Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Peranan Sektor Pertanian dalam Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Aceh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Aceh. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif angka pengganda tenaga kerja dan metode analisis Shift Share. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama tahun 2010-2014 sektor pertanian berpengaruh tinggi dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja keseluruhan di Provinsi Aceh sebesar 1,85 dimana setiap peningkatan 1 orang tenaga kerja disektor pertanian maka terjadi peningkatan tenaga kerja sebanyak 1 hingga 2 orang disektor lainnya . Kemudian variable komponen pertumbuhan penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh memiliki hasil yang positif sebesar 1,5 % dan merupakan sektor dengan pertumbuhan kelompok cepat. Kata Kunci: Sektor Pertanian, Tenaga Kerja, Angka Pengganda Tenaga Kerja, Analisis Shift Share. Abstract - This research is analyzed the role of the Agricultural Sektor in Gathering Labor in Aceh Province. The research was conducted in Aceh. The data used in this research is secondary data which was collected from the Central Agency Statistics of Aceh Province. The methods analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method labor multiplier and shift share analysis methods. The results indicate that during the 2010-2014 agricultural sektor had a massive impact on employment in Aceh province about 1,85 where every increase of one person work force in the agricultural sektor, the increase in labor as much as 1 to 2 other sektor. Moreover the variable component of laborers’ growth in the province has positive results around 1,5% and make the agricultural sektor is a sektor with a rapid growth in employment group Keywords: Agricultural Sektor, Labor, Labor Multiplier, Shift Share analysis

This. BULOG Premium Rice is a type of rice managed by BULOG which is of premium quality with a maximum broken grain rate of 15% and must not contain groats. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of general consumers and special consumers of sembako program with BULOG premium rice in Lhokseumawe City in Banda Sakti District. Based on the type of data used in this study, primary data were obtained through direct interviews and questionnaires with general consumers and special consumers of sembako program. The data analysis method used in this study is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the general consumer CSI calculation show that general consumer satisfaction with BULOG's premium rice is 92.05%, which means that general consumers are very satisfied with the quality of BULOG's premium rice and the results of the CSI calculation of consumers specifically for sembako program show that consumer satisfaction specifically for sembako program for BULOG premium rice is 95.42%, which means that consumers specifically for sembako program are also very satisfied with BULOG's premium rice.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises sector, the pandemic has been proven to reduce the performance of business actors. To overcome the problems experienced by business actors, the government disbursed several aids, one of which is Micro Business Productive Assistance to micro-business actors affected by the pandemic. The problem in this study is to see how the performance of micro-enterprises in Banda Aceh City before and after receiving assistance. This study aims to analyze the performance of micro-enterprises in Banda Aceh City before and after receiving the Micro Business Productive Assistance program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research data are primary data obtained from interviews with micro business actors receiving BPUM. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test to determine the difference between the financial and non-financial performance of micro-enterprises before and after receiving the Productive Assistance for Micro-enterprises, while the Balanced Scorecard approach was used to review the financial performance and non-financial performance of micro-enterprises. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the financial performance and non-financial performance of micro-enterprises before and after receiving Productive Assistance for Micro Enterprises.
