Abstract

In general, women's saving and loan activities are one of the activities in the form of savings and loan, which all members are women. Bengkalis Sub-district as the Capital of Bengkalis Regency in Riau Province has also participated in this activity since 2011. The discovery of 19 groups of users of Savings and Loans Women who are delinquent due to their business traffic jam. It was found that the process of meeting the financing needs of the business or the basic socialization has not been fully realized. This is due to the limited capital or funds available in the Kecamatan Activity Management Unit of Bengkalis, which has an impact on the waiting list of the unaffordable group of prospective Savings and Loans borrowers. The majority of female groups who utilize the Women Savings and Loan Fund are not entirely to be used in improving household economic activities, but the business capital obtained is used for activities that are merciful. The problem in this research is how the implementation of Savings and Loans Activities for Women Groups in Kelamantan Village Bengkalis Subdistrict, and what are the factors - obstacles in the implementation. The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of Savings and Loans Activities for Women Groups in Kelamantan Village Bengkalis District, and the factors - obstacles in the implementation.This research approach using qualitative research method. The location of this research was conducted in Kelamantan Village Bengkalis District Bengkalis Regency. Informant research using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The data obtained will be analyzed by descriptive method using qualitative approach.The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of Savings and Loans Activities for Women Group in Kelamantan Village Bengkalis District Year 2016-2017, less run well. Weaknesses in the implementation of Savings and Loans Activities for Women Groups in Kelamantan Village Bengkalis Sub-district Year 2016-2017 occurred in the mentoring that has not been emphasized on business development and marketing and coverage of poor households is still relatively small.Keywords: Activity, Save and Borrow Women's Groups

Abstract

Bank memiliki fungsi dan peran yang strategis dalam peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kedudukan bank sebagai lembaga intermediasi, yang menghimpun dana dan menyalurkannya kembali kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk-bentuk lainnya. Peran dan fungsi intermediasi dari bank telah menghidupkan perputaran uang dari pihak yang kelebihan dana kepada pihak yang kekurangan dana. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Normatif, pengumpulan data-data melalui wawancara dan Observasi. Maraknya kejahatan dunia cyber saat ini menjadi permasalahan bersama antara nasabah dan lembaga perbankan. Berdasarkan pembahasan yang telah disampaikan pada bab sebelumnya tentang aspek perlindungan hukum atas data pribadi nasabah, dengan menggunakan perlindungan secara implisit yaitu Perlindungan secara implisit (implicit deposit protection), yaitu perlindungan yang dihasilkan oleh pengawasan dan pembinaan yang efektif yang dapat menghindarkan terjadinya kebangkrutan bank. dan Perlindungan secara eksplisit (explicit deposit protection) yaitu perlindungan melalui pembentukan suatu lembaga yang menjamin simpanan masyarakat, sehingga apabila bank mengalami kegagalan, lembaga tersebut yang akan mengganti dana masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Cyber, Bank, Perlindungan, pertanggungjawaban

Abstract

The program "Exploring Talent and Interests through the Hope Foundation and the University of Medan Area" was created to address the challenges faced by students in identifying their potential and determining appropriate career paths. Many students struggle to recognize their interests and talents, making it difficult to choose between continuing education, entering the workforce, or becoming entrepreneurs after graduation. This issue underscores the need for structured guidance and support. The program, collaboration between the Hope Foundation, known for its focus on community empowerment, and the University of Medan Area, aims to provide students with a clear framework to explore and develop their talents. Through workshops, mentoring, and personalized feedback, students gain the necessary knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about their future. Quantitative data were collected through post-program surveys assessing participants' confidence levels, awareness of their skills, and preparedness for future career paths. Participants rated their experiences on a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5, measuring aspects such as clarity in career direction and engagement with personal interests. Results from the program demonstrate that participants experienced increased confidence in recognizing their abilities and showed greater preparedness for professional and societal contributions. The combination of group discussions, aptitude tests, and mentor evaluations allowed students to objectively measure their progress. The program successfully provided a comprehensive approach to self-development, promoting stronger engagement with individual interests and talents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi pembiasaan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam penguatan karakter siswa di sekolah. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan analisis dokumen. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah guru Qur’an Hadist, Guru PAI, Guru Fikih dan siswa-siswi MAN 1 Medan yang sebagai sumber utama pada proses pengumpulan data di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pembiasaan efektif meliputi: pembelajaran berbasis nilai, pengembangan kesadaran moral, penguatan disiplin, pengembangan empati, dan toleransi serta penerapan prinsip-prinsip agama. Strategi ini meningkatkan kesadaran moral, membentuk karakter berkualitas, meningkatkan kemampuan menghadapi konflik dan membangun hubungan harmonis antara siswa dan guru. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pembelajaran PAI efektif dan inovatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Inflasi Dan Devaluasi Di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari BPS dalam bentuk rangkaian waktu sepuluh tahun, yang berlangsung dari januari hingga desember 2019 hingga 2022. Analisis data regresi linier berganda dilakukan dengan PSS versi 22. Variabel X1 adalah inflasi, X2 adalah devaluasi, dan Y adalah ekspor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel inflasi (X1) memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 3.263 dan signifikansi sebesar 5%. Karena nilai thitungnya lebih kecil dari ttabel (2,004) dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 2.224 lebih besar dari 0,834, dapat disimpulkan bahwa inflasi secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Ekspor Indonesia. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan adalah 0,000 dan nilai Fhitung adalah 5,390. Menurut dasar pengambilan keputusan, keputusannya adalah signifikan jika nilai signifikansinya kurang dari 0,05 (Sig < 0,05). Nilai signifikansi 0,001 lebih rendah dari 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa keputusannya adalah signifikan. Sepertinya H3 (Inflasi, Devaluasi, Kinerja Ekspor Indonesia) mempengaruhi kekurangan Kinerja Ekspor Indonesia. Ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel bebas secara bersamaan mempengaruhi variabel terikat.

Abstract

Industri manufaktur memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian global, termasuk di Indonesia, dengan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Namun, sektor ini juga menghadapi berbagai risiko operasional, seperti ketidakpastian bahan baku, gangguan rantai pasok, dan fluktuasi permintaan pasar. Riset operasi menjadi salah satu pendekatan ilmiah yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola risiko tersebut dengan metode kuantitatif berbasis model matematis, algoritma, dan simulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran riset operasi dalam pengelolaan risiko industri manufaktur melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode riset operasi seperti metode simpleks dan simulasi Monte Carlo efektif dalam mengoptimalkan produksi, manajemen persediaan, dan mitigasi ketidakpastian pasar. Metode simpleks mampu menurunkan biaya operasional hingga 10% melalui optimasi alokasi bahan baku, sementara simulasi Monte Carlo meningkatkan efisiensi produksi hingga 15% dengan memprediksi variasi permintaan. Dengan demikian, penerapan riset operasi berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi pemborosan sumber daya, serta memperbaiki proses pengambilan keputusan dalam menghadapi tantangan operasional di industri manufaktur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and Brand Trust on Purchase Intention for Aqua products following the emergence of a boycott issue. A boycott brand can influence consumer perceptions and purchasing decisions; Therefore, it is important to examine the role of electronic communication and brand trust in shaping consumer purchasing intentions. This research adopts a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results show that, partially, eWOM has a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of Aqua products. Similarly, Brand Trust is also proven to have a positive and significant partial effect. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly and positively affect purchase intention after the boycott issue. These findings indicate that effective digital communication strategies and efforts to build and maintain brand trust are key to sustaining consumer loyalty, especially in the face of reputation crises.

implementation of this PKM is designed with offline meetings and direct field visits in order to reach a wider audience. Moreover, the theme raised is related to Digital Halal Certification and Halal Labels for MSME products. The selection of the South Sibolga sub-district area, in addition to being based on an agreement to provide assistance with the Sibolga City Ministry of Religion, is also based on the still less than optimal registration of digital halal certification and halal labels on MSME products in order to increase competitiveness outside the region and abroad, especially still not being able to compete with other regional products. The Community Service Program in partnership with the Ministry of Manpower, Trade Office, South Sibolga Traffic, is held offline and directly in the field. More specifically to independent small and medium business actors under the guidance of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Academics to the Creative Digital Halal Certification Registration Training Based on Local Wisdom to Increase the Competitiveness of MSME Products, Ministry of Religion of Sibolga City and the Perdanaganan Service, Sibolga City in 2023-2024. The implementation is carried out by delivering materials, discussions, to simulations of registration of Digital Halal Certificates packaged from local Sibolga culture adjusted to the products of each MSME. In its implementation, we found it difficult to simulate directly and see MSME products as participants directly. The implementation that we made in the Community Service program for independent small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) was fairly successful because it received a huge response from the MSME community.
