as 9% of the total production of 8000. This problem requires action to be repaired on crack damage using a fishbone diagram. Fishbone diagram can analyze what are the factors that cause damage to the product. There are 5 factors that cause cracks, and the root of the problem lies in the material factor, namely the sand used by mountain sand so that the quality of the sand is very low, then the mixed material will cause the sand to be dissimilar, lack of water can cause the Paving Block dough to become very hard so that it cracks easily. Based on the results of the crack analysis, it can be minimized by selecting good quality materials (sand) to be used for the Paving Block production process.

Abstract

T. PLN (Persero) UPK Tambora ULPLTD Labuhan is an electricity company that uses diesel engines as prime movers, where prime movers are equipment that functions to produce mechanical energy to rotate generators. PLTD Labuhan was built in 1977 on a 1.2 hectare land on Jalan Labuhan, Garuda, Sumbawa. When founded, it had a central building, subsidiary offices and the official residence of the PLTD head. At that time, there were only two SPD (diesel generators) for this machine, namely SWD DRO 218 K (536 KW) and SWD DRO 216 (336 KW). In this study using the Fisbhone Diagram method. Determination of problems with damage to the hydrant pump using the 4 M + 1 E technique, namely Method, Material, Man, Machine and Environment. The Daigram Fisbhone approach technique produces improvement solutions from the five factors in the Fisbhone Diagram. The Fisbhone Diagram method with the 4 M + 1 E technique allows it to be applied to PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Tambora to minimize damage to the hydrant pump. But still making adjustments related to response time, when it is possible for a fire to occur in companies and buildings, a system is needed that is implemented in a state of alert, so that these companies and buildings can be said to have different functions.

Abstract

As time goes by, more and more new factories appear producing different products. The manufacturing industry is related to tools that support the creation of a corn and grain processing process. PT. Seger Agro Nusantara is a company processing agricultural products such as rice and corn. One of the tools used at PT. Seger Agro Nusantara (SAN) is a forklift to help reduce worker energy in lifting and moving goods. The problem that often occurs with forklifts is the hydraulics. Hydraulics are the main part of a forklift which functions to move, lift and move goods from one place to another. The advantages and disadvantages of hydraulics are that they can transfer large amounts of power using only relatively small components, operate smoothly, do not cause noise or unimportant vibrations in the machine, can be rotated in the reverse direction (reversible), make it easy to move heavy materials in one lift. , or moving goods up to tons in weight. And the service life is quite long, so you can save on the cost of buying new equipment. Meanwhile, the disadvantage is that it requires intensive and regular maintenance. One method that can be used to find the root cause of a problem is a fishbone diagram. Because the fishbone diagram already knows the problem but doesn't know the cause.

Abstract

Tempe producers in Sumbawa Regency have problems in meeting the increasing consumer needs. One of the factors is the unstable price of soybean raw materials, this hurts the sustainability of these small businesses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the calculation of tempe business productivity to carry out business control. The methods used are objective matrix, fishbone and 5W + 1H. The results of this study obtained the productivity index (IP) value in December 2023, namely 2.35%, in January 2024 it was 4.65%, in February 2024 it was 3.2%, in March 2024 it was 2.35%, in April 2024 it was 1.5% and in May 2024 it was 6%. From these achievements, the productivity that increased the most occurred in May 2024 with a performance indicator of 6% while the lowest productivity occurred in April 2024 with a performance indicator of 1.55%.
