Abstract

The study aims to (1) Describe the perception of sugar cane farmers in the district was on a partnership with PT. PG. Gorontalo farmers; (2) Describe the factors that influence the success of the partnership program sugar cane farmers in the district was by PT. PG. Gorontalo; (3) Analyze the contribution of sugar cane farmer partnership with PT. PG. Gorontalo to the income of farmers in the district was. This research is quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data from questionnaires to farmers. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, regression and simple regression. These results indicate that (1) The partnership pattern obtained and applied to partnerships sugar cane farmers in the district was by PT. PG. Tolangohula namely Gorontalo Province Operational Cooperation patterns Agribusiness (KOA). Farmer partnerships to provide benefits to growers of sugar cane but still less than optimal on the issue of determining the selling price of sugar cane is not appropriate and farmers' rights and obligations of the partner company of farmers not fulfilled in accordance with the terms and agreements. (2) The results of multiple regression analysis about factors that affect the success of the partnership of farmers found that internal factors, external factors, the characteristics of partnership, participation of farmers and supporting components of the partnership jointly significant effect on the success of the partnership program sugar cane growers of the people in the district was the value of the determinant of 63.30%, while it partially only variable that does not pick internal factors have a significant effect. (3) Partnerships sugar cane farmers in the district was by PT. PG. Gorontalo positive and significant impact on people's income taboo sugar cane farmers in the district was the positive benefit contribution rate of 0.268 or by 26.8%. This shows that the partnership is very beneficial for farmers' incomes but its implementation still need to be addressed in order to provide a greater contribution to the income of farmers folk taboo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peramalan trend produksi dan pendapatan pia jagung di UKM Dumati Kecamatan Telaga Biru pada tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi digunakan untuk mengamati dan mencatat secara langsung tentang obyek yang diteliti padda tahun yang sedang berjalan dan metode dokumentar untuk memperoleh informasi bersarkan data yang telah  ada sebelumnya. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder  yang didasarkan pada pencatatan produksi dan pendapatan pia Jagung di UKM Dumati pada periode 2014-2018 dan data primer yang digunakan sebagai dasar pembanding dan pembahasan pada kondisi yang telah lalu dan kondisi yang akan diramalkan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis peramalan univariate dengan metode trend moment. Hasil analisis peramalan ini menunjukan bahwa perkembangan produksi dan pendapatan pia jagung di UKM Dumati pada periode tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2023 menunjukkan tren prostif atau angka produksi dan pendapatan pia jagung pada lima periode 2019-2023 akan semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun.

Abstract

The study aims to determine (1) the factors that affect rice production in the district was. (2) Efficient use of land, seed, fertilizer, and labor on the fields in the district was. This research is quantitative. Sources of data in this research are secondary data from the primary data from questionnaires to farmers of paddy in Gorontalo. The data analysis technique used is the Cobb Douglas.These results indicate that (1) the results of the Cobb Douglas found that simultaneous land, seed, fertilizer, labor, and land tenure positive and significant impact on rice production in the district was the province of Gorontalo to the value of the determinant of 79,50% for tenants and owners of 67,50% to the tiller. Then the partial results only land, seed and labor are positive and significant impact on rice production in the district was Gorontalo province. The coefficient of land ownership that is positive indicates that farmers with its status as the owner of tenants is better than the sharecroppers in generating optimal production. (2) The results of the technical efficiency analysis shows that the area of land, seed, labor, and land tenure have a greater value than one that is in the category yet efficient (increasing returns to scale). Then for fertilizer has a smaller value than one that is in the category inefficient (decreasing return to scale). The results of the comparison in terms of the land status was found that the owner of tenants is better than the tenants in the efficiency of production input rice production in the district was.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan khususnya petani di pedesaan terus dilakukan oleh pemerintah dengan mengembangkan Kawasan Pertanian Terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan unutuk menganalisis tingkat pendapatan dan alokasi pengeluaran, dan tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani padi sawah di Kecamatan Wonosari Kabupaten Boalemo. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data cross section dari 88 petani dari keseluruhan tipologi petani yang menempati Kawasan Pertanian Terpadu Kecamatan Wonosari Kabupaten Boalemo. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan tehnik analisis deskriptif terhadap tingkat pendapatan dan alokasi pengeluaran, dan perhitungan rasio daya beli rumah tangga petani (DBPP) dan nilai tukar pendapatan rumah tangga petani (NTPRP) sebagai tolok ukur tingkat kesejahteraan petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan dari usahatani padi sawah dan usahatani lainnya lebih besar dibanding pendapatan non-pertanian dari ketiga tipologi petani baik petani lokal, petani non-lokal dan petani campuran. Rata-rata tingkat daya beli petani dari ketiga tipologi petani berkisar antara 2,14 – 6,70, sedangkan rata-rata nilai NTPRP adalah lebih besar dari satu (1) dan berkisar antara 1,38 - 8,66. Pengembangan Kecamatan Wonosari sebagai Kawasan Pertanian Terpadu menjadikan para petani sejahtera secara ekonomi.

Abstract

The current online-based era is part of advanced technology powered by the internet and has brought many changes in result. This study aimed to discern how online-based counseling communication has developed in farmer groups, and determine the effect of online-based counseling communication improvement on the work volume of farmer groups. This research conducted from September 2021 to March 2022 in Telaga Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency. Simple random sampling was used to collect the data and determined by Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, and hypothesis testing was carried out. The results of the study revealed that The right person, and The right communication tools partially had a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of online-based counseling. This study found that location constraints were not a problem in online-based counseling activities, but extension support and the communication tools used greatly determined the effectiveness of online-based counseling.
