Abstract

Objectives The research conducted by the authors is to analyze the Employee Benefit Effect on Employee Motivation in PT. Sulselbar Bank Head Office Makassar. The study was conducted at PT. Bank Head Office South Sulawesi Makassar. The analytical method used is descriptive kualiltatif by using multiple linear regression analysis. Result analysis and discussion shows that the Welfare Program significantly influence employee motivation at PT. Sulselbar Bank Head Office Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that motivate the performance of marketingPT employees. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Makassar Regional Office. Data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis method that is mean statistic and instrument analysis consist of validity test and reliability test with tool of IBM SPSS Version 21.0. The results showed that the factors that motivate the performance of marketing employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Makassar Regional Office in the form of interest factor which is dominant factor, requirement factor, standard to be achieved, ability, task and challenging situation, expectation and confidence, and situation of competition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of teamwork and career development on employee performance at PT. Makassar Branch of Bank Papua. The type of data used is quantitative with primary data sources with 50 employees as respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. The data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 application. The partial results showed that teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The simultaneous research results show that teamwork and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of people agility, results agility, mental agility, and change agility on employee performance at the Regional Financial Services Authority offices 6th Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression with a sample of 40 respondents who are organic employees at the OJK Regional 6th Sulampua office. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires containing statements about learning agility. The results of the study partially show that people agility, results agility, mental agility, and change agility each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously show that people agility, agility results, mental agility, and change agility have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
