Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the accreditation program for Pancasila Ideology Education and Training (Diklat PIP) providers conducted by BPIP. The evaluation employs the AEPM model, which analyzes four key dimensions: Context, Input, Activity, and Performance Monitoring. Data were collected from 46 respondents representing accredited institutions through a closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaire. Descriptive analysis shows that the Context and Input dimensions received the highest scores, indicating strengths in program planning and institutional readiness. Conversely, the Performance Monitoring dimension obtained the lowest score, highlighting weaknesses in the sustainability of implementation and post-accreditation follow-up. Spearman correlation analysis reveals significant positive relationships among the dimensions, with the highest correlation observed between Context and Input (r = 0.795). These findings suggest that program success largely depends on the integration of design, implementation, and monitoring aspects. The study concludes that although the accreditation has progressed well in administrative terms, the substantive transformation toward sustainable implementation of Diklat PIP still requires further reinforcement. It recommends reform in post-accreditation monitoring and future research using a mixed-method approach to enrich program evaluation holistically.

Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the Novel Study Program implemented in SMP An Nisaa as a strategy to improve students' English language skills. The program involves novel reading activities, learning by native speakers, and drama performances. The evaluation was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach using the CSE- UCLA model, which consists of five evaluation functions: system assessment, program planning, program implementation, program improvement, and program certification. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The evaluation results showed that the program had a positive impact on students' interest and confidence in using English. The evaluation also revealed several technical aspects that need to be improved in its implementation. This article recommends strengthening local teacher support and integrating mentor training for students.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a high school student preparation program in achieving the DELF A2 French Language Certificate using the CSF-UCLA model approach. This model assesses five main dimensions: assessment, planning, implementation, improvement, and certification. The research method used is descriptive evaluative with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The instrument developed includes 20 question items based on indicators from each dimension. The results of the study indicate that the program has been in accordance with the needs of students, the materials and learning methods are designed systematically, the implementation is effective, and there are improvements in strategies based on student feedback. In addition, students feel more confident and show an increase in exam simulation scores. These findings confirm that the CSF-UCLA approach can be a comprehensive and contextual evaluation tool in improving the effectiveness of foreign language certification preparation programs at the secondary education level.
