Abstract

Instructional media can be used by teachers to increase student learning motivation which is still low so that this research is the background to describe the use of Quartet Card learning media to increase student learning motivation in stage D, namely class VII.3 SMP Negeri 10 Palembang for the 2022 academic year. In 2023, where the condition of learning motivation is low when participating in Civics learning. This research was conducted using collaborative classroom action research methods with the McGregor technique. This quartet media has the advantage of being equipped with colorful and attractive images and is equipped with the application of quartet card game media on the material Respect for the Environment and Local Culture which is marked by a record of collecting assignments which increases regularly, namely in the pre-cycle there were 12 people who submitted assignments, cycle 1 there are 16 people who collect assignments and cycle 2 there are 32 people who collect assignments. The completeness of each cycle also increases.

Abstract

The research entitled "Increasing Students' Civic Learning Activeness Through the TGT Type Cooperative Learning Model (Team Games Tournament) in Class VII.1 SMP Negeri 10 Palembang" aims to determine the increase in student learning activeness in class VII.1 SMP Negeri 10 Palembang on PPKn subjects the subject of Working Together and Working Together The subjects of this study were students of class VII.1 Palembang State Middle School for the academic year 2022/2023, a total of 38 people. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research, carried out in 3 cycles consisting of 6 meetings. Based on the results of the study, it was found that student activity in cycle I was 43.61% (19 people), cycle II student activity was 59.72% (26 people), and cycle III student activity was 69.86% (35 people). Abstract

Improving Motivation To Learn Civics Through The Use Of Learning Media Maze Boards In Junior High School Students. Teachers in general still choose conventional learning and still think that innovative learning takes up a lot of time in implementing it in class. The aim of the research was to increase the motivation to learn Civics in class VII.8 of SMP Negeri 10 Palembang through the application of the labyrinth board media. This form of research uses a class of action research known as which consists of several cycles. As the subject was class VII.8 students of SMP Negeri 10 Palembang, totaling 36 students. Based on the findings of research results regarding Increasing Student Learning Motivation Through Maze Board Media in Class VII.8 SMP Negeri 10 Palembang Application of Maze Board Learning Media on Cooperation and Mutual Cooperation Materials. This can be seen from the increase in the proportion of students' learning motivation. In the initial action, the proportion of 70% was classified as lacking, in the action cycle I, the proportion of 75% was classified as sufficient, in the action cycle II, the proportion of 88% was classified as good.
