Abstract

Malnutrisi pada ibu dan bayi berkontribusi terhadap setidaknya 3,5 juta kematian setiap tahun dan menyumbang 11% dari penyakit global di dunia. Berdasarkan sumber data dari laporan rutin Kabupaten Lampung Timur tahun 2021, menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kehamilan adalah 587.230 ibu dan dari keseluruhan angka kehamilan, terdapat sekitar 45% ibu hamil yang mengalami SEZ (Selective Emotional Deficiency/Gangguan Energi Kronis) pada ibu hamil yang diukur dengan lingkar lengan atas (LILA), diketahui bahwa sekitar 5647 ibu hamil memiliki LILA 23,5 cm (mengalami risiko SEZ) pada tahun 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi madu terhadap peningkatan berat badan pada ibu hamil dengan gangguan energi kronis (SEZ) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rajabasa Lama, Lampung Timur pada tahun 2023.Metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rajabasa Lama, Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 1 bulan, dari tanggal 5 Juni hingga 5 Juli 2023. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Kuasi-Kuasi dengan pendekatan desain pretes-postes satu kelompok. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil di SEZ sebanyak 16 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan teknik uji statistik, uji t, dan uji dependen.Nilai rata-rata kenaikan berat badan sebelum pemberian madu kepada ibu hamil adalah 43,969 SD 6,1494. Nilai rata-rata kenaikan berat badan setelah pemberian madu kepada ibu hamil adalah 45,719 SD 5,8878. Hasil perbedaan rata-rata menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata berat badan pada ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian madu sebesar 1,75 dari seluruh responden, yaitu 16 responden. Hasil nilai P sebesar 0,000 yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho diterima, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh konsumsi madu terhadap peningkatan berat badan pada ibu hamil dengan defisiensi energi kronis (SEZ) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rajabasa Lama, Lampung Timur tahun 2023. Dengan penelitian ini, diharapkan responden dapat menerapkan terapi berupa konsumsi madu untuk meningkatkan berat badan pada ibu hamil jika kelak mengalami SEZ. Kata kunci: Defisiensi Energi Kronis, berat badan, kehamilan ABSTRACT Malnutrition in mothers and infants contributes to at least 3.5 million deaths annually and accounts for 11% of the world's global diseases. Experimental Quasy Design with one group pretes-postes design approach. The sample of this study was pregnant women with SEZ as many as 16 respondents. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis with statistical test techniques, t test dependent tests.The average value of weight gain before honey was given to pregnant women was 43.969 SD 6.1494. The average value of weight gain after honey given to pregnant women was 45.719 SD 5.8878. The results of the mean difference value where there was an increase in the average results of body weight in pregnant women before and after as much as 1.75 from all respondents, namely 16 respondents. The result of the P value of 0.000 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is tolah, which means that there is an effect of honey consumption to increase weight in pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency (SEZ) in the Working Area of the Rajabasa Lama Health Center, East Lampung in 2023. With this study, it is hoped that respondents will be able to apply therapy in the form of honey consumption to increase weight in women of childbearing age if they later find SEZ. Keywords: CED, weight, pregnancy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pengasuhan islami berbasis sekolah dasar yang berorientasi pada integrasi peran ayah dan ibu secara kolaboratif dalam mendidik anak. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada fenomena melemahnya keterlibatan peran ayah dalam pendidikan anak usia sekolah dasar, khususnya di era digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan dalam pengasuhan Islami memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap perkembangan spiritual, sosial-emosional, dan akademik anak. Model pengasuhan yang dirumuskan menekankan kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan komunitas berbasis nilai al-Qur’an dan hadits. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan program sekolah ramah ayah. Kata kunci: Pengasuhan Islami, Peran Ayah, Anak Sekolah Dasar, Parenting, Sekolah Ramah Ayah. A COLLABORATIVE ISLAMIC PARENTING MODEL IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS: INTEGRATING THE ROLES OF FATHERS AND MOTHERS IN CHILD REARING Abstract This study aims to develop a school-based Islamic parenting model at the elementary level that focuses on the collaborative integration of fathers’ and mothers’ roles in child upbringing. The study is motivated by the phenomenon of declining father involvement in the education of elementary school children, particularly in the digital era. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design using interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that involvement in Islamic parenting has a significant impact on children’s spiritual, socio-emotional, and academic development. The proposed parenting model emphasizes collaboration among families, schools, and communities based on the values of the Qur’an and Hadith. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing father-friendly school programs. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan permasalahan konflik sosial di sekolah dasar serta mengkaji kerangka teoritik school-based mediation (SBM) melalui pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR). Penelitian menggunakan metode PRISMA dengan sumber data dari Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar pada rentang tahun 2015–2025. Sebanyak 30 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik di sekolah dasar didominasi oleh konflik interpersonal, bullying, dan kesalahpahaman komunikasi yang berdampak pada kesehatan mental siswa. Pendekatan manajemen konflik yang berkembang meliputi pendekatan disipliner, restoratif, dan mediasi. School-based mediation terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial-emosional, empati, dan resolusi konflik secara damai. Namun, sebagian besar penelitian masih berfokus pada konteks Barat dan belum terintegrasi dengan nilai sosial budaya lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa pemetaan isu konflik sekolah dasar dan sintesis kerangka teoritik SBM sebagai dasar pengembangan model manajemen konflik berbasis konteks. CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW ON PROBLEM MAPPING AND THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK OF SCHOOL-BASED MEDIATION Abstract This study aims to map social conflict issues in primary schools and examine the theoretical framework of school-based mediation (SBM) through a systematic literature review (SLR). The study employs the PRISMA method using data sources from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar within the 2015–2025 period. A total of 30 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that conflicts in primary schools are predominantly characterized by interpersonal conflicts, bullying, and communication misunderstandings, which impact students’ mental health. Conflict management approaches identified in the literature include disciplinary, restorative, and mediation-based approaches. School-based mediation has been shown to be effective in enhancing social-emotional skills, empathy, and peaceful conflict resolution. However, most existing studies are still focused on Western contexts and lack integration with local socio-cultural values. This study contributes by providing a comprehensive mapping of conflict issues in primary schools and a synthesis of the theoretical framework of SBM as a foundation for developing context-based conflict management models. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan merumuskan model literasi anti-bullying berbasis bahasa dan kearifan lokal dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa sekolah dasar. Permasalahan bullying yang masih marak terjadi di lingkungan sekolah dasar tidak hanya berdampak pada kondisi psikologis siswa, tetapi juga menghambat perkembangan kemampuan komunikasi dan interaksi sosial. Pendekatan yang selama ini digunakan cenderung bersifat parsial dan belum terintegrasi dengan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia serta nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur sistematis terhadap berbagai artikel ilmiah bereputasi yang relevan dengan topik bullying, literasi bahasa, dan pendidikan berbasis kearifan lokal. Data dikumpulkan dari database Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, dan SINTA dengan rentang tahun 2015–2025. Analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik thematic synthesis untuk mengidentifikasi pola, konsep, dan kesenjangan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencegahan bullying yang efektif memerlukan integrasi antara penguatan literasi bahasa, internalisasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, dan pendekatan sistem berbasis sekolah. Model literasi anti-bullying yang dihasilkan menekankan pada penggunaan bahasa yang santun, empatik, serta penguatan interaksi sosial melalui media budaya lokal seperti permainan tradisional. Model ini berpotensi meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa sekaligus menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan inklusif. A LANGUAGE- AND LOCAL WISDOM-BASED ANTI-BULLYING LITERACY MODEL IN IMPROVING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS’ COMMUNICATION SKILLS Abstract This study aims to examine and formulate a language-based anti-bullying literacy model integrated with local wisdom to improve elementary school students’ communication skills. Bullying remains a significant issue in primary education, affecting not only students’ psychological well-being but also hindering their communication and social interaction development. Existing approaches tend to be partial and lack integration with language learning and local cultural values. This research employed a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review method on relevant scholarly articles related to bullying, language literacy, and local wisdom-based education. Data were collected from Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and SINTA databases within the 2015–2025 range. The data were analyzed using thematic synthesis to identify patterns, concepts, and research gaps. The findings indicate that effective bullying prevention requires the integration of language literacy, local wisdom values, and a school-based systemic approach. The proposed anti-bullying literacy model emphasizes polite and empathetic language use, as well as strengthening social interaction through local cultural media such as traditional games. This model has the potential to enhance students’ communication skills while fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment. Abstract

Smart postharvest technology in the form of Controlled Atmosphere Storage (CAS) is needed to increase the shelf life of shallot.  However, the application of CAS requires high investment costs related to the initial setup such as land, warehouse, CAS, and CAS supporting equipment. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the benefits and costs for farmers' welfare reflected by adding the amount of farming margin and income from other sources considering the time adjustment. This study aims to build a dynamic model for the application of CAS technology in shallot farming and evaluate its costs and benefits for farmers' welfare. The method used is the integration of cost and benefit analysis into a dynamic system model. The results showed that shallot farmers’ income is very sensitive to price changes and increasing storage costs. Hence, adopting CAS technology could mitigate some of these effects by reducing post-harvest losses and allowing farmers to store their production in favorable situations. Moreover, the CAS model showed that in the management level, CAS could be feasible (in terms of NPV, IRR, and Net B/C), if the storage cost is at least IDR 2.000/kg. According to the minimum profit limit for farmers, the maximum storage cost is IDR 1.500/kg, which makes the CAS unfeasible to run. The successful adoption of CAS is contingent upon substantial financial support from both private-sector investors and government entities. Therefore, the CAS technology is more appropriate for adoption by stakeholders in the food industry who require a consistent year-round supply of shallots.

Abstract

Coastal communities rely heavily on Rainwater as their main drinking water source, even though it can be contaminated with harmful chemicals such as nitrates, cadmium, fluoride, and lead. Prolonged exposure to these contaminants poses significant health risks, especially for vulnerable groups such as children and the elderly. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive health risk assessment of chemical exposure through rainwater consumption in coastal populations. An observational-analytical design was used, with the Environmental and Health Risk Assessment framework. The study population was divided into two groups: community and environmental samples. Rainwater samples were collected from eight shelter points, while 94 residents (children and adults) were selected as study subjects. Data collection was carried out through laboratory analysis and structured interviews. The Environmental and Health Risk Assessment methodology is carried out in four stages: hazard identification, dose-response analysis, exposure assessment, and risk characterization. The results showed that the concentration of chemical parameters (NO3, Cd, Pb, and F) in Rainwater was still within the permissible limits, indicating that Rainwater was relatively safe for consumption. The study provides important insights into the chemical risks associated with Rainwater, offering a foundation for targeted interventions to protect public health, strengthen resilience to environmental hazards, and ensure sustainable management of water resources. The results of the study show that the quality of Rainwater consumed by coastal communities is still within safe limits, but it still needs attention because prolonged exposure has the potential to cause health problems, the study also contributes to the existing literature by integrating chemical risk assessment into public health planning for vulnerable coastal populations, highlighting the importance of proactive risk management strategies in mitigating long-term health impacts.

Abstract

The low level of mathematical problem-solving ability among elementary school students remains a challenge in mathematics learning, particularly in students’ ability to plan strategies, carry out solution steps, and review their answers. This study aimed to describe and analyze students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities based on George Polya’s stages in mathematics learning for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 25 Banda Aceh. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of five students selected purposively. Data were collected through problem-solving tests and interviews, while data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing based on the indicators of each problem-solving stage, namely understanding the problem, planning the solution, carrying out the plan, and looking back. The results showed that, in general, students were able to understand the given problems, but they still experienced difficulties in planning and carrying out solution steps systematically. In addition, the looking back stage had not been carried out optimally by most students. Overall, students’ mathematical problem-solving ability was categorized as moderate. This category indicates that students were able to fulfill some of the problem-solving indicators, but had not demonstrated consistent and optimal performance across all stages. Specifically, two students were able to complete all stages, one student experienced difficulties at the planning and implementation stages, while the other two students experienced difficulties at the planning, implementation, and looking back stages. These findings indicate the need to strengthen the planning, implementation, and reflection stages in the learning process so that students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities can develop optimally. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis konstruksi gender dan relasi kuasa dalam empat lagu duet Rhoma Irama, yaitu “Mandul” (1974), “Cuma Kamu” (1976), “Malam Terakhir” (1972), dan “Pertemuan” (1995), dengan menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) model Sara Mills. Kerangka analisis Mills digunakan untuk menelaah posisi subjek-objek, posisi pembaca/pendengar, serta implikasi sosial yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu-lagu tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat lagu secara konsisten menempatkan laki-laki sebagai subjek dominan yang mengontrol narasi, sementara perempuan diposisikan sebagai objek pasif yang bergantung pada keputusan dan otoritas laki-laki. Dalam “Mandul”, kemandulan dikonstruksi sebagai beban perempuan dan empati laki-laki berfungsi sebagai bentuk “pengampunan” patriarki. Dalam “Cuma Kamu”, ketergantungan emosional dinormalisasi tanpa memberi ruang bagi suara perempuan. Lagu “Malam Terakhir” menampilkan laki-laki sebagai pengendali momen perpisahan, sedangkan perempuan hanya menerima dan menurut. Dalam “Pertemuan”, meskipun liriknya menggambarkan kerinduan bersama, posisi perempuan tetap pasif dan ditentukan oleh narasi laki-laki. Secara keseluruhan, lagu-lagu duet Rhoma Irama mereproduksi dan memperkuat ideologi patriarki melalui musik dangdut sebagai medium budaya populer yang memiliki jangkauan luas di masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model integratif pengelolaan lingkungan berbasis komunitas melalui nilai sosial di Aceh Besar dengan mempertimbangkan aspek hukum dan kesehatan lingkungan. Permasalahan lingkungan di wilayah pesisir Aceh Besar, seperti pencemaran, kerusakan ekosistem, dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat, tidak hanya berdampak pada keberlanjutan lingkungan tetapi juga pada kesehatan masyarakat. Selain itu, lemahnya implementasi hukum lingkungan menjadi tantangan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan masyarakat, tokoh adat, tokoh agama, dan aparatur desa. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai sosial seperti gotong royong, solidaritas, dan tanggung jawab kolektif memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kesadaran ekologis, kepatuhan hukum, serta perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Model integratif yang dikembangkan terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama, yaitu internalisasi nilai sosial, penguatan kapasitas masyarakat, dan implementasi berbasis partisipasi. Model ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, memperkuat kepatuhan terhadap norma hukum lingkungan, serta meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan lingkungan masyarakat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai sosial dalam pengelolaan lingkungan berbasis komunitas merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Model ini tidak hanya berdampak pada aspek ekologis, tetapi juga pada penguatan sistem hukum dan peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat. Abstract This study aims to develop an integrative model of community-based environmental management through social values in Aceh Besar by incorporating legal and environmental health perspectives. Environmental problems in the coastal areas of Aceh Besar, such as pollution, ecosystem degradation, and low community awareness, not only affect environmental sustainability but also public health. In addition, weak implementation of environmental law remains a major challenge in achieving effective environmental management. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving community members, traditional leaders, religious leaders, and village officials. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that social values such as mutual cooperation, solidarity, and collective responsibility play a strategic role in shaping ecological awareness, legal compliance, and healthy living behavior. The developed integrative model consists of three main stages: internalization of social values, strengthening community capacity, and participatory-based implementation. This model has been proven to enhance community participation, strengthen compliance with environmental law, and improve environmental health conditions. In conclusion, integrating social values into community-based environmental management is an effective and sustainable approach. This model contributes not only to ecological sustainability but also to strengthening legal systems and improving public health. Abstract

Pendidikan IPAS di Sekolah Dasar seringkali masih menggunakan metode konvesional yang berdampak pada kurangnya pemahaman konsep dan minat belajar siswa, khususnya pada materi daur hidup hewan (metamorfosis) di SDN 54 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan aplikasi Canva pada pembelajaran IPAS di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Alessi dan Trollip yang mencakup tahapan Planning, Design, dan Development. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga ahli (media, materi, dan bahasa) serta 1 guru dan 24 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis canva dinyatakan layak dan praktis untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran IPAS di Sekolah Dasar. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji kelayakan dari 3 ahli, yaitu ahli media (95,30%), ahli materi (95,00%) dan ahli bahasa (84,90%) yang menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif dinyatakan sagat layak. Lebih lanjut, hasil uji kepraktisan yang melibatkan guru (84,00%) dan siswa (89,00%) menyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif dinyatakan sangat praktif untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran IPAS di Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan pada hasil tersebut maka media pembelajaran interaktif dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran IPAS di Sekolah Dasar.
