Abstract

This paper discusses the banking decision about "Go Public" that always has the relationship with the banking performance le Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Asset (ROA). The objective of this research is to examine how strong the influence the banking decision about 'Go PubliC in private banking performance in Indonesia. Based on this result, there are fact that ''Go public" decision will increase Return on Equity (ROE) and has no effect to ROA (Return On Asset)
