This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at H. Padjonga Dg. Ngalle Takalar Regency. This type of research used quantitative research with survey research types. The sample technique used simple random sampling with research instrument measurements namely; Likert scale. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis techniques and simple regression analysis techniques used SPSS 26 version. The results of this study on the Effect of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction showed that the regression coefficient (b) value was 15,254 which could be interpreted that the independent variable or Service Quality (X) had a positive or strong effect on the dependent variable or patient satisfaction (Y). Based on the results of t arithmetic t table (15,254 1,675) or significant (Sig) of 0,000 less than 0.05 meant it was accepted. This meant that the quality of service had a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the BLUD H. Padjonga Regional Dg.Ngalle Hospital in Takalar Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Barru Sulawesi Selatan secara parsial dan simultan. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berdasarkan hirarki kebutuhan Maslow yang meliputi kebutuhan psikologis, kebutuhan akan rasa aman, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan akan penghargaan dan kebutuhan akan aktualisasi diri secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Barru.

This study purposed to determine the implementation of the village authority-based administrative service program based on program indicators, implementing organizations and target groups as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bantaeng Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive type of research, to provide an overview of the implementation of village authority-based administrative services. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Then the data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicated that (a) the program, the village authority-based administrative service program had a clear objective, namely to make the administration of population administration closer, faster and the community no longer incured costs; (b) the implementing organization, the ability of the koordukcapil in providing population administration services in the village was good because it provided a quick response when there were people who took care of the authority-based administrative services; and (c) the target group were all village communities in Bantaeng Regency.

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence public service quality variables have on the image of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Maros Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The sampling used the Accidental technique for variable X and variable Y, namely 100 samples. The research results show that the service quality variable analysis is in the very good category with a value of 82.58% and the image variable analysis is in the very good category with a value of 82.02%. Based on the results of linear regression, it shows that the service quality variable has an influence of 0.97 or 97% on image with a significance level of 0.00 which is smaller than 0.05 at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Maros Regency.

The objective of this study is to knowing employee compensation, to find out employee motivation and to determine the effect of compensation on employee motivation at PT. PLN Rayon Lakawan, Enrekang Regency. This research used quantitative method with the type of survey research and data colecction techniques using observation, questionnaire and docomentation techniques. The number of population in this study is 50 people or all employees who are at PT. PLN Rayon Lakawan in Enrekang Regency. In addition, the samples were saturated sampling. The questionnaire in this study used a checklist on the place provided. The researcher made a questionnaire where the researchers combined the two variables. The result of this research reveals that compensation offers a sizable influence on employee motivation so that employee motivation is good enough because the compensation given is in accordance with what is given by company to the employee. The Variables Compensation can provide a positive influence on Employee Motivation PT. PLN Rayon Lakawan, Enrekang Regency.

This study purposed to find out the effect of career development on employee performance at the Makassar City State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). This study used a quantitative approach. The processed data resulted from the distribution of the instrument in the form of a questionnaire to 54 samples. This study used a saturated sampling technique. The results of the descriptive analysis research showed that the Career Development variable (X) based on indicators of educational background, training, work experience were categorized well with an average score of 59.20% and Employee Performance variable (Y) based on quantity, quality, completion time, cooperation, categorized as good enough with an average score of 57.48%. Based on the results of a simple regression test, it was proved that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Makassar City State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). This was concluded, the higher the career development, the employee's performance could increase.

The purpose of this study was to determine taxpayer compliance, increase in tax revenue and the effect of taxpayer compliance on the increase in motor vehicle tax revenue at Samsat Office of Mamuju Regency. This study used quantitative. The number of samples was 99 taxpayers registered at Samsat Office of Mamuju Regenc. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The type of research used quantitative research. The results showed that there was a direct effect of taxpayer compliance on the increase in motor vehicle tax revenue at the Samsat Office of Mamuju Regency. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship so there was an effect of tax compliance (x) on an increase in motor vehicle tax revenue (y) in the Samsat Office of Mamuju Regency by 54.9% and the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research. From the results of this study known that there were still several important indicators that still needed more attention to increase tax revenue in Mamuju Regency.

The purpose 0f this study was to find out how much influence service quality had on taxpayer compliance at the South Makassar Primary Tax Service Office. This study used quantitative. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The data validation technique was obtained through validation tests reliability tests. The results of this study indicated that service quality had a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance at the South Makassar Primary Tax Service Office. Based on the output results of the summary model, it was positive because seen from the magnitude of the regression value of R Square was 0,280. So it could be concluded that the variable X (quality of service) had an influence of 28,0% on the variable Y (Taxpayer compliance) and the remaining 72,0% was influenced by other factors. Which meant that quality of service at the Makassar Primary Tax Service Office was quite good in increasing taxpayer compliance.

This study purposed to find out how community participation in the main program of family welfare development in Bonerate Village, Selayar Islands Regency. This study used qualitative method. This study had 8 informants by using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion. The results of this study showed that community participation in the main PKK program was quite well, due to community had awareness to participate in activities that hold by the PKK activator team in Bonerate Village. In addition, community participation in the main PKK program could be seen in the form of community self-help both in terms of personnel and material. The problem was the community had a low education in Bonerate Village. It was recommended that the participation of the Bonerate Village community in the PKK program needed to be increased again and the PKK Executing Team as the executor of the tasks in the Bonerate Village should optimize to involve the community in various activities.

This study aims to determine the role of the government in empowering brick entrepreneurs in Gentungang Village, Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency. The type of research used in this study was descriptive qualitative using primary data and secondary data. selected based on the view that the informant has knowledge and information about the problem under study.The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of the brick-making community in the village of Gentungang. In terms of: (a) the role of the government in regulations that have been pursued by the government, namely freeing the community from all factors that can hinder the brick-making business (b) the role of the government in dynamism namely providing guidance and training so that the business they run does not fall into a weakening condition. (c) The role of the Government as a facilitator is to provide solutions in providing counseling and training as well as assisting in marketing the bricks they have managed so far.
