Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Kopi Kapal Lampung is an MSME in Bandar Lampung City that sells ground coffee with the Kapal Lampung stamp. The demand for Kapal Lampung ground coffee tends to fluctuate, so it is necessary to know the factors that influence the demand for Kapal Lampung ground coffee on household scale consumers. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the demand for Kapal Lampung powdered coffee on household scale consumers at MSME Kopi Kapal Lampung and analyze the elasticity of demand for Kapal Lampung powdered coffee. This research was carried out in October 2021, which was located at the UMKM Kopi Kapal Lampung. Determination of the location is determined intentionally (purposive). The method used in this study is a survey method with the determination of respondents as many as 100 people using non-probability sampling technique by purposive accidental sampling. Methods of data analysis with quantitative descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variables of income, number of family members, frequency of consumption, product prices and consumer tastes simultaneously had a very significant effect on coffee demand. The variables of income, consumption frequency and consumer tastes have a partial effect on coffee demand. The number of family members and the price of the product have no partial effect on the demand for coffee. The price elasticity and income elasticity are inelastic to the demand for ground coffee with Kapal Lampung stamp. The Lampung Ship's powdered coffee product is classified as normal goods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis saluran distribusi gabah, margin dan efisiensi pemasaran, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi pemasaran gabah di Kecamatan Tersono, Kabupaten Batang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November – Desember 2021. Pemilihan lokasi dengan pertimbangan Kecamatan Tersono sebagai daerah penghasil beras terbesar di Kabupaten Batang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Pengambilan sampel petani dilakukan dengan kuota sampling sebanyak 60 sampel petani. Sampel lembaga pemasaran dilakukan dengan metode snowball sampling sebanyak 20 sampel lembaga pemasaran. Metode pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dengan responden dan data sekunder dari instansi terkait seperti BPS, Dinas Pertanian, dan Kantor Kecamatan. Metode analisis digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan statistik dengan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat 3 pola saluran pemasaran gabah, yaitu (1) petani – penggilingan padi, (2) petani – penebas – penggilingan padi, dan (3) petani – penebas – pedagang pengumpul – penggilingan padi. Nilai margin pemasaran pada tiap pola I, II, dan III masing-masing sebesar Rp. 0/kg, Rp 454,-/kg, dan Rp 667,-/kg. Sedangkan efisiensi pemasaran pada masing-masing pola I, II, dan III adalah 100%, 90,4%, dan 86,6% sehingga semua pola distribusi gabah tergolong efisien. Faktor harga jual di tingkat produsen (X1), harga beli di tingkat konsumen (X2), jumlah lembaga pemasaran yang dilalui (X3), dan biaya pemasaran (X4) berpengaruh sangat nyata (p<0,01) terhadap efisiensi pemasaran (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and labor with rice farming income in Jogopaten Village, Buluspesantren District, Kebumen Regency. The research was conducted from January to February 2022, in Jogopaten Village. The location selection was done purposively. The method used was a survey method. Sampling was done by simple random sampling, namely rice farmers as many as 60 respondents. The data analysis method used was quantitative descriptive analysis with the calculation of production costs, revenues, income, and pearson correlation analysis. Based on the results of the study, the variables of land area, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides have a positive and significant correlation with farmers' income, while the variable days of work (HOK) have a negative and significant correlation with income. Variables of land area, fertilizers, and pesticides have a very strong correlation with income. Pearson correlation value between the land area variable and income is 0.994, so the two variables have a very strong correlation. Pearson correlation value between the fertilizer variable and income is 0.986, so it has a very strong correlation. Pearson correlation value between pesticide variable and income is 0.907, so it has a very strong correlation. The seed variable has a low correlation with income, this is evidenced by the low pearson correlation value of 0.356. The variable day of work (HOK) has a very low correlation with income, this is evidenced by the very low pearson correlation value (-0.151).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the income of coffee farming and analyze factors impact of land area, production output, labor contribution, fertilizer costs and experience to the income of coffee farming at Karya Manunggal Farmers Group in Bedono Village, Jambu Subdistrict, Semarang Regency. This research used case study method. Determination of the sample used proportional random sampling as many as 46 respondents at Karya Manunggal Farmers Group. The data was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively by income analyze, R/C ratio, and multiple linear regression analyze. The results showed that the income of coffee farmers at Karya Manunggal Farmers Group is Rp 1.877.509,00/year with an average land area of 5.978 m2, R/C ratio is 1,28 and considered profitable. Significant level of 0,05 showed land area, production output, labor contribution, fertilizer costs and experience simultaneously affect the income of coffee farmers, while the partial affect is land area, production output and fertilizer costs.

Abstract

This research aimed to perceive the trend of sales volume and to analyze the correlation of sale’s factors with prime rice seed sales volume in PT. Pertani (Persero) Semarang in 2016-2020. This research was conducted at PT. Pertani (Persero) Semarang, Central Java. The locus of this research was chose using purposive sampling method. This research used case study as a research method where researcher did the research intensively, deeply, and detailed about the sales of prime rice seed in PT. Pertani (Persero) Semarang. Primary data was collected from an interview with PT. Pertani (Persero) Semarang’s employees. Secondary data including monthly production report, monthly sales report, marketing report of prime rice seed product at PT. Pertani (Persero) Semarang was collected through a time series method for 5 consecutive years from 2016-2020. Data was analized with trend analysis and pearson correlation method. The result of trend analysis shows a positive trend of prime rice seed sales volume in 2016-2020. The result of pearson correlation analysis shows that prices and marketing expenses are strongly correlated.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income of pineapple farmers and the factors that affect the income of pineapple farmers. The number of respondents used is 114 pineapple farmers in Bulakan Village and Belik Village, Belik District. The sampling method was carried out using the simple random sampling method. The results of the analysis show that the average income of pineapple farmers in Belik District, Pemalang Regency is Rp. 17,632,293/year. Capital, land area, price, farming experience, age, and education together affect the income of pineapple farmers. Capital, land area, and price have a positive and significant effect on the income of pineapple farmers. Farming experience, age and education have no effect on the income of pineapple farmers. Farmers should optimize their land usage by following recommended planting distances and efficiently managing the capital invested in farming activities, such as by using efficient production factors, to increase the income they receive.

Abstract

Determination of cultivated varieties will determine the success of rice farming. The rice varieties developed include Umbul-umbul local varieties and Ciherang superior varieties. The research location was chosen purposively in Beji Lor Village, Suruh District, Semarang Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparative income of rice farming of the Umbul-umbul variety and the Ciherang variety. The method used is a survey. A sample of 75 farmers was determined using the Slovin formula. Sample distribution for each farmer group used proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the rice farming income of Umbul-umbul variety was Rp. 3,244,505.92/0.34ha or Rp. 10,535,505.76/ha and the income of Ciherang farming was Rp. 2,935,919.06/0.34ha or Rp. 9,505,481.22/ha. Based on the tests conducted, it is known that there is no difference in the income of the two rice farms. Both farms are equally profitable to cultivate and generate the same income.
