Abstract

Need for policies and activities such as housekeeping activities and policy development inorder to maintain the order and comfort to reduce the problems of the city in the future.Based on the context of the analysis and evaluation purposes traffic congestion costs, caused by an increase in the number of motorcycle users against traffic and transport in urban  areas, it is  first necessary  to  understand  the Vehicle  Operating  Costs (VOC) motorcycles  in  greater  depth.  In  this  reseaarches  conducted  interviews  done  with  a special kind of motorcycle scooter matic domiciled in Dormitory Military Makorem 012 / TU Alue Peunyareng  route from the hostel  to  the Central Business  District  (CBD). Analysis of the data for the calculation of the BOK is done manually and statistical analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20. Statistical analysis includes analysis of the correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F to variable bound (dependent) is traveling, and the independent variable (independent), namely fuel, engine oil, gear oil, tires, tires, servicing, spares and unexpected costs. The results were obtained magnitude maximum BOK matic scooter type motorcycle with a capacity of 150 CC, 125 CC, 115 CC, 110 CC, respectively, are the costs Rp 379.10 / km, Rp667,44 / km, Rp749,32 / km and Rp552,96 / km. While the average BOK is Rp327,34  / km, Rp365,30  / km, Rp471,80 / km and Rp332,11 / km. The factors that affect the BOK is the cost of fuel oil (BBM), the cost of engine oil, servicing fees, and the cost of spare parts, with a probability level of significance of less than 0.05 (5%). Abstract

Transport is the activity of moving goods from one place to another where the activities pertaining to the transportation system an important role for every region. Meulaboh City are in the growth stage due to high urbanization rate of rapid economic growth. This has implications for the needs of the population in making be increasing to any movement. Until now, the means of public transport of passengers that already exist in Meulaboh City only public transportation for students. The absence of public transport is a particular concern that needs to be analyzed the causes of the absence of mass public transportation in Meulaboh City, the analysis is based on public perception of the needs of urban public transport. To be able answering the problems of transport in The Meulaboh City, conducted research using descriptive Qualitative Methods. This method is based on qualitative methods will be used to reinforce the assumptions of the data obtained. Units are observed as how the public perception of urban transport, judging from public demand for urban transportation, thus having known the public perception, it can be formulated in a form of Transportation system desired by the people in Meulaboh and then determined the public transport development plans carried out by SWOT analysis to collecting internal and external factors related into the public transportation system in Meulaboh City. Abstract

Along with the progress and the growing number users of transport services, companies engaged in the transportation services required to improve the quality of its services, one of which is the perception of the quality service to passengers transport used by consumers. Quality of service is a service of the vessel Kmp.Teluk rated Sinabang these Labuhan Haji- Simeulue. The analysis was performed by calculating the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The purpose of this research is to identify some of the factors that influence perceptions of service and the level of conformity respondent / passenger sea transportation of Sinabang Kmp.teluk vessel analysis using Perception Index. Analysis of the results of Importance Performance Analysis to come by researchers at the Level of Performance Boats for Suistability Respondent (Tki) 0:09, the assessment Perception by Level of Performance Boats obtained results Suistability Respondent (Tki) 2:33, and the assessment Perception by Importance obtained results Suistability respondents (Tki) 1:00. So the importance of the overall results and performance in getting results overall passenger perception of Conformity Level Respondents 73.94 = 74 (Tki 74%). Suistability respondents (Tki) is the result of statements that prove the hypothesis if the value of the average performance of the above as well as the average value of importance/ expectations in the level of suitability of respondents freight ferries KMP.Teluk Sinabang under Tki <100%, which means transport services KMP.Teluk Sinabang not satisfactory. Abstract

West Aceh has a coastline area and a river that drains water into the sea which is quite extensive and produces a lot of supply of lokan species that live in the river. Lokan is a special food that is served by many noodle stalls and restaurants in the area, while the shells become waste that has not been fully utilized. The availability of these shells originating from household waste has inspired the author to conduct research on the use of these as fillers. The shell fillers have little in common with cement fillers are equally lime-containing which can improve the carrying capacity of a mixture. The price is also cheaper and friendly to the environment. From this study the authors wanted to find out the effect of graft ash filler on Marshall parameters on concrete asphalt mixture. The research carried out refers to the technical specifications of the Department  of  Public  Works  2010.  Variations  in  the  filler  mixture  used  have  different compositions. The percentage of filler used for each variation is the addition of 0% cement filler and 100% shell ash, 20% cement ash filler addition and 80% shell ash, and 50% cement ash filler addition and 50% shell shell ash. The results obtained for optimum bitumen content in variations  of  0/100, 20/80  and  50/50  were  4.8%, 4.5%,  and  4.9%  respectively.  From  the Marshall evaluation results obtained the highest stability values at variations of 0/100, and the lowest in the variation of 50/50, this shows that the higher the content of shell shell ash will increase the higher carrying value but less flexible.

Abstract

Aspal porus merupakan campuran beraspal panas antara agregat bergradasi terbuka dengan aspal-aspal berviskositas tinggi. Campuran Aspal porus ini sedang dikembangkan untuk konstruksi wearing course. Lapisan ini didominasi oleh agregat kasar, sehingga menurunkan kemampuan bahan pengikat untuk mempertahankan posisi agregat, maka dibutuhkan aspal dengan daya ikat yang kuat, awet dan berviskositas tinggi. Salah satu contoh aspal yang  dimodifikasi dengan aspal alam yaitu retona blend 55. Retona blend merupakan perpaduan antara aspal keras Pen. 60 atau Pen. 80 dengan asbuton semi ekstraksi. Retona ini berfungsi sebagai aspal dan pengisi rongga dalam campuran beraspal dan diharapkan dapat mengantisipasi kerusakan dini pada ruas jalan yang melayani beban lalu lintas berat dan temperatur tinggi. Retona mempunyai titik penetrasi yang rendah, daktilitas rendah dan titik lembek yang tinggi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode untuk penentuan kadar aspal optimum yaitu metode Australia. Benda uji untuk penelitian ini adalah 51 benda uji. Seluruh benda uji dipadatkan 2 x 50 tumbukan. Hasil yang didapat dari metode Australia, dengan pengujian asphalt flow down dan cantabro loss didapat KAO sebesar 5,88% dengan nilai stabilitas 357,28 kg, flow 2,73 mm, density 1,99 kg/cm3, VIM  18,65% dan MQ 137,54 kg/mm. Durabilitas sebesar 75% dan permeabilitas sebesar 0,28 cm/dtk. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kadar retona blend 55 dalam campuran aspal porus, akan terjadi peningkatan nilai stabilitas dan durabilitas sedangkan  nilai permeabilitas dan kadar rongga terus menurun.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkerasan jalan di Indonesia umumnya  menggunakan perkerasan lentur yang bahan utamanya aspal.Untuk meningkatkan ketahanan aspal salah satunya yaitu menggunakan aspal yang di substitusi dengan kresek.Penambahan kresek kedalam campuran aspal dipercaya dapat meningkatkan keawetan dari aspal tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan aspal jenis retona blend 55 dengan penambahan kresek. Kresek merupakan salah satu barang bekas yang dapat digunakan kedalam campuran aspal retona blend 55.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh karakteristik marshall pada campuran aspal AC-BC dengan penambahan kreseksebesar6%; 7,5% dan9%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat nilai kadar aspal optimum adalah 5,5%untuk variasi 6%, 4,6 untuk variasi 7,5% dan 6,25% untuk variasi 9%.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variasi  memenuhi syarat spesifikasi karakteristik parameter marshall, dengan hasil yang didapat yaitu pada stabilitas rendaman 30 menit variasi 6% sebesar 1704,8kg, variasi 7,5% sebesar 1746,5 kg dan variasi 9% sebesar 1466,5 kg. Sedangkan untuk stabilitas rendaman 24 jam variasi 6% sebesar 1640,7 kg, variasi 7,5% sebesar 1765,2 kg dan variasi 9% sebesar 1406,8 kg. Pengujian durabilitas dari ketiga variasi memenuhi persyaratan.Nilai durabilitas pada variasi 6%sebesar 96,2%, untuk variasi 7,5% sebesar 91,9% dan untuk variasi 9% sebesar 95,9. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa campuran aspal yang di substitusikan dengan kresek mampu menerima beban lalu lintas berat dan memiliki daya lekat yang baik dan sifat kresek tersebut tahan terhadap gerusan air sehingga tidak mudah terjadi lubang pada jalan.

Abstract

Abstract The exploration of natural materials to produce concrete has an impact on environmental conditions and global warming that can cause natural disasters. Therefore, the use of concrete materials must be as efficient as possible. One solution to overcome this problem is to reduce the concrete in the tensile area and strengthen the beam using steel reinforcement in the support area. This study aims to determine the effect of tensile reinforcement on the behavior of beams without concrete in the tension area using a spiral system on crack patterns and beam patterns. The method used was an experimental method by making 2(two)specimens, a normal concrete beam (BN) as a control beam, and a spiral concrete beam without reinforcement in the tensile section with the addition of experimental reinforcement at the support section (BTRS 60D) where D is the diameter of the main reinforcement. The beams were designed as normal quality concrete beams with concrete quality of 45.07 MPa at the testing age of 28 days. The beam's dimension was 150 mm x 200 mm x 3100 mm. This study obtained the ultimate load on the BTRS specimen of 35.1 kN. While on the BN specimen, the ultimate load reached 47.65 kN. There was a decrease in BTRS service load by 27.57%. It is observed that the BN specimen experienced flexural cracks. The beam failure of the 2 test objects experienced beam failure that resembled under-reinforced where the reinforcing steel melted before the concrete was crushed. Keywords: spiral reinforcement, failure pattern, crack pattern.
