Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, motivation and career development on employee performance The population in this study was PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Solo. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The results of testing hypothesis 1 which states the effect of job training on employee performance shows that job training has an effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 2 test results explain that motivation influences employee performance. The results of hypothesis 3 conclude that career development influences employee performance. Simultaneous testing results explain that job training, motivation and career development together affect employee performance. Keywords: job training, motivation, career development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari kemudahan (X1), kepercayaan (X2), dan persepsi resiko (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online melalui situs jual beli Shopee pada mahasiswa UNIBA di Surakarta. Dalam penelitian ini data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS versi 18. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada mahasiswa UNIBA yang telah menggunakan situs Shopee di Surakarta. Analisais yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji instrumen data (uji validitas dan uji reabilitas), analisis regresi liner berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas), dan uji hipotesis (uji F, uji t, koefisien determinasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan, kepercayaan dan persepsi resiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara simultan, serta membuktikan bahwa kemudahan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangakan untuk persepsi resiko berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the repurchase decision by product quality and service quality in Surakarta Triwindu Market. The population in this study is all consumers in Surakarta Triwindu Market. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, with 100 respondents. Data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondent's answers. Path analysis to identify the relationship between product quality and service quality on repurchase decision s through customer satisfaction. The results showed that repurchase decision thought customer satisfaction were not significantly affected by product quality, while service quality on repurchase decisions through customer satisfaction significantly affected the Surakarta Triwindu Market Kerboard : Product quality, Service quality, Customer satisfaction, Repurchase decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effects of both the simultaneous and partial quality of tertiary institutions, locations and costs on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta. Type of quantitative research, the source of the data comes from respondents (Primary Data) and from Surakarta IAIN documents (Secondary Data). This study took the population of 2018 semester 2 students of IAIN Surakarta and a sample of 100 people taken randomly from all faculties (Random Sampling). Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of tertiary institutions, location and cost have a simultaneous and significant effect on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta as evidenced by the Sig 0,000 and Fcount of 28,984. In the t test of quality, location and cost have a positive and significant effect on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta with a quality value of Sig 0,000 and tcount of 4,627, location values of Sig 0,001 and tcount of 3,541 and cost of Sig of 0.009 and tcount of 2,667. Based on the coefficient of determination test contributed 45.9% to the decision of college at IAIN Surakarta while the rest are other factors outside this study. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta, mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 975 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Secara simultan motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (27,102) > (2,70) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan thitung (1,641) < ttabel (1,984) dan nilai signifikansi 0,104 > 0,05. Variabel disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan thitung (8,830) > ttabel (1,984) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel lingkungan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan thitung (0,001) < ttabel (1,984) dan nilai signifikansi 0,999 > 0,05. Abstract

The research to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously of partial work-family conflict, work discipline and work environtment. The population was all employees PT. Globalindo Intimates Klaten totaled 1300. The number of samples was determined with the formula Arikunto and the result 100 respondents. Sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results work-family conflict, work discipline and work environtment simultaneously effect on employees performance PT. Globalindo Intimates Klaten. The t-test results showed that work-family conflict influential significance effect against the employees performance PT. Globalindo Intimates Klaten. . The t-test results showed that work discipline influential significance effect against the employees performance PT. Globalindo Intimates Klaten. The t-test results show that work environtment does not affect employee performance. Model ultiple regression linier in this research is Y = 4,710 + 0,256XK+ 0,409XD– 0,076XL + e. Abstract

This study aims to determine customer satisfaction at the Keris Batik Outlet. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study used sample 100. Then the researchers used SPSS version 21 with quantitative analysis which included validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing with the F test and t test and the coefficient of determination. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta partially and simultaneously. Primary data sources were obtained from questionnaires distributed to consumers with a sample of 95 people, while secondary data were obtained from PT. Automboil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. The analytical tool used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that there is a partial effect between tangible and assurance on customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. F test results show that there is a simultaneous influence between tangible, reliable, responsible, assurance, empathyvvariables on customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. The results of multiple linear regression tests obtained by the equation Y = 1,219 + 0.763 X1 - 0.064 X2 + 0.130 X3 + 0.748 X4 - 8.644X5 €. From the regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing consumer satisfaction is the physical evidence variable with a coefficient of 0.763. R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.609 or 60.9% which means that customer satisfaction with the Dealer of PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta is influenced by variable tangiable, reliable, responsible, assurance, empathy of 60.9%. And other factors that influence customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. of 0.391 (39.1%) expected by PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta needs to implement and develop aspects of service to consumer satisfaction which include tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (empathy), empathy (empathy), so as to obtain a more market share well. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variable quality of service, company reputation, and customer claims perception and customer satisfaction. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. The method used is a method based on quantitative descriptive, where the sampling technique uses Random Sampling, which is a random sampling technique, regardless of the level contained in the population. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear, determination test (R2), F test, and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of service quality, company reputation, and simultaneous perception of customer claims on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 2) There is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta Batik in the City of Solo, 3) There is an influence of company reputation on customer satisfaction in KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 4) There is an influence of customer perception perceptions of customer satisfaction on KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan , kompetensi , dan insentif secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pos Indonesia (persero) cabang Surakarta. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan , kompetensi , dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pos Indonesia (persero) cabang Surakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner kepada 58 karyawan sebagai responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode insidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi: instrumen uji ( validitas dan reliabilitas ), pengujian hipotesis ( analisis regresi linier berganda, uji-t, f dan koefisien determinasi ( R2 ). Hasil Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki ( 55,2 % ) dan perempuan (44,8%) . Semua data dari kuesioner telah lulus instrumen tes. Untuk pengujian hasil uji f bahwa nilai F ( 14,158 )> F tabel (2,78) dengan probabilitas 0,000 ( p ttabel ( 2,004 ) dengan nilai signifikansi >α ( 0,05 ). Variabel kompetensi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini karena thitung ( 3,439 )> ttabel ( 2.004 ) dengan nilai signifikansi ttabel ( 2.004 ) dengan nilai signifikansi
